We have had our carpet cleaned 3 times in the past 4 years. This was the first time weve used Masters Touch and our carpets look amazing! They are really clean, soft and all of the stains we had are gone. Our carpets are light tan and look new again. I highly, highly recommend Masters Touch!

My carpets needed cleaning badly. I live on 3rd floor in a condo in Fremont. This condo does not have elevators. Almost all other carpet cleaners ( truck mount or manual machine) refused to come. This was the only company that did. They cleaned my carpets with super powerful truck mount method. My soiled carpets look brand new and am super happy with their service. I recommend them to anyone. They are the kind of company that will go the extra mile to make their customer happy. Their service is at its best.
