I chose this company because they told me their installers were covid vaccinated and would wear masks while they worked. They did good work but I was very disappointed and concerned when the installer that worked for 2 days in my home would NOT wear a mask while working in my basement and he hesitated when I asked if he was fully vaccinated but then did say he was. So I was not sure if he truly was vaccinated. They both did wear masks when around me and when on my main floor. Their tech that came to my house to determine that my AC unit had a leak was NOT vaccinated. The masks they wear need to do a better job covering their noses too. They were all very pleasant and did good work.

I had an Ac problem as soon as it got hot outside. They were busy as hell, yet they found a way to squeeze me in and help me. I have 2 big dogs in the house, and its pretty critical to keep it cool in there. They had me cool in 5 hours after I called them. Amazing. The first day, they put a bandaid on the problems to get us cooled off. They told me everything they really needed to do, but they were so backed up they had to leave. They came back a couple days later, just like they said, and fixed it for good. Amazing technicians, kind and understanding. Ive done business with them before, and it was exactly the same. Just good people that care and are knowledgeable.

We chose Air Comfort to do a replacement of our aging heating and cooling system. The technicians were very cordial and easy to talk with. They accommodated dealing with our situation here at home ( the dog) with out missing a beat. The quality of the needed fabrication work was top notch. Not a small thing working with an old installation like ours.

Wayne and Adam installed our new Bosch heat pump this October. They gave us excellent maintenance training and general information re the peculiarities of a heat pump. There were a few technical difficulties in the ensuing months. The staff at Air Comfort addressed each promptly and cheerfully. The last situation indicated the outside unit would perform better in a new location. No small task. Russ and James spent the day in biting winter wind meticulously doing what they do.Careful, steady work from all four of these reliable guys. Thank you Air Comfort.

I called Aircomfort because my furnace had quit running properly during a very cold snap. I am retired and on a tight budget. Ian came to check it out and explained my options. I asked him to send someone to give me a bid on a new furnace. Holly came the next day well prepared with a lot of options and to my very big surprise it was affordable! The next morning Clay and Adam were here with new furnace and a/c systems. They had everything installed and cleaned up in 7 hours. Bottom line...everyone of them was courteous, knowledgeable, informative, efficient and professional. They even took the time to show me everything on the new furnace and set my preferred temps for heat and air. I am very, very grateful for Air Comfort and look forward to working with them for many years to come. Thanks to all of you!

This is the 2nd time we have called Air Comfort to work on our HVAC since we bought our home. Ian came out the first time and was so knowledgeable and thorough, that they were our 1st call when our AC went out this weekend.Just so happened that Ian was our tech again and got us cooling very quickly!!

Russ M. and James were very efficient and professional. They made sure that they answered any questions I had about my new HVAC system. The new air conditioner was up and running before they left for the day.

I just had air comfort install a furnace, water heater and central air. Chris was extremely helpful in helping me with the system set-up. I live in an old building built in 1871 and in the past when i have hired contractors they see that the building is old and they begin to cut corners and acquire the this should be good enough attitude. Not so with Air Comfort. The two installers were professional and from watching them work and the finished install took a lot of pride in doing the job right. Rare in this day and age. My entire family has over the years had them do installs and every time it was done right and with pride in the workmanship. My hat is off to the owners and the crew they have.

I called this morning about getting help for my grandmother. With the dip in temperature her furnace was not working and the normal company pushed her to the side. Knowing the temperature is going to get cold again I didnt want my 86 year old grandmother to be without a working furnace. In calling this morning there was a technician out this afternoon. He stayed for several hours to assure he was able to diagnose the problem. In doing that he was able to tell her what was wrong and also advise the furnace was on its last leg. He is bring parts tomorrow to get it fixed and able to use plus bring an estimate for a new one. He was very knowledgeable and patient and explained everything. There were no hidden fees or charges. I feel so blessed to know this company is taking care of my grandmother, especially because I live 900 miles from her. I would recommend this business to anyone hands down!!! Thank you all for your dedication to help those who need it and taking you time to do it right!

This is our second year for a heating check up. Ian seems very good at what he does. This time there was a little hiccup with our service appt as there was a part that was to be replaced but was not communicated to Ian. He took it in stride and was able to run back and get the part. I used a local Hvac contractor for years and never was satisfied with the repairs and so I shopped with the advice of my lenders suggestion to replace my existing heat and air system.The lender made a choice narrowed down to Total Comfort.They responded immediately and through the process were very professional.I gave them the go ahead and as the installation was being done they modified the ducting to make a more efficient system.They answered all my questions and the crew were intelligent, capable and considerate.This has been a great experience.I will recomend them with confidence.

My air conditioner went out and they were able to make it to the house the same day. We decided to buy a new unit and they gave us a few options and explained what they choices were and why we needed a certain size of unit. When my husband and I decided to use this company they were able to schedule us within days, the unit was installed and they cleaned up after themselves very well. We even received a check up phone call to make sure everything was working as needed.

The gentleman that came to our house today was very knowledgeable, he gave us several options for the future. He was able to fix our system today and that not only makes us happy, but our puppy extremely happy. I would highly recommend Air Comfort

We had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed at our house recently and Air Comfort was above and beyond our expectations. Everything works great!! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Whenever we had issues with our old unit our calls were answered for service very quickly and issues were always resolved!! We now have our new unit and couldnt be happier, we have had no issues but are reassured knowing that if we do they will be taken care of promptly and correctly.

Our technician was prompt and always communicated what the plan was for the day as well as the whole project giving me peace of mind. They took care not to track anything on the carpet and left the area where they worked in better shape than when the started. The work was done with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. I could not have asked for anything more.

Knowledgeable in the furnace we had and explained the pros and cons before he began to know possibly what we were to expect and the charges as well so we werent surprised on the end. Gave us info on specials they were running on a humidifier for the month and the benefits of having it.. so we are contemplating it. Got us back on the yearly inspection so we have the peace of mind that things are AIR-OK!

I love the work done by Air Comfort Heating & Coling. Guys were on time and work was excellent. We did a 3 zone system in our home, not knowing how much difference that would make. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with your sales representatives and installers. My experience started with Holly Jackson after my Heat Pump went out June 19, 2020. She met me at my house on June 22nd and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the systems and provided me with her expert opinion on the best option for my home. I also contacted another company for an estimate and Holly is the reason I went with AirComfort. She answered all of my questions and I knew I would be a valued customer.After I signed the contract I added a couple of items and Holly was always prompt with returning my calls. The install started on 7/2 however due to COVID and the Holiday some of the equipment was delayed so the job was finished on 7/6. Holly not only apologized for the delay but provided me with ongoing updates on when the installers would be back to finish. Helpful to determine the problem. Attempted high pressure tactics to over charge me and suck me into buying a new system. Tried to charge me 500 bucks to rent a used part for a month and they would put it towards a new system if I bought from them. I ordered the past off Ebay for 89 bucks. Ive come to know this is normal behavior in the hvac world. Im glad the rest of the world is not like that. It is sad to think that people fall for this stuff all the time. It still cost me 90 bucks to determine the problem. All in all, Im into the repair for 179 bucks; a fraction of the cost they wanted to charge me to used a used part for a month.

The repair guy did a good job of diagonizing and fixing our furnace, however, he should have left after the repairs instead of wasting 45 minutes of my wife’s valuable time trying to up sell her a new system. He wouldnt stop, he was relentless, he was there to fix our furnance, not try to pressure her into a new $12k system. He was like a snake oil salesman. We will be looking for and recommending to our friends, a new heating/air company in the future. We will not be using your company in the future. Ken Spellman
