What a beautiful experience of just washing clothes for the very first time! My fiancé and I washed clothes together and it was worth it. They are very clean and well kept. I would go back anytime!

Best laundromat in the area. The owner is so helpful and actually answered the phone when I called! Plus it’s so convenient to wash my car while laundry dries. The patrons are a friendly bunch, too. Good vibe.

Vending machine did not produce item for purchase. I called the owner and she was quite snappy. I dont expect a refund, although she said she will send it via mail. Ill just count it as a loss...Elite Laundry and Car Wash did contact me and I retrieved the refund. I will continue to do business there where I normally go for the car wash.

What a beautiful facility! We drove 1.5 hrs to come here based on the reviews and a few photos. I added more photos to show you how nice this place is. We spent 5 hours doing 25 loads of laundry (procrastinated washing comforters etc for about 6mths). I needed large capacity washers and efficient. This is the place to go, and Ive never seen a Laundromat with a comment and suggestion box. They care about making sure you have a good experience. I brought my 4 and 1 yr old and they did wonderful. We brought activity books and a few reading books to keep them occupied. They also have a vending machine. Washers ranged from $7-$2.75 a load. They have 3 sizes of washers. I didnt meet the owners, but I can assure you they care about their facility. They have a change machine that took $20s :) Thank you Guys!!!

Pros:Nicest laundry mat Ive ever been to. Quarters are so shiney.Change machine let me use a $20-bill.Clean top to bottom inside and out.Nice restroom.Nothing stinks, except my laundry lol!Very nice place. I drove 35 minutes extra round trip, out of my way, to try this place. Im coming back next week.Cons:Little on expensive side because I paid extra $1 for heavy soiled and hot water(yes it was actually hot). Still very fairy priced for the experience.Also laundry mat is not open 24 hours, but that did not affect me. I just figured I would note it.

If your gonna run a place that is open to the public you should prolly go take some classes on customer service. Because your approach and demeanor are lacking to put it mildly. How clean an establishment is goes completely out the window when you end up dealing with someone who is rude. Reminder note for if your in customer service. When dealing with customer when your right but RUDE you are WRONG.

They make us cover our noses and mouth while wearing a mask but yet management can’t even follow their own rules properly

I travel a great distance to use this laundromat. Its always clean. Its a very beautiful place to do laundry. The owner is very nice. But today I reduce my review on the facility. Because of covid..face mask are mandatory. But there are medical conditions that keep people from wearing them. There is a legal exemption for this. I cant wear a mask..but I do social distancing..and I wait in my vehicle while machines are running. When approached today..I was asked how I was doing. I told her I had a health issue that prevents mask wearing. She proceeded to inform me. I needed a mask. I know she is protecting her business but she violated my rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. No one was in the laundry most of my visit. Again..even when empty..I was in my car and used dryers near rear door. People that repeatedly wear the same mask without washing it are more of a health threat to me..then I am to them. So..if you have breathing issues..heart issues..your blood doesnt bond properly with oxygen and mask increases carbon dioxide...tons more...stay away from here. You will be denied service and discriminated against.

Very clean and nice place everything is new. The owner is very nice lady, very quiet atmosphere. I’m new to Virginia from California and I can say this is one of the best I’ve seen and I like that they still use coins not the card. Kudos

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The machines are very efficient and the owners take a great deal of pride in making sure their customers are happy. They work right next door, so if there is ever a problem, they will assist you immediately.

Don’t be fooled by the location/parking lot. This laundry mat is VERY NICE and VER CLeAN. My washer broke and I am so glad we came here. This business is meticulously taken care of. And updated everything looks new and smells amazingly clean and fresh!

Have been washing my car here for a while and never had problems. Recently my dryer broke so Ive been going here. Went 2 times before and the lady kept telling me to put a mask on. I kept telling her I have a medical condition and cant. She left me alone. This time she told me if I dont put a mask on shes calling the police and that shed rather watch me die on her floor than be in there without a mask. I had my 2 yo daughter with me that was so freaked out she started crying. Dont waste your money here.

I must admit, it doesn’t look like much from outside but inside it’s nice, clean, and organized. It has lots of options including machines that can take 5 loads at once (I’m washing comforters and easily could’ve combined them in one machine). The woman managing the place takes pride in working here and it shows. The change machine was full and it even smells fresh and clean. All machines were working.

Exceptionally clean and friendly staff. The dryers take long to dry so be prepared with many quarters. I would definitely return if it was my last resort because of the great customer service. Otherwise, I would prefer to make an extra 5 minute drive for dryers that are more efficient and washers that offer a larger variety of sizes and cheaper prices. For the area of Fredericksburg, Elite may be the best.

