This dental office is very dishonest when it comes to Services and Billing, the front office is complicit in Dr. Jergensens misgivings.Without getting into all the details, I went in to replace an impacted crown. After cutting it open, Dr Jengensen said, the root-canald tooth is decaying and it cant be saved. He suggests we do an extraction and a bridge. Mid you its my front tooth, so I ask him, if we can do an Implant and ask them to request a pre-approval. So he sends me home, with a Temporary in place, which should have been free - But they charged me $275 for it. Also while at it, they were very quick to take an impression and order an Partial that will need to wear, while the implant is placed and heals for 3-5 Months. Guess what, they charged me $500 for the partial. In both cases, they told me the Insurance would not cover them.2 Months in, waiting on the Pre-approval, which finally arrives in March 2021, Dr. Jergensen breaks his finger/arm, and is cancelling all his appointments. This was clearly a sign from God, that I should not get my procedure done by this dentist. Now, I took the Partial, Dr. Jergensen made and found a New Dentist and Oral Surgeon, to do my extraction, Implant and Crown. And Guess, what the Partial - Dr. Jergensen got done, does not fit. Which unfortunately, we found out only after we took the Tooth out. We ended up getting a new Flipper, which by the way, Insurance did cover!!!I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and the Insurance Company, for shady business practices, according to my New Dentist and Oral Surgeon should have been free of cost. Another $500 for the Non-Functioning Partial.I am reporting them to Better Business Bureau and the Insurance Company, for shady business practices.

This is the first morning since 09/28/2020 that I have not been in pain or discomfort. I first should say that the receptionist (Lisa?) was amazing. When I called her I was completely crying ready to fly back to Oregon to see my previous dentist. I called at 11am and she got me an appointment at 1pm. Dr Andrew Sanchez DDS saw me for an emergency appointment. I had a bad experience at my previous dentist. When I arrived to the office I was a mess. I was in pain, discomfort, my head hurt, and my anxiety was at 1000. I was scared of being in more pain or my worst nightmare loosing a tooth. The office was very clean, my temp was taken, Covid questionnaires, seats marked for distance, a place for clean/dirty pens, and sanitizer available. I filled out all of my paperwork and was instructed to go back to X-rays. Then I was put in a room to wait for the Dentist. I explained as best I could what had happened to me in a complete panic attack in tears. Dr Sanchez then told me what he could do to help me. We then discussed what the plan of action can be in the future if needed. I have a follow up with Dr Sanchez in a 1.5 weeks. I enrolled my 3 sons for cleaning with him in 6 months as well as my husbands regular cleanings and deep cleanings. My stepmother and 2 sisters go to this office, she highly recommended this office to me.
