I found that the Realtors on this team are only required to act ethical during Brokerage related transactions. Acting deplorably in private transactions is of no concern to the Broker.

May 13, 2014I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for our Realtor, Jami Harich. Thanks to Jami, the entire experience was much easier than we had expected. Jami was so wonderful about getting back to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. She answered EVERY question and addressed all concerns that we posed to her. You would have to know my husband in order to appreciate all the questions he had Her flexibility when it came time to look at homes was phenomenal.I know Jami stays very busy, but we always felt like we were her only customer. She makes sure that you know how important you are and goes out of her way to make things easy! Jami is genuinely a sweet person and cares about what she does and how you feel and that is so rare these days.I have recommended Jami to a couple other people and will continue to recommend her to anyone I know that wants to sell or buy a home. Her personalized service is what sets her apart from other Realtors!Avery Hess is very fortunate to have such a wonderful asset.Regards,Robin Pointer

Leslie Mytrysak with Avery Hess is amazing! She helped us find our first home and was there for us every step of the way. We absolutely loved working with her and highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase a home!

Negative 5 stars if I could. This place is completely disrespectful to its customers. And I wasnt even a true customer yet. Turned in an application and fee when I was told to from an agent that said the place was available and that the owner would accept the lease terms just to have them give it to someone else and keep my money. They did nothing and got a fee from me for doing it. They said I was turned down because the owner wanted a shorter lease than mine even though my application was in first and they said that my terms would be accepted. My credit is excellent, over 800 excellent with 0 missed payments and they still screwed me over. When I called the managers they said that was just too bad for me and that it was there policy to keep the fee. They had the opportunity to do the right thing and did the opposite. To a military member with over 10 years and multiple deployments none the less. I am absolutely disgusted that I protect the freedoms these people have to screw people over. There are so many ways this could have been handled differently from there staff.1. I could have been notified that a second application had been placed on the property (which I wasnt until after mine had been ran) and that it fit the owners terms better and I could have revoked my application because both you and I know that the owner wanted a shorter lease but you ran both applications without my knowledge of that fact.2. As a leasing agency you should not even run two applications at the same time on the same property. I have called multiple agencies to check on this and yours is the only one that told me they do this practice. If you do happen to get two in one day, you should run the one who put it in first (which was me) and if it fits the terms that the owner displayed (which you assured me he would) then you tell the second individual that first application was approved and the second one does not need to be run. You should not make good faith statements to innocent people that the property is available and then after the fact tell them there was two put in and the owner gets to pick. That is just bad business. There is no way in that situation for someone to not lose money.3. You KNEW by accepting two applications that someone was going to lose out on money. This tells me it is your policy to make sure that when two applications which may get turned in together (even though you had mine in hand 5 days prior) that someone loses out on money. Along with the money this individual gets a credit hit that takes years to be removed. So now that individual has a credit hit that was absolutely unnecessary and could have been avoided if you cared at all about the customer.
