Friendly, professional service! Took my car in to get 3 new tires for a middle-of-the-line rate (nothing fancy; nothing super cheap), because Im going on a road trip soon. Finished service in under an hour and rotated the old tire to the back.

Owner is very rude, so rude I hadda bite my tongue not too go off because of his attitude. They WILL NOT be receiving my money for I will be taking my business elsewhere. DONT GO HERE UNLESS UR READY TOO FIGHT

I have been going exclusively to Stevenson Tires since 2001. Through the years they moved 3 times and I moved with them even when I moved over 20 miles away. I currently live in San Jose and yet I keep making the trip because of the excellent work, excellent customer service and most specifically their honesty. I have taken my cars in the past for estimates just to see if there are other shops that may be available closer to home but I have never found one with the integrity that Stevensons demonstrate. Doug is very accessible and always willing to answer my questions and Im one of those that will ask tons of questions when it comes to my cars. Over time I have taken my Mazda Miata, VW Beetle, Nissan Xterra, Mercedes C250, BMW X5M, Mini Cooper Roadster and BMW M4. Im saying this to show the capability of this shop and they are not just an American car type of shop but the mechanics are well versed with all makes and model of vehicles. I am very happy with this shop and even though I have been with them exclusively for over 20 years, I will continue to use them in the future. Great place to get your tires done. I had a problem with one of my old tires. Starting from the first call, Doug was courteous and quick in providing guidance. The job turned out to be a little more time-consuming and Doug delayed his lunch to ensure I get the car back on time. Doug gave honest and fair estimates; he does not engage in upselling things that can wait. I would definitely use this location for my car services in the future. Huge thanks to Doug and his team.

My 2 rear tires need to be changed. They get the tires and change it within an hour. They estimate my front tires and tell me they could run a few thousand more miles. I like their speed and not attempting to sell me anything else.

I highly recommend this shop. Brett at the front desk was extremely friendly and approachable, and the mechanics were all thorough and efficient. I came in to get my breaks checked because of a screeching sound, and once it was concluded that there is no safety issue involved (car was put on the rack), I was told that there is no charge for the inspection because I was referred by a used auto sales company. Im very happy with the service that I received. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Ive been suffered so long times because my car has weird noise from the tire.Ive went Firestone Fremont two times to figure our the reason and they asked do wheel alignment but nothing fixed. Ive change the rotor, wheel bearings but never worked. This guys just check my car today and found the reason in 30 minutes. They actually do the real test drive (Firestone had 2 minutes test drive in their parking lot) and gave me the exact diagnosis and result. This guys are awesome!

Got a flat on 880 and needed tires as soon as possible. Called around to a few shops and got the run around. Thankfully I called Stevenson Tire Service. They informed me that the tires I was was looking for were not in stock but they would be in the next day at 9am. Came down and they had my new tires installed and I was ready to go before I finished my morning coffee. Great service fair price I wish I found this place earlier. Good service. Didnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need. They replaced all 4 tires on my pickup quickly and without hassle. I purchased the well priced tire protection package and when I ran over a nail they fixed it within the hour. I also had a brake job done on one of my vehicles and they rotated my existing tires and told me they still had some life and were safe. Ill definitely buy the new tires from them when it comes time.

The owner of the place is very judgemental and will refuse to talk based on his judgments. I can only presume he is the owner of the place because I cant see why anybody else would feel they can treat other people with such disregard. When I try to call in the of the phone Ive been hung up on twice without anyone saying anything as to why.

They are professional, respectful, friendly and know exactly what they are doing. We took our car to the BMW service in Steven Creek and they told us to get tires for non reasonable prices and non recommended ones too. When we went to Stevenson Tires, they explained to us that we need to different types of tires and not the recommended ones from BMW Service!!. Great family owned little shop. No one is perfect, but these guys sure go out of their way to do what they can. Malik even let me help install the spare tire back in the undercarriage, so now I know how to do it myself. Theyre a nice, humorous, and down to earth team.

Had a couple new condition, used tires, that I needed mounted and balanced.They took care of me at an acceptable rate.Not quite pit stop fast, but got the job done.

I have been going to Stevensons tire for the last 20 years but today I think its the last day. For the last three times one of the service people in the front named Roy has told me he would have it done in a certain amount of time and each time he has been wrong. In fact one time I had to leave this over the weekend because of it. Very hard to have no car with a child for over a weekend. And all he could say was Im sorry.

Stevensons is the best tire service in the Bay Area. I had to get my tires done very late and they took the time to do an amazing job and quick too. Prices are the best and customer service is definitely better than your average tire shop.

Brett and Mitch are great. Waiting area is a little cramped, but there are plenty of places to walk to while you wait. Best if you call and make an appointment. Online appointments doesnt work very well.

This is a local gem. On a Saturday morning I went to get a flat fixed. I dont think Ive ever had friendlier or faster service. It was reasonably priced too.

All our cars go to Stevenson Tires for their oil change or new tires for years ever since they were in their old location on Peralta.They are extremely responsive, friendly and honest. You are getting what you pay for.I would recommend anyone looking to service their cars to use them.They will only ask you to change things if it is absolutely necessary.

I had the misfortune of running over a piece of the street that broke away from itself. I saw and recognized it at the last moment and ended up popping my tire. I called this place and was told they could help me and that I was literally one block away. So, I drove over there slowly and was warmly greed and taken very good care of. Service was fast and made even less than original price I expected. I believe I tipped him for the superior service and great customer care. We went there at 5:30pm on a Friday. There was a nail in the tire. They took the car, checked the tire, sprayed, dunked and at the end could not find any leak. Did not charge a penny! The manufacturer service shop told us because the nail is too close to the side we need to replace the whole tire and gave an estimate for 250$.
