Oil Housing Assembly cracked during an routine oil change.

Windows not washed, floor not vacuumed although both were marked completed. When I got in my car after the oil change, the contents of my glove compartment were on the floor.

Great service. They asked questions and answered my questions with explanations I could understand. Never felt talked into anything I didnt need or want. Good job guys!!

Service is slower than usual. Bay time used to be twice as fast. Can’t call in and schedule an oil change so that your not stuck there for an hour.

My first and last visit to a Jiffy Lube EVER!! I was in town just for the night and my fleet vehicle was due for an oil change. Since my company has Jiffy Lube listed for our service, figured it would be fine. After my oil change I smelled what I thought was strong gas in my car. I figured one of the techs had dirty clothes and had gotten in my car so didnt think much about it. After getting my oil changed, went straight to my hotel and then my morning meeting. As I started to head out of town, my engine downshifted and I couldnt accelerate. I looked out my back window and I was shooting out the thickest cloud of smoke I have ever seen -- I thought I was on fire. A nice man pulled over and we opened the hood and saw oil had sprayed all over my engine and the oil cap and dipstick had blown out. Long story short - after getting to the local Ford dealer with my Ford escape, they found this Jiffy Lube had never bothered to drain the old oil. I had almost 8 quarts of oil for my 4 quart vehicle - and the oil was thick and dirty -- clearly showing the old oil was never removed. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE AND I WILL NEVER GO TO A JIFFY LUBE AGAIN AND HAVE ALREADY TOLD EVERYONE I WORK WITH TO DO THE SAME.

Before they began the oil change they check my tire pressure and crack off my valve stem ...flat tire!The manager says stem often break on older carsAnd it is my problem to fix.I said no it is yours . The district manager said to his crew to drive my flat Mercedes tire /rim out and clear the bay....I refused.I live two hours away and would not recommendThis place for an oil change or tire repair.

I went in for a routine oil change. They did the oil change and that was fine, but they told me when they went to check the tire pressure that the valve stem happened to accidentally break off in doing so. The manager said they do not fix these types of breaks and that they are common. They had to put my spare tire on and I immediately went to Farm & Fleet. The guys there looked at it and said the break was intentional because the fixture I had was sturdy and in good condition, so it just breaking did not make sense.

Not good customer service and they leave your personal information up on the computer screen for other visitors to see. No respect attitude

All I can say is WOW! I went in today for an oil change and I swear I was only there for 10 min and it was done! I’ve been using Walmart TLE in town and can never get in without a hassle, so today I tried something different and I am glad I did! I will be back every time I need an oil change now! Thanks Jiffy Lube Freeport you guys made a daunting task so much easier!

Fast service. Usually in and out in under 20 minutes. Staff doesnt hassle with upgrades. Very knowledgeable. Have been coming here for several years now.

Their mechanics are Jiffy but their customer service is not. I didnt know itd be so expensive but by the time everything was added up I paid $90 for an air filter and a semi synthetic oil change. Same service cost me $70 at Grease Monkey in Rockford.

At least they paid me $100 when they completely ruined my engine. The day after they changed my oil my car had 0 oil causing damage and repairs. This even happened to my mom twice and my best friend. All of the oil leaked out of their cars the very next day after getting it changed. Really great place if you like not having any oil in your car.

Speedy service not the best customer service

Used synthetic oil I requested (although no way to verify), and service men were courteous, but would not honor a Jiffy Lube coupon for $15 off. Said owner accepts at most $5. Makes this one of more expensive oil changes in town.

I paid for an oil change and for them to top off my coolant. The next day my car overheats, low coolant had to fill it myself. Also my oil was low. Never going back.
