Went in for a fill and the guy who did it completely messed up my nails I asked them not to take the length off and he kept filing them down did completely the wrong shape the tips are uneven and you can see where the old set was the the fill is when I voiced my concern I was told that I was wrong and no matter what they did I wasn’t going to be happy with it. So they didn’t charge me but they didn’t even finish the job no color or anything they didn’t even offer to try to fix them I had to go to another shop to get my nails fixed I’m never going back to Amor again unprofessional and don’t care if they mess up I’m highly disappointed

I really enjoyed having my nails done here. All of the staff are super friendly. The gentlemen who did my nails for me was courteous and was very easy going on my hands. Most experiences elsewhere my nails hurt by the end of it from the roughness of the nail techs, but these guys are gentle. My nails looked great by the end, and there wasn’t any issues when I would ask for changes during the process of application. I will definitely be going back!

Went in for a pedicure. They are always very nice,do a great job and make sure you are comfortable every single time.

Ive received two shellac pedicures here, and I dont think Ill be coming back. While the price is reasonable, the service has been subpar. The first pedicure I had, my foot was burned by the paraffin wax. The second pedicure I had, the shellac polish was not applied well. The polish was on the skin surrounding my nail, and its already popped off on one of my toes. Ive only had this for four days.Overall not the best experience Ive had, and Im disappointed because the reviews were pretty good.

Love it here! Went in with a party of 6 ranging from 8 years old to 84 years old. Staff was friendly and kept the whole group laughing. Everyone left with smiles.

My husband purchased a gift card ok misplaced it, I called to find out how to redeem services with proof of transaction which was $100 . I was told that if I did not have actual card they could not offer service. That’s a scam !!! Do not purchase any gift cards, they have to have some sort of check system to redeem them . So no one has ever lost a gift card ? No it’s there way of keeping your money !!!

Was a great experience.!! I took my 3 y.o. daughter there for a valentines date. The staff was very patient and respectful of her and were great and engaged her with smiles and enthusiasm!! I was very happy she was catered to and made to feel like a little princess! Plus I got a pedicure as well and was great!!!!

Pedicures are great! Most employees are fun and easy to talk to. Tuna is awesome! Need more qualified manicurists.

I as a teenager loved it! I got my nails done for homecoming and then one day at volleyball practice I hit the ball with only my nail and it hurt of course but the nail didnt even Crack at all! I was impressed

I have been a regular customer for over 3 years... lately I have been increasingly disappointed in the time management of the salon. Today was told, wait would be 10 min. After 50 minutes I was still waiting and could not wait any longer do to other commitments. I walked out ...not one person offered anything or apologized during the waiting or when I said I couldnt wait any longer.

Went in on 12/29/18 to get Gels and on 12/30 they started chipping. I called and got a free service redo on 1/2/19. On 1/3 they started chipping again and on 1/4 some of them broke from being too thin. Now Im having to remove them. Also when I went in on 1/2 my secondary color was not the same as the previous color i selected. It was cute so I didnt complain. Not satisfied with the service at all.

I was there and got a manicure and pedicure. It was horribly done. She had to re do it twice the third time I was already done for the day. I arrive at 11:45am and didn’t leave til 2:15pm closer to 2:30pm.As I was leaving the gentleman checking me out took a look at my nails and asked if he could fix them. At this point I didn’t even say anything or complain about them. He just noticed how terrible they looked. I said ok say back down and he tried but I think the older lady before had just done such a horrible job he at least tried to go back and correctly put the clear shellac coat over it. Mind you there was still red under the acrylic nails from the lady not correctly removing the shellac. So, just so you get the visual this is the 3rd attempt to fix my nails.As for my pedicure. I picked out a $25 package. That includes a “callus removal/treatment” she didn’t do much of any callus removal. Once I seen that she was doing much of a callus removal I offered to pay the extra $5 for an added callus removal and she declined and told me that it was already included in the package I chose.I left there with white polish on my toes not just the toe nails. My nails had glue and clear shellac all over my fingers that I had to pee as I was leaving. I don’t think she knew how to correctly do a “stiletto nail” but I would’ve much rather her be honest and say she couldn’t do that style then to attempt and horrible fail. Please don’t get me wrong she was very kind and sweet. But nails is just not her thing. Mind you there is a little paper that is taped to all the nail stations with the nail style and even then she should’ve said “I cannot do this style nail”.I complained that same night. I sent their Facebook page a message and asked them to fix my nails and toes. They agreed to do so. But 3 days later I had 1 broken nail on my left hand and 4 broken nails on my right hand. I called them and asked if I could come in that day (it was a Wednesday) I let them know I spoke to Joseph and we initially planned on me coming in the following Sunday but since my nails were falling apart I needed to come in sooner and asked if I could come in that night. The gent on the phone said I could but when I arrive they all seemed bothered and asked me to pay for the pedicure. I told him I had previously spoke with Joseph via phone and Facebook messenger and he told me he’d fix my nails and toes for free.Needless to say the pedicure was mediocre. And here I am 3 days after the “fix” and I have a broken nail on my right hand.I won’t be returning. $65 for a terrible job. I’m not happy as I now have to go pay at another salon to get my nail fixed.

Ive been going to Amor for about 2 years now, and ever since i started I will not go to any other nail salon. They are polite, easy going, and always do a great job ! The only reason im giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because i have walked out of there a little disappointed twice in the last 2 years, by the same woman. But i have gotten my nails done by her after the fact and she did great!

Sadly after a few of the original workers left I will not be going back, which saddens me since I have gone here every 2 weeks since they opened. I went several times after they left and had crooked nails, poorly painted nails, nails of all different lengths. The wait is normally long with or without an appointment so that makes no difference. So now I am off to find a manicurist that takes pride in their work.

Disgusted with this place! I have been going to this place ever since they opened. They are polite and usually do good work, but terrible with managing their business. Was great in the beginning, then they got busy and would wait for more than an hour even with an appointment! Stop going for a year, came back. Noticed they got more staff only waited 30 mins. so thought maybe its changed. Nope! I came back for a second visit with a scheduled appointment and still waited like a walk in for 75 minutes before getting seated! Never coming back again!

First time they were every amazing. Friendly and wonderful.

Went in to get new acrylics put on because the ones I had were grown out and I didnt want that shape anymore. Instead of soaking them in acetone like any other professional nail salon would do to avoid damaging the nail bed the woman took a tool and ripped them off. I told her repeatedly that she was hurting my nails and one of them even started bleeding. Then after all of that she filled the nail bed down so far that they were completely flat. When she tried to glue the new tips on they wouldnt even stay on because of the curve on the tips. Then I asked for coffin shape and still gave me square (I did keep asking her to make the tips thinner to match the shape and she would file for a couple seconds and stop.) My nail beds were completely flat and I was in a lot of pain. I honestly think she was just mad because I went in only an hour before they closed and she didnt want to take the time to soak them like she should have.

Great place but if you get your toes done they chip easily.

Went there 2 weeks ago to get the acrylic and shellac taken off my nails, they didnt remove all the acrylic had my nails done today at American Nails. I spent the money to have the fake nails removed and I wont go back.
