Matt is such a great guy to work with. My old Mac bit the dust and he found me a better one with upgraded software. He really did everything he could to help me out. Timely Tech will be my go to from now on.

Matt is amazing! I had computer problems weighing on me for the longest time. Thought it would be prohibitively expensive to hire someone to help me, so put it off until I finally couldnt put it off any longer. Matt came in and 2 hours later he had fixed all of our problems on all of our devices. Hes even teaching us how to cut the cord and in the end will save us LOADS of money. Hes professional, polite, and smart. Hes clear-thinking and a good communicator. I wish I had called him a year ago.

Matt was very professional. He optimized and balanced my whole network. Matt had a clear insight of my companies objectives and personal outcomes because I am working from home. My wife is on a VPN and I am on our secured network. We are limited in my neck of the woods but through Comcast, Matt has got our speeds up to 915 Mbps which is lightning speeds from the 310 Mbps before he helped us. So let me tell you about this guy! I’d been driving all around town looking for a SATA cable, and couldn’t find one anywhere. Not BestBuy, Staples, Office Depot, no one...so I call Timely Tech PC and Matt answered. I told him I needed a SATA cable and he asked me where I was. I told him I was in Fredericksburg. He asked me where at exactly, because he had the cable I was looking for and would bring it to me. I told him where I was and he said he would be there in 5 minutes! Sure enough, he rolls up and hands me my SATA cable! Needless to say Matt knows customer service and is absolutely worthy of my business and that of anyone else that reads this review!

Best money can buy! I woke up in the morning and suddenly the connection to the internet was gone. It wasnt the internet that was the problem, somehow the computer stopped recognizing the drivers. I made a call around 8:00am and immediately got service. Matt not only makes house calls, he does it at a reasonable price, he was able to diagnose the problem with the computer. He made suggestions to improve the overall computer connection, as well as removing unneeded background programs that lag start-up.
