Never rent from them called an hour before we were supposed to pick our truck up and told us that they let somebody else extend their time so we were left moving on a Friday with no truck on a Thursday night. They then proceeded to help us in no way shape or form figure out a better alternative there’s plenty of other places in Freeport don’t go to them

Sonny will take good care of you here, he also sells propane and will fill your bottle all the way.

Booking a truck through the app was easy. The trucks were there and ready to go on the day I booked them.

Casey is a Great guy! Easy to work with, very accommodating. No hidden fees, no waiting around. Truck was ready as scheduled.I will definitely give these guys my business again and I will gladly refer them to others!

Super awesome super friendly guy who has the best propane prices in town.he also has the best selection of U-Haul vehicles Ive ever seen in one place.I highly recommend this place for any of your U-Haul or propane needs.

Me and my nephew went to rent a tow bar, after answering a few questions, the person who worked 10/2/17 at the u-Haul place was very rude with a bad attitude. He actually asked us to leave and said that he didnt have to rent to us. (A long story short)... bottom line, he was very disrespectful. I actually made a State-Police report on the attendee.

Not happy at all. I ordered a uhaul truck online for moving to be picked up at this location and got a call the day before that I would not be available at this location for pick up.
