I would like to start by saying how great it is to deal with a true professional. Mike brought all the latest equipment to completely analyze the water damage that occurred from a leaking pipe in between my two bathroom walls. He thoroughly inspected my drywall with an infrared gizmo and was able to show me exactly how high up the drywall had absorbed the water, he did the same with my flooring and vanity in both baths. Mike then recommended the most effective way to mediate the damage (without having to take a wrecking ball to my house). He walked me through the entire process in a manner that made sense. He then produced a very precise estimate in a short amount of time (as promised). After having two of his competitors look at my job, I felt confident that Mike was the right fit (and he was).
