The carpets looked clean, but a smell was still present which I was guaranteed wouldn’t be an issue given that I was talked into paying for additional deodorizer to take care of this. The information he is giving the property management company is different then the information he gave to us. We recommend always recording conversations when calling or talking in person. The owner’s etiquette when presented with a problem was completely unexpected. When we called to discuss the issue, instead of being calm, we were yelled at by the owner, cut off in conversation, and repeatedly told it was the property managements fault then we were hung up on. Very disappointing.

Wayne is personable and does really good work. We have used his services twice and both times we were more than pleased! Definitely will be using him again!

Wayne showed up on time and saved carpet I was ready to have pulled up and replaced. He is very personable, does an excellent job, and his staff was responsive and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Would absolutely use again, and recommend to anyone!

Wayne and Corey let me know when they were on their way and arrived on time. They quickly went to work cleaning the vents and returns. They showed me what almost 40 years of build up looks like in a vent. There was animal fur (we have no pets) and black stuff in the vents. And we were breathing that every day.