Awesome and clean laundry and carwash

We recently moved out of the area and tried using a laundry mat closer to our house.... never again. This is the cleanest, nicest and most efficient laundry mat around! You can tell that the owners take great care of the place, and I will take the drive from Lake Anna once a week to know I have a clean and safe place to do my laundry!

This has to be the nicest cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. Little more expensive than some but The machines are clean and so is the surroundings! Great place highly recommend! They have a six load washer it’s 7.75 washing my California king comforter with ease!

Easily the coolest AND cleanest Laundromat Ive ever been to. Not to mention modern machines A few that Ive been to, Ive looked up the model numbers and theyre still using machines from the 70s and 80s. I digressThe staff is lovely and the fact that I can wash my car AND do my laundry at the same time? Yes please! Such a great and innovative thing! My only complaint is that I cant rate it more than 5 stars!

Bring my truck here all the time. The stalls all have functioning equipment and I can get my entire truck done for less than $5 most days. This place is fantastic!

Washer broke last year and knew about this place from seeing it on way to work. Call it luck because this is likely the cleanest laundromat in the area. Worth the price for washers and dryers just for the quality machines and peace of mind. Even when one machine ate our change the attendant/manager took care of us. Used the car wash as well and never had a problem. Excellent business.

Good machines, friendly owner, and you can wash your car while your clothes are being washed also.

My wife asked me to wash and dry our queen size bed spreads. I found several positive reviews for Elite Laundry & Car Wash. So, that is where I went. As a rookie at laundromats I was delighted to have one of the owners approach me to offer advice on the size of the machines to use, where to place the soap and bleach ...and should I need any additional help, just let her know. Her instructions were great and fortunately I didnt need additional instruction.Since this is my first visit to a laundromat since back in the early 1970s, I was impressed with the improvements in the equipment that is available. Every one of the machines has been kept in pristine condition. While I was talking with another customer, she told me that Elite was the only one she had found in the area that maintained their machines to a very high standard. If, or when, I am asked to help with a laundry task I know exactly where I am going...Elite Laundry and Car Wash. The laundry is located next to Earls Hardware.Thanks,Roy

I live near Central Park and drive past a few others simply because by far this is the cleanest and most efficient laundry I’ve ever encountered. The dryers ACTUALLY dry. I dry a load in 15 mins!! Highly recommend.

The place had air conditioning running in November. IT WAS FREEZING IN THE BUILDING! AS COLD AS OUTSIDE WHERE IT WAS FLURRYING. WOMAN WORKING THERE WAS SO UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE. The place was clean and neat but we all caught a chill doing laundry before being deployed. Dont recommend this place.

Loaded my clothes, poured detergent on them, put the money in and the machine never started. I asked the cleanup guy what was going on and he stated the machines turn off at 9PM. I started loading them at 8:50 as he watched. Ugghh. I noticed the machine said off as I was loading which to me meant it finished the prior load. Ultimately I had to wait from that Friday night until Monday to return for my $12. It wasnt a a joy unloading dirty, laundry soap soaked clothes and starting over across the street. A blown heater element is easier to fix then the time wasted being watched as you unload, load, and reload your dirty laundry into a car. Then I had to wait in near 100 degree weather for nearly half an hour for my money back. The owner sat in the adjacent billing watching me via camera again. Im not that cute am I?

Very nice and clean establishment. Very rude owners. Have been going here for a few months. First problem came today. A huge issue over a truck parked in the car wash. Very unnecessary and disrespectful. Police called and all. Theres certain ways to handle certain situations. This was just ignorant.

This is the best and cleanest facility. Machines are tip top shape and as a bonus you can wash your car too. 5 loads of laundry and a clean Jeep in an hour and a half!

I was comfortable enough to leave my clothes in the machines while I washed my vehicle just feet away, I will be in town a few more months; and I do not wish to find another business like this. Clean!

We have came to this laundrymat a few times, found it to be very clean, which is a major plus in our book. Last week, we came with our 6 year son. Being the 6 year old that he is, he pushed the laundry cart around and managed to bump into the washer a couple of times. We were packing up to leave when an older lady, I presume was the owner, came in and asked my husband to come outside with her. Apparently she was upset that our son pushed the cart into the washer, rightfully so as I am sure the equipment is expensive. However, then she preceeded to say we were not welcome back due to our sons behavior. He has ADHD and it is very hard for him to sit still ever, not to mention he is a CHILD. She was not nice in her delivery and I just feel in conjunction with her rudeness and then her dramatic refusal of our services for the future, I would highly recommend you save yourself the trouble and just go elsewhere.This is the same place that has a sign up that you cannot have mud on your car/truck and use the car wash to wash it off. Apparently, you can only wash clean cars there.
