We did not have a good experience with this company. We contracted them to do a fire sprinkler installation. The whole project should have taken 2-3 weeks, but after 7 months we finally had to terminate the contract. At first they would promise that they were almost ready to do the next step, but then nothing would happen. Then they stopped answering calls and there could be week-long delays getting them to return email or voice mails. Our general contractor was blocked initial on their design and ultimately became blocked again for the installation on this relatively small piece of the overall project, so we had to terminate the contract. 7 months in, all they had done was a design for the sprinklers at our residence, and hadnt even started the installation!
