Took my iPhone 6 in to get the screen replaced. The screen was busted and wouldnt even display anything. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable and were able to replace the screen in a timely manner. Very fair prices as well. Other stores had quoted me over $200 for this job but We Fix It Phone Repair only cost me about $90. Very pleased and will be back for all my phone repairs. Thanks for the great work.

My repair was supposed to be 45 minutes to an hour but took longer but phone looked and worked great. Less than 24 hours my screen went completely black and my heart sank. I took it back and the young man looked at it for a few minutes and apologized profusely saying there was a loose connection with the new screen and he would replace it immediately. I had my phone back and working great about 25 minutes later. The associates I worked with were very professional and pleasant. I had no idea Batteries plus did so much, but I will tell others and personally use their services again.

Needed a new battery for my iPhone 5S. Price was right and customer service was fantastic. Highly recommend.

I found 2 issues with replacing my original iPhone 7 Plus screen.First issue is the sensitivity on the screen. One side of the screen requires several hard pressure attempts to type or touch. On the other side of the screen you barely have to touch it all. Which makes it very difficult to read or view pages. As for moving slowly across the screen to cut and paste is nearly impossible now.The second issue with the replaced screened is the visibility when wearing sunglasses. Every time I want to view the screen my sunglasses have to be removed. Which the original screen never gave any problems even after it was broken. At this point I’m debating if this was a good decision having it replaced with an inferior screen. This service is unacceptable and if the vendor knew of these flaws it should have made it clear to the customer upfront. This was a waste of money and time. Plus it took over an hour to have the screen replaced.

What can I say... I never heard of this store (except in passing), but always wondered what they had. I went in to have my iPhone’s battery replaced, and in the time it took to go get an oil change...whalah!Ready to go. Very pleased. Would recommend. Small niche business, but they have other neat things there too.

The people of this establishment are very personable and polite; Yet quick and efficient at their job. I was very pleased with how good my phone looks and performs after the beating it took.

Went in of course for a cracked screen and the staff was very nice and timely with the overall repair but after getting the new screen it seems like the performance of my screen isnt quite as smooth as it was before and even when I had the cracked screen. When texting I notice my keyboard wont pick up letters as fast as I type forcing me to type at a much slower pace (thank God for Swype keyboards) also its almost impossible to utilize my 3D touch on my iPhone 7 plus, and after going back for a second time to resolve the issue it seems as if nothings changed. (Again staff was great as far as customer service and told me if I had more issues to come back without worry but after going back for a second time and still having issues I feel less confident in their ability to actually solve the problem) Luckily I dont rely/care toooo much about the 3D touch but still its nice to know everything works smoothly and with that being said Id still recommend these guys if you need a speedy fix and potentially dont mind taking the risk of losing a slight % of performance.

Promised in an hour, got it done in 45 minutes. Works great now. They can fix glass as well. My worries were eliminated.

Excellent service. Dropped off my Samsung cel phone for new battery. Guy said one hour. One hour later i had my cel back with a new battery. Repair acroia the street was 40$ more and would take at least 2 days. Where do you think I will go next yime i need a cel battery??? Not across the street!!Thx we fix it.

Took in and paid for an iPhone replacement battery. It still isn’t charging. Not sure if the battery was even replaced.

Techs did their job. Discovered that online promotion price is the same as the every day price. Online promotion of $10 off is a scam.
