Got a full clear wrap on out Model Y and the experience was great! I dont know much about the process and the staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The attention to detail my vehicle got was excellent and I will keep going back even if I live far away.

Mr. Sayed is very professional. Quality of their work is great.The Ceramic Coating is the same product offered by the company Ceramic Pro but sold and installed by different shops. Different shops have different pricing. The warranty is a Nation Wide Warranty offered by the Ceramic Pro company depending on the kind of package you buy. Mr. Sayeds quote was very fair compared to the quotes I got from other shops for the same service.I strongly recommend this place.

The team at Mum Sports is all star. Sayed was very informative from the first call we had and spent the time to make sure to answer all of my questions until I knew exactly what service was right for my Model 3. Im really happy with the PPF application they did on my Model 3. They paid attention to all the small details and everything looked great. They even gave my car a free detail upon return.I also got a window tint and a chrome delete as I wanted to get everything done at the same time. They did a great job on all of the services. Mum Sports was a lot cheaper than the other higher rated shops I saw in the area, but you wouldnt be able to tell by their quality of work and their customer service.

I had my Tesla Model 3 worked on at Mum Sports. The owner Sayed is easy to communicate with via email, phone and text. He was very responsive to questions at all hours that, I had regarding my project. My Tesla Model 3 looks awesome now. If you are looking to have your Tesla customized, look no further. Mum Sports has a lot of good Yelp reviews, clean working environment and they are very professional.

The gloss film applied to my Tesla a few months ago is already starting to peel from the the edges. I am really disappointed with their work after paying a lot for their service. Replacing the whole film at another Xpel location.

I decided to do a full car Xpel Stealth Paint Protection Film (PPF) + Ceramic Coating on my brand new 2020 Type R (w/30 Miles on Odometer). Mum Sports had my car for 7 business days. When I came to pick the car, I started to notice all the issues. Dirt under the paint protection film, many bubbles, film peeling on the edges, the seams not lining up and many edges not rolled over the corners as promised. I expressed my concerns and the owner of Mum Sports (Sayed A) promised me to take care of all my issues after giving it 10 days or so for the film to settle.Second Visit:After 10 days. I went over the film applied on the car and made a detailed list of the issues I had noticed and went over the details with the owner and texted him a list of all the issues I had prepared. I was hoping that the second time around, they will take their time to properly address my car.I was really wrong and in for a big surprise!! While picking the car after 5 more days at Mum Sports I noticed more issues.At this point I started to question my decision on choosing Mum Sports when compared to the other installers in the Bay Area and never really understood how they are able to deliver a car to the customer with all these issues clearly visible?!Third Visit:Sayed promised me to take care of all my issues and asked me to drop off the car after another 2 weeks. I took pictures highlighting the issues and handed the car back to Sayed at Mum Sports hoping this would be my last and final visit. Boy was I wrong again and my nightmare had just begun.After keeping my car for another 4 days, Sayed texted me and asked me to come pick up the car. Immediately upon arrival I was in utter shock! The wheel arches did not have any film on it and as I approached the car and closely examined the area I noticed the paint had been stripped on two areas while they were removing the film. My brand new car now needed new painted wheel arches. I know the painted plastics are never going to match with the other factory painted body panels and after spending nearly 6k and waiting for a month, my new car was damaged thanks to the careless and reckless work carried out by the staff at Mum Sports.Even after 3 attempts, there are still bubbles all over the car, the film seams are not lining up with edges on many parts.Sayed A was not willing to refund me and after engaging Xpel leadership and the Xpel team conducting the proper review of the car at another authorized Xpel shop they determined that the job was unacceptable and 90% of the car needed to be redone. Sayed was still defending this work without showing any empathy or admitting the work was bad. With the additional requests from Xpel he offered to refund a small portion of my money but wanted to sign CA settlement waivers with too many clauses that did not make any sense. I am at a huge loss and spent countless hours dealing with the mess Sayed and Mum Sports put me through.I want to caution anyone considering Mum sports to be careful leaving your ride with this shop. Consider other reputable installers! I just came across another customer on Yelp who had his new 100k Land cruiser scratched and paint stripped under the hood with Sayed refusing to accept fault.Attaching Pictures after my 3rd visit for evidence.

House call detail led to full ceramic coating, re-vinyl the hood and tint all windows. Couldnt be more happy with the outcome and quality of work. Very happy customer.The owners here have a customer first attitude and it shows in their service and quality. Quality work, accommodating staff, and an overall excellent experience. Just got my Model 3 back after getting an XPEL Ultimate wrap, Chrome Delete, and Window Tinting.Staff were very friendly, and had no problem meeting some of my non-standard needs. Their default was to remove the rear Dual Motor badging during the wrap process, but they easily worked around it at my request. Customer satisfaction is taken seriously, and they were happy to fix a few minor flaws I later pointed out without question.

Sayed and everyone at Mum Sports are great -- and they do great work. I had them apply a bumper protector material under the car called Sliplo, which theyre a vendor for, and its working perfectly. I couldnt recommend them more.

I recently purchased a new Mercedes C300 and since I have to park it outside I was looking for a way to keep my paint protected. The dealership I purchased from recommended Mum Sports. Originally, I was looking for a wrap but decided to pay a few hundred extra to try the ceramic pro (the water rolling right off the protection convinced me). Love the product and love the service from Mum. Highly recommended!

Shopped around the entire bay area before choosing these guys.MUM Sports installed Xpel Ultimate followed by multiple layers of Ceramic Pro, coating the entire vehicle.I dont worry about rock chips any more, and my car looks better than it did the day I bought it.Every new lease or purchase should be taken to a place like this and protected. Well worth the investment.

I had Xpel PPF installed on my car by Mum Sports. They do a great job in the installation. Easy to deal with and they pay attention to details. I also liked how they did my chrome delete. My Tesla looks just like how envisioned it. Go see Sayed or Manny.

These guys are top notch and really take care of their customers. Such a great place to pimp your ride so to say. I had ceramic pro done on my truck that is over three years old looks new every day since. I cant believe how great they detail and wrap as well. Ask for Sayed he knows the business or you could look for their detail van on Stevenson and grimmer.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE ANY SERVICES FROM THIS GARBAGE LOCATION:I would give this place zero stars if I could. I call Alex who supposedly is the mediocre manager at this location. Tells me to bring in the car by 10am to get it tinted. I drop it off and tells me there are two cars ahead of me. When I get there he is not even there and tells me to talk to his worker named Jose who barely understands English. I leave the car there and call him to get a status, he rudely says ill call you back when it is ready we have not started on it yet which was around 1pm. I get there hoping my car is at least worked on, the worker Jose leaves the location and comes back 15 min later with my car untouched. I blow up on Jose, and Alex avoids my calls knowing he will get chewed out too. I go 2 blocks down the street where there is another tinting place and they tell me that MUM had just brought that car over and they didnt have time to tint it. Not only does this place waste peoples time and money, they dont even do the job at all, they are the middle men outsourcing business!The pictures posted on this yelp page are all fake, once you are at the location you will see how ghetto and unprofessional it looks. Walking into a junk yard actually looks better.if you need tinting done, go two building down they are called WINDOW TINTING PLUS, and they are the ones who actually get the job done at a cheaper cost too.Also come to find out they sell cheap looking wheels not even a flea market would sell.You want wheels, go to GM electronics in concord, or Junior car stereo in Fremont.
