BLT is an outstanding company. I used them 4 years ago to fix my outdated HVAC system. The repairs they made lasted way longer then anyone would have ever guessed and were still holding to the day I put in the new system. I kept this in mind when looking for someone to install my new HVAC and tankless water heater recently. Their attention to detail and communication with the customer is second to none. Everyone was very professional and always on time willing to take that extra step to make you happy. The process of working with a home warranty can be quite a hassle. Luke at BLT was absolutely phenomenal! He helped speed up the process with the warranty company when we had no heat in our home during a winter storm. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and updated us along the way. His customer service was amazing. The technicians that replaced our furnace were also top-notch. They left our house looking immaculate after they removed our old furnace, modified our ducts/gas/electrical and installed a new furnace. We cannot thank them enough. We will be referring all of our family and friends to BLT!

Poor customer service. would not recommend. Told me the problem and the way to fix it. Came back later with a totally different solution which was not acceptable. Would not discuss alternative solutions. Would not work with again.

They have not returned my calls. I left a message 5 days ago with them and called again the next day and have not heard from them. They seemed to temporarily fix my AC the first time. I called them a couple of days after the first fix, as my unit was still not operating correctly. They have yet to my return my calls into them to fix something they did not fix the first time.

They came to inspect my furnace in the morning, and discovered we needed a whole new blower and motor, not a part they have in their vehicles. Despite that, they were still back, same day, with the parts and had my furnace up and running! Absolute super hero move. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Came out on a warranty call from American Home Shield. They were prompt, fixed the problem quickly and tested everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent.

They were assigned to us by our Home Warranty company for an AC Unit problem. We could not be ANY happier!!Chris was prompt in showing up and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He had our blower motor replaced within an hour and explained WHY we were having problems. He didnt try to do more than was needed and made sure the rest of the system was working correctly.
