They did a fantastic job on my body repair. They even got it done earlier than I had expected. Robert went way out of his way to make sure I had my car before the 3 day weekend, he definitely deserves a raise in my eyes. I would recommend all my friends and family to come here if ever in the unfortunate situation of needing car repairs from an accident.

RC and the team at Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my 1997 Honda Civic. My car was a mess after it was stolen then recovered - front bumper damaged, drivers side rear window broken, catalytic converter gone. RC is very communicative and kept me apprised of what was going on with my car throughout the repair process. Their receptionist (cant remember her name) was professional and pleasant in person and on the phone. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

No one wants to have and accident. The process of contacting your insurance company, getting estimates, paying deductibles... Well my daughter jaf an accident and we selected Caliber Collision to do the repairs. Over the phone Gaby was great! She asked all the questions necessary so when we brought the car, there was littlr to no paperwork to complete. Our Estimator was Bryan Flores, very nice young man thatvwas very thoughtful and thorough in examining the car and letting us know what would be done. He advised us as the car was still driveable, to bring it back when the parts come in and he would get it out as quickly as possible of they found no other issues. No words...on how disappointed I was with the decision to total my car. I feel they over estatmated my car damage. I kept my car not to total it out and fix it myself for 1000s less. I got the feeling they wanted my car to fix and sale themselves.

I had my catalytic converter stolen while visiting a friend 8 hours from home. Not only did the staff do an excellent job in repairing all the damage. They also treated me as if I was their own mom. They were able to fully repair my vehicle in less then 24 hours. The customer service was unmatched and beyond any expectation.Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and my car!

My service advisor Joe Lopez and the Caliber Collision Center-Fremont Team are amazing! The whole process was very smooth since my vehicle arrived at their facility until delivery day. Joe Lopez had great communication, he explained everything thoroughly and although I was concerned about my vehicle having frame damage he doubled checked it for my piece of mind. I also noticed that my driver seat was not working after the incident. I let Joe Lopez know about it. He immediately contacted AAA and let them know that my seat was not working. He contacted me back and mentioned that AAA would not take care of it. Joe Lopez and Caliber Collision Center – Fremont went out of their way and repaired it at no extra charge! Thank you Miguel! Being involved in a car accident can be stressful but the Caliber team took a load off my shoulders by fixing my car sooner then expected. From start to finish, I was helped out by the reception and most importantly Miguel. Miguel kept me updated throughout the entire process. Constantly giving me updates about the status of my car on a regular basis. The car was finished 2 weeks prior to the expected date and was even delivered to me. The total damages were upward of $10,000 but the Caliber team made my Honda look like it was fresh off the dealer lot.

Initially left a bad review in a brief moment of anger because some homeless people had stolen somethings off our truck. (It was in the driveway afterall)I didnt even think to try to ask Caliber about getting it replaced because we signed a waiver.Robert Tran was an awesome person and offered to have it replaced.Perhaps I should have held my anger and waited for the awesome folks at Caliber to investigate the situationWhen we took our Passat there and they did an absolutely fantastic job.

Great customer service by Joe. They were very fast in giving me an appointment the following day and fixing my vehicle within a week. Cooks Collision down the road couldnt give me an appointment to even look at my vehicle until 10 days after I showed up in their office. The downside is that the latest possible appointment for a drop-off or initial estimate by Caliber is 4:15 PM, which is too early for a working individual in my opinion.

If you need bodywork this is a great place to go. Theyre friendly, and the work was well priced and well done. They keep you apprised of progress, and if you need a followup (rattle in my case), theyre prompt and thorough about it.But call for an appointment; like any good place, theyre busy all the time.

Had some collision work done here because my insurance carrier does their estimates here & recommended them.They got the work done a week early but when I went to pick up the car, it still had tape & the sticky part of the removed tape still on my car!They took it back in & cleaned it up but still...

Caliber is amazing!! I got hit by another car so I needed some minor damages fixed. I originally went to cooks collision down the street since AAA referred them and they were AWFUL so rude and overcharged me $500 not that I was paying but just to let other people know. I had three estimates done total. I had a friend in LA make an estimate so I could compare how much it should cost and caliber was even cheaper!! Super fair pricing and really great customer service. The girl at the front desk is so nice and friendly. She greeted me by name when I came in the second time to drop off my car. And she even called hertz to come bring me my rental car without me asking! Shes great! Alvin was my car specialist guy and he is also really nice. He explained everything to me the day I brought my car in for the estimate. And called me to update me about things along the way. It only took two days to repair my car! Extremely fast and the work was done well too. Its really hard to find a good auto shop and one that you can trust. I definitely trust caliber and I will def be telling all of my friends and family to go to them!!

It was 5 months after my repair in Calibur, my safety sensor experienced some malfunctioning. I went back to calibur, they were busy but still managed to find time to check for me. After a throughout examination, they found the problem, and fixed it even though it’s not their mistakes, free of charge. The manager Robert was very sincere, professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you.

I don’t recommend this body shop. They repainted my car three times! They are very busy and quality is very bad! They even didn’t normal wash the car, washed only front of the car. Very bad service!
