Purchased a pool for my son from them, nightmare continues... Came in the last day that he had to contractually, which was over a month after I purchased the pool and 3 weeks later than promised and dug a whole in my yard that sat there for days before anyone came back. Anytime I called to see where they were, either they did not answer the phone or when they did call back I was told they were waiting on a part. When it was all said and done it took them over a month to install ( thats not including the time waiting for them to start work) a 21inch pool that I was told would take less than a week. The pool was a tin can with a liner not what we sat and looked at during the consultation or what I thought I purchased. The pool was supposed to be buried in the ground with only 2 out so I could put a deck around it, only part of it was buried and the rest completely above ground. Carl Turner said that the light were included and the value was $500, when I asked the workers where the lights were they said there were none on the work order, told them to call there boss and he sent 2 magnetic 19 dollar lights and said thats all he could put in pool! I requested for them to come back and tamp the yard twice because where they moved dirt I would sink 2 feet! Then he told me he could not tamp it more than he had because it would push the walls in of the pool that he sold to me as a pool that could be fully buried. He recommend putting the pool on the opposite side of the yard than I wanted and neglected to tell me that it was going to cost me $3500 to have the power pulled from the box (thats on the opposite side than where he recommend) and wired, but was sure to send his guy around to give me the estimate. Destroyed my front yard, put screws through my vinyl fence... I could go onAnd now my stairs are sinking/slipping, and when I called him, it took him almost 4 weeks to return my call despite the multiple calls and visit to the store and his response was Well you are out of your one year warranty, so I am not responsible, but if you pay me I will send someone out Really! Really!Do not use these people, they should not be in business.... luckily I took pictures through every step of their installation and will be seeking advice from an expert prior to perusing legal action.

New pool owner, went to have water tested to make sure I was doing chemicals correctly. offered to test for me and told me exactly what to add! great customer service! will definitely return!

Called, no answer, left messages, NO return calls in 5 days! And they were recommended by persons at Battlefield Restaurant. What gives? If on vacation, say so on voice mail. Very unprofessional.
