We have used Quality Lube & Brake for our oil changes for over 10 years and they always do a super job. Sometimes you may have to wait in line, but they are fast with oil changes so everyone gets served in a timely manner. A couple of weeks ago, we made an appointment to have Glenn work on the brakes of my 12 year old Ford Edge. The car has 197,000 miles on it & the brakes started squawking badly when I would back up. Another mechanic told us that we needed new rotors & new pads PLUS the job would cost around $1000!!! When Glenn got it on the lift & took a look he decided that the rotors could be turned & he would install new pads. Total cost?? Less than a 1/3 of what I had been quoted by the other mechanic. THANKS for a super job and I appreciate the fact that you are very reasonable and you care about your customers pocketbooks too.

AWESOME!!! I was on a road trip and my car ran low on oil. I drove in and was immediately helped. All of my fluids were topped off and Richard was super friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this shop and appreciate the help they gave me.

Walmart is more professional! Weve used this place for several years but today was special.. today I was asked to let some other customer ahead of me after Id been in line for over 40 minutes when I still had 25 minutes of wait time left. This customer left their car up the street and went shopping but when they came back, they simply backed up into the line right ahead of me!! Im used to waiting here but I do have a schedule whee I allow for wait time not cut in line time. I have a job to be at!!! I didnt say anything but since there were 2 bays and they blocked the first one from me, when the 2nd one opened I drove in. The manager came up to me and said I had to let this other customer in because THEY were here first. I told him that wasnt true but he insisted and made a different customer move back to accommodate this apparent VIP. I find that irritating and unprofessional. Had I known that people up the street can simply back in ahead of us lowly and unworthy people Id have gone somewhere else or managed my schedule differently. This is just not worth coming for, I guess everyones money isnt the same here after all!!

These people are so nice! I work at a vineyard so even though the pandemic has everything on hold, I still have to drive a lot and needed an oil change really bad. They had me pull right up and allowed me to stay in my car for the whole thing, super safe and sanitary. The two guys that took care of me were very hospitable, thank you!

These guys have years of experience and a tight shop to handle whatever needs be done. They are all very honest and have no need to play games. I can’t say enough thank you’s .We were passing by from Austin to El Paso when a few miles before their shop we had a problem with our breaks and needed an oil change. We got there just a few minutes before they closed and they didn’t turn us away. They fixed our truck and not ones did they complain or stop smiling and made us feel welcome. They made our trip possible, we would have never even made it back to Austin in in the condition of our truck.They deceive more than just 5 stars.

This is the only place on town I will go for for oil change and any non warranty service. They are polite, quick, and do an awesome job. Get there early to avoid the lines, this place is popular.

I get my oil changed here and Ive always been happy with the service I receive. I pay around $60 and I get high quality oil that allows me to go more miles. I always leave with full windshield washer fluid so I imagine they check all that. And all the guys are super nice.

So, my friend and I are driving through Fredericksburg on our way back from a camping trip to the Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad when our (battle-hardened) Isuzu finally decides that its down for the count. Seeing our predicament (because, as luck would have it, were within shouting distance from the shop), each of the guys from Quality comes over in turn, helping us push the car to a safe location, and offering to examine it as best they can in a parking lot, and ten minutes after they are scheduled to close. As we let the car cool down, Richie, the managing mechanic promises to return after an errand to see if we are still stuck.We were, and he did, and well after the shops closing time and in to the late evening he worked to get us back on the road, even patching a tire that was punctured by a nail that we picked up in the lot where we broke down. (I know, right?)Ive never been happy about breaking down, especially on the back end of a four day camping trip and an 8-hour drive (and we looked every bit the part), but meeting Richie, his wife, and the rest of the guys in the shop was worth it. The world is full of generous, kind-hearted people, and you can find a few of them here.
