I submitted a trouble ticket for my new laptop around 6:00 a.m. on 16 Dec 2019. Within minutes I received a response from a live person via email to get me though some of the initial security settings and access to my laptop. Within an hour I was completely back 100% on both my work email and google drive (share drive). The team from FullScope IT were immediately on top of the trouble ticket and I was 100% satisfied with the exceptional attention to detail and commitment by the team.
During my first week in my new position, I was presented with an assortment of IT technical issues. I worked extensively with John Rapier throughout the week to get them resolved. He went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. It was by far the best customer experience Ive experienced in a VERY long time!
