No reply to phone calls ... tried 3 different times during working hours ... no one picks up

Today i went there for a haircut, just a haircut. i pointed to where i wanted my hair to be cut (to slightly shorter than my shoulder) and they cut it to my chin! i look like dora.

I usually do not write reviews but had to do so now. One time my son got a haircut here that I didnt like. I didnt want that lady to cut his hair again, so every time after that we tried to get his haircut by the other lady I liked, they made up a reason to not see us.Today I called them first and asked if they have available time, they said to come over. When we reached, we sat down for 5-10 min. The lady that I liked was busy, so we kept waiting. The other lady whom we dont like came by and saw us. She went back and I understand she doesnt want to cut my sons hair as I also dont want her.We were still waiting. Later, the front guy came and said that it will take time as she is on phone with her doctor. We were still waiting to be seen. Then after sometime, we asked how much more time it will take. They said they dont know. I asked if we can come back for the lady we like. They said that she has other appointments today, may be try tomorrow.This is not the first time it happened. So, we will go to a better place where they honor customers values and choices.

Clean. Masks and face shield used. Social distancing maintained.

Do not come here for any service, even for a kid’s haircut. You will regret it!

I’ve been to Lori’s countless times for over ten years. Anytime I get my hair cut somewhere else I always end up back there to get it fixed, she’s the only one who knows what to do with my hair to complement my face and I have very thick hair that bunches up around my neck (very uncomfortable) and this is the only place that thins it out enough at the ends to be comfortable and cute. I don’t know what I’d do without her plus their prices are very reasonable I think my haircut to get layers a trim and thinning was only $20 so I highly recommend 5/5 stars

Terrible service and they dont understand English. I told them I wanted a trim and they cut my hair too short. Also the lady is always asking for a tip. Save your time and money dont go here.

Love Lori and Lin. They take good care of you. Lori has great sense of color and hair style. Lin does great meni-pedi and gives good haircuts as well.

I am fan of this place. Simple, fast and very reasonable prices.I got my hair color here they know their stuff.Language is an issue at times they dont get what I am trying to say or explain.Hair cuts are usually hit or miss but overall like the service.

WORST hair salon. I went there for a trim, But they cut half of my hair though I told her several times not to cut my hair . I also went for eyebrow shaping and they cut my skin and they gave me a fake aloe vara for the cut on my skin.I suffered for a few weeks. Unprofessional people....Worst experience ever!

Very Disappointing,I went to get my hairs permanent straight and this lady agreed without doing any assesment on my hair, and started applying solution on my hair, it got so bad that now I am so ashamed to go out with my hair and I have to spend plenty of time setting them up.She doesnt regret on her mistake and she doesnt know how to fix her mess.I am regretting a lot that I went to her

Not a place for nails though they have the equipment.. I will not recommend

We asked them to just trim the front and back, they cut the hair too short for my 3 year old. They only have one way formula for boys haircut and they dont listen to what we want.

Destroyed my hairstyle and asking for a tip on that
