They are super friendly and nice, especially Raj! I had to reschedule my appointment and he made time for me on another day. I showed up and was out of there within 2 hours and back to work. Raj was very professional and gave me a good quote for a great quality ceramic tint. The tint installation went above my expectations, since there are no bubbles and I can still see through the windshield perfectly without a sun glare. I will definitely come back if I need anything further, I even recommended this place to my friend.

Raag is the man, he guaranteed my satisfaction and he exceeded my expectations. They installed a ZZ2 device so that I can use my Native Mercedes hardware. On 2010-2016 Mercedes you have a knob or touchpad to scroll the screen and when you install an aftermarket dash you can loose that functionality so I installed this to get CarPlay and still use the knobs and buttons on the center console. They also wired/installed my amp and sub in the trunk with a bass knob. It’s been about a month or so since the install and I have no complaints.

I just had to get some rca cables. I called around and he was the cheapest.. Im originally from San Jose and as soon as I walked in he remembered me from over 10 years ago.. They did fantastic work and finished quickly-- the entire install (which involved removing several panels from my cars interior) took less than two hours. I chose them for their reviews. I got my own blackvue dashcam hardwired and the car windows tinted. I conversed with Raj, the owner, over email first and he was quick in responding to my inquiries with clear details. If you live far away, it is better to either call or email and setup an appointment with them before you go as the shop is usually booked in advance. You can always go and speak to owner at the shop to discuss your requirement and get a quote. I was looking for a dashcam suggestion and window tint to which I got good recommendations. There is no hard sell from the owner, infact, I was asked to purchase recommended dashcam from Amazon and bring it to them for installation. The installation took less than 1.5 hours and there handyman Mark did an amazing job. Not only the installation was quick but it was neat and my 2 channel dashcam was perfectly placed in my BMW X3. Mark gave me a demo after setting up.For the window tint I was given live demo at the shop. I was shown various tint options. The owner spends time in understanding your tint need and budget and gives his recommendations I chose SunTek Ceramic tint on all windows and windshield. With the tint I just did a road trip to Southern California with temperatures ranging between 100F and 118F and I was amazed the quality of heat rejection I acheived in my car. My AC stopped blowing up aggressively after the tint and time to cool down is much less. Infact, if the car is left in the Sun, it does not heat up crazy. Along with heat rejection you get UV and IR as well among other things.The owner asks everyone to check everything to their satisfaction before leaving and so no harm in doing so.The shop is professional, the owner makes it clear as to what job is agreed to, what will be acheived, what is the total charge including labor and what will not be done. The handyman stick to the job. Raj, the owner is lovely person to converse while the job is gettinv done. There is also guest wifi and tv to watch.All in all, good experience and will do more business with them in future.

Raj definitely went way beyond my expectations. No stress deal very smooth and gives a-lot of options depends upon your budget limit. They work on my front and rare speakers. Upgraded my headlight bulbs to LED and tinted my windows. It was an awesome work and very professional. I’m coming from Vallejo and found this shop down south. And prices are also very reasonable. I bought a coupon on the groupon for the full tint of my Toyota offer $ 160. I specified by phone and confirmed to me. I drove to him for an hour in Fremont. When I arrived, the person immediately started saying that I have to pay extra, that a full tint of a car costs 2 times more than about $ 300. They write in their ads that the full SUV is tinted $ 160 and as soon as you come to them, they begin to rob you, and demand $ 300!!!! Be careful!!!

He was honest, and what got me in was his knowledge of the equipment and his buy two and get the discount. Also he squeezed in the tinting as I was already prepared to come another day, but to my surprise!!! He finished it in two hours while I was on a conference call outside his office. I was so excited that I forgot I was on a conference call!!! This place is amazing and hands down I would recommend it. This place is easy to reach, the people are super cool. They know how to respect customers. Even if its very busy, they try and make everyone special. Although known for tinting and car sound, they have a good expertise and collection for rear view camera and sensors (I did my rear view cam and they did an excellent job). They even do HID lighting and loads of other stuff as well ! Raj is cool and well respected all over downtown for a reason. This place is awesome. I was on my way to San Jose and want to swing by a car audio place to finish up on a job that was unfinished by another place in Vallejo. I met Sal and he was willingly assisted me with running the power and ground for my amp. He did not charge me for the service. I told him i felt like I need to pay it forward somehow. A couple of days later i bought an amp from the shop. I also met the owner Raj and he was very nice. Got my Honda CRV 08 tinted in 2 front windows & strip. I got 5% for the strip so its super dark (not recommended, kinda wish I knew better). The tints are great and have kept me cool under extremely hot weather so it was a great job done, would recommend!

