Called them up on a Tuesday, they were able to come in on a Thursday on very short notice, to help clean a 2BR apartment that had the floor completely covered in trash. They were incredibly professional, did their jobs, and were just generally awesome. Would use again for basically anything.

I have been having the father and son team come over to clean the carpet and such for a few years but then the pandemic hit and we adopted a puppy. We had some extra stains this time around and I did my best with the Bissell little green machine and the cleaners but the stains did not go away... As soon as the puppy was potty trained I told my husband I needed him to take a morning off so the carpet can be cleaned. The team did a great job as usual and even left us with shoe covers to help keep things clean while the carpet dries completely. If you had to do a lot of carpet cleaning because of a puppy, I definitely recommend hiring Advanced Cleaning Systems as soon as you have your puppy potty-trained!

I was a little worried that our carpet would never be the same after a couple of years with kids and a dog, but Gary and his son brought it back to life. The price was about $50 more than we initially discussed on the phone after the onsite estimate. Even so, they did excellent work and it was ultimately worth the cost -- I would definitely use them again.

ACS did a fantastic cleaning job on what was really old, tough, and dirty first floor carpet. The 2 individuals that came were professional, on time, and thorough. They adjusted the quote given to me over the phone because Id overstated the size of the job, and also walked through options for deep cleaning where it was necessary. Couldnt be more satisfied with the product and the professionalism. You may find better deals out there but not better end-products. Will have them back for sure, as will our friends and other family!!

I hired ACS to clean the carpets in my entire house of 7-8 rooms/areas plus hallways and stairs. Gary and Sam were responsive, prompt, very professional and friendly. Their price was very competitive and they did an outstanding job. The carpets look amazing and one in particular was so dirty (dogs, kids and previously poor cleaning jobs) that it looked new after Sam deep cleaned it -see yuck and wow pics. It didnt look this good after the last company cleaned it. Gary set my expectations including furniture moving, stairs etc. when I called him and there were no up-sells or surprises after-the-fact. I highly recommend them and will use again.

I really like how ACS is a family owned father-son business, the day of my appointment they were on time and very professional. I had setup a appointment with him for July-01-2016 and talked about the price on phone 3 times. He confirmed the price range between $160-$170 and mentioned that it wont be more than $170 . I cleaned all the carpet and removed all the objects from carpet before he arrived as per his instructions. After reaching here he asked for $190-$200 first. When I reminded him of the committed price range then he told $177. I would have paid him $177 also but I mentioned that he can charge $170(max of the range specified. But he just walked out even without talking anything. He had seen that I have removed all the stuff from floor but still he walked out. Very unprofessional. Even one start is more for them .
