Quick and excellent carpet cleaning service... Would recommend to all...

I’ve sat on this review for nearly three months before posting. But I feel it’s a necessity to warn other of what they may get.My appointment was in late August. I had just purchased a home and wanted to get the carpets cleaned before I moved my family in. My agent picked this company for me and I used them blindly. Fortunately the issue I had may be isolated based on other reviews.They called me a couple times to inform me on the day of the appointment that they were running late. Not really an issue, I get that the traffic in the area is bad. But when the later time came for them to arrive, they were late again.At this point, I needed to run down the road to the school to pick up my children. The cleaning crew had not arrived and my children were out of school.It took about 15 minutes to get my kids and return home. When I arrived, the crew had arrived and, without permission, let themselves into my house and started the carpet cleaning.Again, I was waiting on them to arrive, they were very late. I had left to get my kids, and when I returned, they were in my house. No paperwork was done prior to their arrival to give consent to enter and no one was at the home to let them in.The owner called me to ask if I was happy with my service and I was honest. I was not happy about how late they were, the fact that they let themselves into my home without permission and began work with no one home, and the receipt they gave me had the workers drink spilled on it.The owner did apologize and asked if there was a way he could remedy the issue. He offered me $50 off the $350 service. I told him that even if the service was free, I would never use it again because the house is my property and the crew let themselves into it as if the property was theirs and they had permission to enter.He told me he understood and still gave me $50 off the service and apologized again. That is why I gave two stars because at a minimum, even if he hires inept workers, the owner was apologetic and offered a discount for the illegal entry into my property.If you’ve had a great experience with this company, OUTSTANDING! Like I said earlier, I have thought about this review for nearly three months and felt I needed to share this experience. I hold no I’ll will against the owner but do against the workers of his company.

Outstanding job done. (Even though it was rough and disgusting). Very fast response time. Came exactly when scheduled. The politeness and friendliness of the office and technicians were top notch. This is the 3rd time I have used them, and they will be the first I call next time.

I have been doing business with Dshane Professional Carpet Care for over 20 years. They have been a great company to work with and are very reasonably priced. Dshane always keeps their schedules and responds very quickly for after hour emergencies. I would highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning and emergency water extractions needs.

Parking work vehicles in handicapped spots (yes, plural!), very professional. Saw multiple handicapped residents have to park far away and walk, glad your employees werent inconvenienced though.
