The gentleman who owns this is very nice but he needs to get out and clean up the place. I have been to many laundry mats this is the dirtiest I have seen. Maybe he needs to hire someone to help him out. The reason he helps people out to their cars is so they don’t steal the carts. That is the only time he left his office as soon as someone walked out with a cart he was up following them.

Place is super super dirty. There are clothes everywhere on the floor and on top of the washer machines. The change machine does not work, and I do not believe the laundry dispensers work either. Some machines do not have the front of them on and some machines do not have the door on it because it is broken.The guy will literally follow you outside if you take a cart outside. He is nice but I did wish he took care of the mat better.The ladies bathroom door is very very dirty.There are also no tvs and not a lot of places to sit and if there are theyre cheap thick plastic benches that are very wobbly.

I didn’t even want to add a star. This facility was highly rated. I am clearly perplexed on why!!! It was disgustingly filthy. If I would have looked in the detergent compartment first, I would have walked out. Unfortunately, I had added money and clothes were in. Never again will I go there. I felt the need to share how disgusting, dirty, and a total waste of your time and money.

Went there one time, very crowded but any issues I had, man in charge was right there to help with!! Also helped me load my laundry into my car!!!

This is the only laundromat I have ever felt safe and comfortable at, as a female who goes alone. The gentleman that works here is always willing to lend a hand to anyone who might need it, and is very kind to everyone that comes in, including the children. They often draw him pictures etc. Telling him how nice and awesome he is. This place is very well taken care of. I love coming to this place, it is usually very calm and quiet.

I havent been to a laundromat in about 10 years. This place could use a face lift but machines worked and thats all I wanted. The gentleman who works there was so helpful. He literally helped me with everything. Even helped me get the clothes from my van. Having my basement flooded was so hard, but this place was a blessing to get everything washed all at once.

So far the best one Ive seen around town thats close by me very clean the gentleman who works here is very friendly

Friendly helpful owner

Great place. Fast machines. The gentleman that owns it is very helpful. I handle my own, but he loads and unloads customers cars non stop. People there are quiet, respectful and mind their own business. Every inch is covered by security cameras so I feel safe as well. Its 5 minutes from Walmart so its very efficient to wait thru till the wash cycle finishes then start dryer and hit Walmart.

The gentleman who runs this facility is very friendly. He asks if youd like help and is more than happy to do so. He knows the regulars well and will smile and greet them. He also has the clothes he has washed and folded for customers tucked away to the side. Everything is nearly folded.

This has to be one of the best laundry mats ever! The owner is so extremely nice and helpful! I had my three kiddos with me and he helped me load my clothes in the washer, transfer my clothes to the dryer and then took my laundry to the car for me. While there he gave the kids lollipops as well. He really cares about his customers and provides EXCELLENT customer service to everyone that I saw walk in and out of his doors. Highly recommend this laundry mat!!

I looked all over 22407 for wash and fold service and found it here.I drop off on my way to work and pick up the next evening on the way home.Clean, folded, in bags and the owner helps me to my car! Affordable and time saving!I have decided to not fix my home washer. This is too nice!

I’ve never been to a laundromat with really any form of customer service, but this place takes the chore out of laundry!! The owner was so helpful and treated everyone there like family. Helped bring in, find the right machine (many choices on load sizes for wash and dry), load, unload and even bring out to the car after all said and done!!! He had a bowl of lollipops and offered to my toddler, myself and everyone there! He was cleaning the place while assisting customers and helping all those around. I will recommend and be back for any laundromat needs!! Simply amazing!!

Im from out of town for work and had to do my week worth of laundry.. the owner was super nice and was actually helping the customers fold their blankets and carry the bags of clothes.. it was packed and he still got around to make sure everyone was accommodated.. machines worked well as they should.. highly recommend!!!

Always a friendly staff, Mathew is a friendly person, always trying his best to learn all different cultures and language so his customers can relate to him, he remembers all stories and he is very helpful he unload and load the clothes for you, offer you bags if you got plenty of clothes

The owner of the mat is phenomenal, very friendly, and very helpful. Helps carry loads to and from cars. Has a good amount of seating, and a lot of room to move around other customers and their items. Recommend this mat over any other in the area.

The attendant/owner is very kind and helpful but the facility itself needs cleaning (Garbage bins were overflowing, his office was surrounded wth old bags and garbage). My rating reflects a combo, the service of the attendant and a small fraction of the laundromat.

The reviews about this laundromat being clean are wrong. The men’s room reeked of old urine and was dirty and being used as a storage room, the door lock didn’t seem to work, and there were clothes and trash lying around on the floor and on top of some of the machines. Not this one next time.

Very clean and the guy that works there is always helpful!

The place is always busy but ran and maintained by a gentleman who us very attentive to the customers needs. My dryer is down but I will come back if I ever need to.
