I had my first experience having a tooth pulled and everyone in the office was very friendly. My consultation was free, quick and easy even the X-rays. I was given an appointment the following day and was even seen early because I was in so much pain. I would encourage anyone needing any dental work and near Fremont to go to Aspen Dental.

It was the best experience at the dentist I have had. My teeth look great and they were very fast. Thank you very much.

The people here are what truly made the experience, you got Rachel the hygienist who couldnt be more polite and easy going if she tried, Shannon who was more than welcoming and understood what you had to tell her, Dr. H who found the perfect balance of being funny, nice and professional at the same time. By far my favorite was DR.H direct assistant who was there every step of the way. It drives me insane I cant think you his name right now because I would be able to any other time. (And tbh he deserves to me mentioned by name so Im sorry) he was a extremely easy to talk to and personable guy. He would remember details that I would tell him about during previous visits and honestly just felt like Ive known him for a long time. I can easily say as long and they can manage to keep these employees theyve made a lifelong customer out of me.

I would rate this place a zero if I could. They are beyond friendly on your first visit but when I told them I didnt have $9000 for dental and just wanted the 2 bad teeth removed the pleasant service stopped and they even refused to follow up with me when I had post surgery problems. I had to end up going to the ER. LAST place I would recommend going!

Dont waste your time calling here if you are a new patient. Evidently they only have a temporary dentist and are not accepting new patients.

I am always nervous about going to the dentist. But here at Aspen dental they made me feel very comfortable. I have very bad teeth. And they didnt make feel ashamed of this. They made a plan for me to get my teeth fixed. And even helped with finance. Thank you.

They were amazing. I went in with tooth pain. They were all sweet and helpful and got straight to the point and fixed the issue. They gave me a couple options and gave me a break down of roughly the price. And were amazing and made sure that I was completely numb before pulling the 2 teeth.

Staff and Dr are very friendly!! My teeth are in a really bad shape and they didnt make me feel bad about not taking care of them properly. They are also very helpful! I lost a ball from my daith piercing and the staff looked all over for it until they found it!! Super nice people and even though it was a dentist appointment, overall it was a very pleasant experience!!

The woman who I dealt with, in management, she helped with cost and scheduling she was amazing and the dental assistant was awesome. From the start the front desk lady was very kind and welcoming which made me feel at ease from being nervous. The DA and Hygienist couldn’t have been more nice and warming as they were asking questions to get to know me more which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hergenrader is an amazing dentist and is super informative with his findings and recommendations. The office manager did an amazing job at making me feel more at home and helping me out financially with the costs. I rate aspen dental a 5 out of 5 and recommended to anyone and everyone!

I would give lower if I could. I scheduled an appointment with the understanding that I was dealing with extreme pain from a tooth. The originally scheduled appointment was canceled because they didnt have a dentist in the office. I asked if i should look for a different dentist because i was in that much pain. She assured me that if i could wait until the next day (Friday) that they would take care of me and get me out of pain. Didnt offer any advice how to cope with the pain until the scheduled appointment though. When my appointment time came i spent 2 hours waiting to see the dentist. Granted, some of that time was getting xrays but not nearly all ofit. The dentist informed me that I needed a root canal (but not once did he look in my mouth) and they dont offer those services. I asked for either antibiotics or pain medicine to help me get through until I could find someone. I was told that even though I was swollen and obviously in pain they didnt perform a procedure and would not issue any prescriptions. I left there extremely frustrated, in more pain and now needing to find an emergency dental place on a Friday afternoon. After finding one, I was informed if I had waited longer, due to the swelling that was compromising the blood flow, I would have lost the tooth. I advise everyone to avoid Aspen Dental at all costs.

Although I felt the repair to my dentures was done very efficiently and was nicely done this is very unprofessional office in fact that the consultant and other office personal were constantly pointing out to the receptionist how poorly she was doing her job in a very destructive way. One could tell she was fairly new and was still learning how to do her job. She was the only professional I saw while I was there.

Dont try to schedule your new patient appointment for a friday I you have insurance, that was the only hassle I had so I rescheduled for the following Monday and they had my xrays done really quickly and they even had time to fit a cleaning in before removing my 4 wisdom teeth. And when I was having that done my lower right was halfway in my jaw and lower left was a quarter (because my mouth is so small they couldnt move anywhere) they numbed me up and they removed all 4 in a matter of 20 minutes it felt like. Plus I was still able to drive home afterwards.

I got right in at my appointment time. Staff was very nice, very knowledgeable. I felt my exam was very thorough. The facility was very clean and inviting. The new patient incentives that they offer cannot be beat . Totally would recommend Aspen Dentsl, Fremont, Nebraska to anyone looking for a new dentist. I wasn’t looking but my regular dentist was no longer in my insurance network and I saw Aspen was so thought I’d give them a try. So glad I did.

I have been to a lot of dentists in my life, and I normally dont give reviews, but this place changed my mind on reviews, because I was so impressed with the quality of service. The best dentist office I’ve ever experienced without a doubt. The staff are very nice and helpful, the Hygienist was very educational and nice. Dr. H was amazing and friendly, he went over what I needed done. I appreciate the honesty and forwardness of a dentist, pass dentist have never been honest they just go in circles, so frustrating. Im so glad I found this place.

