Went in clueless to what I wanted to look like . Just knew that I wanted to look nice for a family get together. My stylus did just that! I left looking and feeling great ... Real professionals working there for sure 😊

This was a very inviting manly environment... however it really just an inviting place if your into sports... you get a upper back and head massage as well with a cut... sports playing on the tvs... great smelling products!

Came in for a basic shave on the sides and trim on the top and it took them about 26 minutes to get me out of the chair. My hair cut should not take that long. The workers are very nice and strike up good conversation.

Holly was very friendly and thorough providing my haircut and MVP service.

Haircut done was fine. Being pushed out of my scheduled appointment time an made to wait was not fine. Also I expected full service. Wasnt informed by app or any posted signs that it was just basic haircut only. Extremely disappointed in overall experience.

We were literally just in to see Ashley. The basic trim for my 10 year old looked ok even though she side walled him, but whats annoying to me is that she charged me for the MVP haircut, when thats not the service my son received. Heres the deal.. I dont care about the price of the haircut. I dont want a free haircut or a refund or ANYTHING like that. It annoys me when people are so blatantly dishonest that youre really going to try and overcharge someone for a service you obviously didnt do. Its gross. Its a disgusting trait for an individual to have. If you want to make more money, get a better job.

Great place

Went here twice after going to great clips for ten years. Woman cut my hair the first time worst haircut ever wore a hat for two weeks. Went back second time same thing Im done. I will be returning back to great clips!!

Multiple times theyve botched my sons hair. Different person each time. Theyre very nice but it doesnt look like they know how to cut hair.

Went in for a haircut and the girl helping me didnt know how to cut hair, literally. She sat me down and wet my hair, then called for someone else to actually cut it because she said it was too long.... It was maybe 5 inches long. The girl who sat me down was also very rude. I didnt know what the haircut I wanted was call so I attempted to explain it to her and her response was a dirty look and OK.. I have no idea what you want. Do you not want a haircut? Will definitely never go there again. Great clips is right by there and they are friendlier, and, the girl who cuts my hair there is very good at what she does.

Must ask for Tamara. She is the best.

The hair dresser doesn’t listen to junior high and high school kids. Both boys had their hair hacked off. Terrible!
