My experience was great! Chuck put in a ssd to replace my harddrive. Since I have cloud backup, I didnt lose that much. And Computer Dynamics was upfront and honest about their pricing.

Brought my phone in to have the glass fixed as the front glass was shattered. They only fixed the back and used the wrong color. Have to take it somewhere else to be fixed correctly.

Very professional and competent.

I took my Laptop in for a diagnostics test & was told that my motherboard fried & that it would cost about $700 to repair including labor. Not worth because the laptop cost $799 new. A few days later I took it to bestbuy in Rockford and They also ran a diagnostics test and came tithe same provlem (Fried motherboard) but they said that a replacement motherboard would be no more than $60 online and they would Install it for $50. If Computer Dynamics didnt want my business they should have just said, no need to give me an outrageous price.