Excellent service on my old Sienna. they installed backup camera and replaced my car stereo. I checked with other stores before calling car sound and compared their rates. I must say there rates were quite competitive along with good customer service. i went there to get backup camera installed with preset model in mind. the shop owner recommended some better products which were even cheaper with better features than the one i was trying to get installed. Overall very satisfied and would definitely recommend this shop.

I used the groupon coupon which says tinting on 4 windows, and any sane human will assume that it will cover all four windows as most cars(sedan) have 4 windows. But you are wrong you have 2 tiny triangle windows and those are not covered. You will have to pay extra for those 2 tiny triangle windows. So groupon coupon was not that useful, if you add up all the cost considering what you are paying is for very basic film.Edited:I read the fine print again, and it was actually written there that quarter glass is not included. Changed 2 stars to 4 stars now.

I only write reviews when a place is either very good or very bad, and this place is fantastic.I stumbled on to it by total accident. I was actually looking for 2 different shops, an audio place and a place I could get my windows tinted, and I saw this place does both, so I figured Id just go here instead.Not only do they do great work, but honestly, the customer service here is the absolute best Ive seen from any business whatsoever. Raj is the man. Even though it meant he would get less business, he flat out told me that something I was about to get done would just be a waste of my money, and told me how I could achieve the exact same result for $100 cheaper. They are the poster child for the belief that if you treat your customers well, they will be loyal to you.Not only did I get my subwoofers installed and my window tinting done by them, Ive already recommended them to some friends and Im going to go to this place for all of the other upgrades I want. My new head unit, my dashcam, my speaker overhaul, all of it is going to be done by them. If they also installed rims, Id have them do that too. I can not say enough good things about this place.

This place is awesome! I only go to people I trust and I definitely trust this place to get a honest price and advice. I had a car camera installed on my car about 2 months ago, while installation they told me that the alarm the dealer included with my car was not a real alarm. I had this confirmed by other installers as well. On top of that the company this dealer used installed it incorrectly which could possibly affect the electronic diagnosis part of my car. So I knew I had to eventually upgrade out of pocket to get the kind of security I wanted. The went over all the benefits of each type of alarm( just like when I bought my camera) and what they think I would need baised on the security issues I am having(people vandalizing my car). Again I got a great price, lots of value, and piece of mind. I will reccomend people here as long as they are in business.

Raj and his Team did an amazing job on my Old School Caddie! I am someone who is very picky and the job was flawless, not to mention he is very accommodating (I picked up the Vehicle after hours due to my work schedule, Raj meet me at his Shop for Vehicle pickup) .I came in without any idea in mind, so Raj and Team gave me their professional opinion and I ended up going with theirs which was to go with the lighter tint in the front windows to keep me safe and not so illegal and then as you go further back it gets darker so the backseat windows are darker than the front. I am Restoring a 1985 Cadillac Seville and it took less than 4 hrs to complete the Job.Also, Raj went beyond the call of duty and gave me a Tour of his shop. They have some sort of woodshop where they customize your entire sound system. I seen many old school vehicles getting a electrical sound system overhaul. Thank you for your impeccable work! I want to thank the wonderful customer service at car sound and security/safety/window tinting... they made my nightmare birthday so much better...I had my car keys stolen and of course i only had one alarm, so my car wouldnt start! I had to tow my car to car sound security and the tow truck guy couldnt even get it in their garage had to park in parking lot. They took my alarm out, and fixed a fuse we blew trying to get my car to start...and got me on my way to salvage my birthday they made my awful day so much better! If you ever get in a jam loose youre keys call them they are so wonderful and helpfull and the price was great! I need a new alarm now and they offered me a great price for my birthday alarm..Thanks Guys!!!!

I put dash cam into my two cars couple of months ago. I want to share my experience.I put a dash cam into my Lexus IS350 with $150. It was OK. and this is my first visit and had a quite good impression at that time.And, I put one more dash cam into my Cayman. Although I made a reservation, I had to wait more than one hour and I complained the situation. At that time, they asked $250 more because C3C said it was hard to install a dash cam into my Caymen. it was OK too.After several months later, IS350 began to rattle because the dash cam is not installed correctly and review camera at Cayman began not to work.I was doutable with C3C work and I went to another shop located at Mountain View.The shop investigated and said the dash cams were not installed correctly with both of my cars. And with extra fee, they fixed the issues:IS350: C3C installed front camera lines improperly and pushes the internal map lights down and made rattling. They re-wired front camera lines.Caymen: C3C worker pulled the line of rear view camera so tighten and the cables are scratched with upper trunk and almost cut off. They fixed this issue.C3C did not install dash camera properly and I fixed these issues with a store located at Mountain View.
