Justin has serviced my office for a couple of years. I like how easy he is to work with and the job is done right
Great service. Very good in explaining everything. Highly recommended.
I actually work in the fire protection industry and can say Cintas is one of the legit companies in the industry . You business owners out there shouldnt take the advice of Strat Wiz. $15 is ok if youre able to keep track of the expiration date on your business extinguisher and bring it yourself to a companys shop but rarely, almost never, does it work out that way. You have other things on your mind than your extinguisher and most likely will lose track of the date of its last service. The next thing you know its expired and the fire department shows up and is the one to let you know! In some cases, although rare, you can be fined. With a fire protection company youre paying them to keep track of your extinguishers date and to drive to your location to certify it. Its more than just sticking a tag on it. Half the time its lost or has been used or is due for its 6 year chemical change. In most situations its cheaper to pay them to take care of it than going to Home Depot where youll pay $65 for an uncertified plastic piece of crap extinguisher that was intended for your home. Why do you think theyre called Home Depot? Your extinguisher doesnt need to be replaced with a new one until its 12 years old, so youd be buying something you dont need. Best thing to do is make a fair deal with a nice fire technician such as myself and have them keep track for you and pay them when they show up and dont worry about it. Give them an extra $20 when it needs to have the chemical changed since it takes more time to show your appreciation, and when its time to get a new one give them a little extra on top of that. Were talking every 6 to 12 years here to pay a little extra to a hard working individual running a local business instead of wasting your time and giving even more to a huge business like Home Depot who could care less about your fire safety needs.
They are company not an authority, although on the phone they may try to sound like an authority... Beware, they would report to the city your address if you give it to them, and they city would come for inspection and citation... Just go there (or elsewhere) to get a tag for $15 if your extinguisher is up to 6y/o, otherwise they would charge a lot for their visit and for everything else. If you need more than a $15 tag, just buy a new extinguisher at Home-depot since Cintas would charge you a lot more for servicing the old one...
Such a great please to work!
