Kitchen and bathroom remodeled, down to the studs and completely redone. Enjoyable experience start to finish. Everyone from Gotham was professional, polite, attentive, helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure everything went well and kept the chaos from construction to a minimum. The finished job is perfect. Highly recommended...I would hire again!

I scheduled an appointment with them to come between 10 and 11am. I went for a morning run and left my phone home to charge. I got back home minutes to 10am and had a voicemail from the company calling to confirm my appointment less than an hour before the appointment time! When I called back he said they couldnt come because I didnt call back in enough time. Why wouldnt you confirm the night before?! Why would you schedule and not just come even if I didnt answer 45 minutes prior?! I will NEVER do business with people so unprofessional!!!!! Do you think people just sit around with their phones? I created my schedule for the day around them showing up at the time they said and now they have wasted my time.

Jeff came to give the estimate. He is a calm, funny man with an easy professionalism that made me feel comfortable and confident. The estimate was expensive but we had already looked into other companies so it was not at all out of range. The team did a beautiful job with the total renovation of our bathroom, and installing a new back door. I was updated as to what to expect each day, they worked with me well to pick materials and to plan the design, and they finished the work within the estimated timeframe. We all had a very good time working together on this project. We will use Gotham Builders again for our new roof next year.

I was paying very high electric bills and had a lot of drafts coming in. I called Gotham Builders Geno came and met with us the next day. He was very knowledgeable about all types of windows he made us feel great about doing business with him and the company. The office staff was great also they called and gave us a detailed time line for the work. When the installed came they were like a machine and the way they cleaned up was incredible its was like they were never here everything was spotless. I am very grateful for everything Gotham has done for me and I will definitely be calling them back for more work.

Gotham Builders re-did my house after Hurricane Sandy. They were efficient and not only restored my home, but made it so beautiful. I just had them come back to update my second bathroom. Once again Gotham Builders was fast and efficient. My bathroom looks beautiful. Contractors get a bad reputation, but Gotham Builders is a company you can believe in and trust. I am ver happy with my results and the service I received.2020 update- A leak formed into my sons room. I called Gotham Builders right away. They came and put on a new roof and fixed the chimney. Gotham Builders never disappoint. They are fast, efficient and true pros. I dont think its normal to love your contracting company. But Gotham Builders is not only a company that you can trust, they are like family.

Gotham Builders fixed a job that was botched by another contractor. Roger and Andy did a fantastic job. They were professional, fast, and detail oriented. A good contractor is hard to find but these guys are the real deal.

I bought a flip from Gotham builders. The design and interior are beyond beautiful. The house was on the market for a one weekend open house and I got the house after a bidding war that went 15k over price. A year and a half later, I had an issue with the venting in my basement and Andy from Gotham went out of his way to help it get solved. That is service!
