What a great company!! I had purchased foreclosed property and had no idea where the septic was or even what type. I called at least 4 companies before this and no one was willing to find the cap and help. First visit they had all the paper work and found the problem.
When our home was on the market we were told that the buyer is requesting a septic inspection and it will be inspected by A&S. We had to remove a 10.000 gallon pool, alternative septic system, 24 large trees removed, electric run from one side of house to other for alternative system, etc. When we found out the inspection was 3.000 and the alternative system was 26.000. I called A&S and ask if John could meet me at our home to explain what they are doing. I was told he is out of country and will return Thursday. Never heard from him. When it was all said and done over 39.000. I called Jason who approves the paper work for the county and he made a comment that this is a odd system to put in your area. After looking back I should of said you dont tell me who Im going to use to inspect my septic system. If the buyer dont like it we will move on to someone else. It makes me wonder if the buyers realtor or the buyer has something going on with A&S. Still doing research
Very pleased with the service I received from A&S. Had them come out to do a septic pump cleaning. The ladies on the phone where very pleasant and went above and beyond helping me schedule within my needs, the guys were early, prompt and efficient.
Do not use this company. Hired by the buyers agent. False reporting of termites followed by false septic report. Owner could not show us where he found termites even though he provided an estimate to treat for $650. Later said he would treat the termites he couldn’t find for no charge. Then stated there was a missing septic lid and a cracked lid. We found the “missing” lid in the woods near the property. Estimate provided by A&S was over $3k. Actual repair cost were $679.
Completely pumped my tank unlike the last company that didnt. Price was very reasonable and they were onsite and gone in less than 45mins.
DO NOT USE for home septic inspections. They do a good job of septic pumping, but their inspection almost cost me a home sale. Their report said everything was wrong and I needed a whole new septic system. After a second opinion it was a minor repair that took about 4 hours from another contractor.
This company (hired by seller) was negligent in their reporting on a home we were buying. They apparently are not aware of building codes which left us with a large bill for the repair of our well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