I am a new patient to Aspen Dental/Hergenrader Dental Rehab, PC. Positive experience, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Easy to make an appointment, no wait time, modern equipment, reasonable charges. Dr. Hergenrader was informative and very professional.

Absolute crooks. Notice they will not acknowledge all of the one star reviews on here (red flag). Will steal your money for services they never even provided. Seriously look at any aspen dental reviews and you’ll quickly see how shady and corrupt this place is. One star is far too generous for these people. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I Did job shadowing to be trained on the job to be a dental assistant. I was told a background check would be done. I called several times because i was very interested in the job. I was lied to MULTIPLE TIMES. I was told id receive a email and havent and that was 7-8 months ago and i STILL get lied to. I feel that is unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Hergengraders team was fast, courteous and professional. The visit went quite well.

Bad experience. The woman that does consultations promised me a position. She lied to me and said they would get back to me. After contacting them a couple times, she kept lying.Not a dentist id take my family to due to lying. What else would they lie about???Also not to mentioned. Do not recommend.. My husband and I schedule a teeth cleaning at Aspen Dental. When we arrived they stated they do not do cleanings on first visit. They said it was just a consult so they evaluated our teeth and told us we both had many cavities that needed to be filled. We felt a little skeptical and got another opinion at another local dentist where we were told everything was fine. I’m not sure what they were going to be filling at Aspen Dental. Staff was friendly, but it felt like they were trying to sell us lots of extra things and I felt lied to after our second opinion.

Dr Herngenrader was very friendly and did not push me into a choice of either a dental implant or a bridge. He sent me home to let me make my decision. April was awesome and so efficient with taking the x-rays and so much fun, she made me feel right at home. Shannon the treatment plan Coordinator gave me the price of both the price of both the dental work. She knew I guess on my face that the expense was pretty high for me since I have no insurance. So she offered Dental First Financing which gave me a good $1000 off the original price.Thank you All for being very nice. Oh, And the receptionist was also! ;)

I dont even know where to begin. If I had looked at the google reviews, I would have known to STAY AWAY. How do these guys sleep at night??? I am blind, am on medicaid, and went to this dentist for an emergency extraction and they tried to sell me vastly overpriced services and items. I had to go to Good Neighbor dental the next day, where I was told that aspen dental should not have touched the tooth for at least a week until an anti biotic had a chance to shrink the abcess. I was in excruciating pain during this procedure, and the dentist leaked anasthetic in my mouth saying something to the effect, I know, that stuff doesnt taste very well does it. The dentist was unprofessional, like he was perturbed that I was wasting his time. Well, he wont be wasting mine again. Dont let him waste yours too. The pains not worth going through.

Very clean and welcoming staff. I did have to move between 4 different chairs throughout my visit for a checkup and minor filling. Had minor communication issues with dental assistant. Filling was completed without being given goggles and I had water spashed in my face. Procedure seemed rushed, but I am happy with the results. Appreciate them getting me in to fix a chiped tooth on short notice

I went in for a consultation and everyone in office was really nice. I then scheduled to fix a old filling that had broken and get my teeth whitened for my wedding. They scheduled both procedures for the same day and had me whiten my teeth first. It was all going really great and the technician said my teeth went three shades whiter already and they would continue to whiten throughout the day. The technician warned against eating anything staining since my pores were open. They then took me into fix my broken tooth. Dr. Alan Hergenrader was the most aggressive and rude dentist I have ever met. He was frustrated because my mouth was too small and he continuously was aggressive as he tried to rip my mouth open wider. He was visibly frustrated and kept sighing and huffing when he couldn’t reach the tooth. As he was trying to fix the tooth it hemorrhaged and blood got all over my teeth and my face. He was rude the entire time and didn’t clean my teeth off. I left the office with blood splatters still on my face and all over my teeth. My jaw and lips were still extremely sore four weeks after Dr. Hergenrader handled my mouth aggressively. My fiancé went in and asked them what they could do and they advised that I use my touch up gel they gave me to use 3 months after the original whitening. I used that for two weeks and I went back in and showed the technician and she agreed that the color of my teeth had been tinted and they are not as white as they were when she originally whitened them. Rachel (the tech) even made the comment of “yeah, I don’t know why they booked them on the same day. Your teeth are not at white as they were”. After admitting their mistake they are still refusing to fix the color problem and refuse to give us any extra tubes of whitening gel. We paid a lot for this procedure to make me confident with my teeth on my wedding day and now they are not close to the color we paid for. I will NOT ever recommend this office ever.

I had an appointment for today at 1:30 it has snowed and was going to leave at noon I got a phone call at 11:40 saying they couldn’t see me today because they were short staffed due to the weather. I live 40 minutes away and you have to be there 15 minutes early had I already been on the road I would have been so mad. They even sent me a text at 7:57 this morning saying my appointment was still on. What a joke so glad I wasn’t on the road. I think I will take my business some where else.

I had an appointment at 2:15. When I got there I was refused service. Was told we tell people to be here 10 minutes early. No one told me anything about 10 minutes early because I made the appointment online. Didnt matter, thats policy. So I accepted that and they rescheduled me for 4:30 the same day. At 4:10 I receive a call from a snotty young lady informing me that the doctor is running behind and they would have to reschedule my appointment to Monday. Nice business practices! I wanted to rate zero stars for zero service, but you have to give at least one star!
