The representative from the Freeport DCFS is not dependable. My wife has called her office and left messages for her to call my wife back! This has never happened. My wife left another message for her to call our Granddaughter and it was important and this did not happen. .I will be calling Springfield tomorrow (Friday ) with a formal complaint! If she does not want to do her job and return phone calls then she needs to be replaced with someone that had respect for the people she is supposed to help and protect!
