I had four new tires on my truck in less than 20 minutes, even shined up! Mikey and Andy hooked it up, the entire crew is professional and you can really tell it’s a fun place to work. This shop truly lives up to the family standards that Discount Tire stands for. Well worth the drive down from Alexandria, I will 100% be back, and will advise others to do the same.

One of the best customer and NON customer experiences I have ever had. Last year my wife had a blow out just blocks from the place. She was really stressed just drove in, the put in a tire for her and didnt even charge her. Was so impressed that obviously the next time I needed anything I came here first. They have excellent customer service. Excellent pricing, and I have seen them always going above and beyond to please their customers and do even more than theyve asked for and payed for. Great service, but delay in getting tires if not in stock due to COVID and the availability of when shipment would arrive. I found a tire place that shipped my tires in 3 days vs Discount Tire telling me it would arrive in 7 days. I received my tires as expected from the other place directly shipped to my mechanic.

I did all my ordering online which was a super easy and informative experience. I got a call from the store letting me know my tires were on order and they would call me back once they arrived. I got an email and an hour later a call from my local store that they were ready for me. Arriving at the store, it was clean, open, and inviting. The staff was courteous, very customer service oriented, and knowledgeable. I was there for about 45-50 minutes for a two tire install and rotation. One of the techs approached me and let me know my sensor was seized and they had to bang on it to release it, I have never been to a repair shop that cared enough to let the customer know beforehand of such a situation.I would like to give John recognition because his level of customer service is only something you see in someone who is passionate about their job and cares about their business.

Its been a long time since Ive been genuinely impressed with customer service and an overall experience when it comes to maintenance in the auto industry. I arrived a little late for my appointment but it wasnt an issue. I was greeted with a smile and they immediately got to work on my truck. 4 brand new tires mounted and balanced. I was in and out with no issues. Id highly recommend these guys, totally worth the drive from Bristow, VA.

After facing day-long waits at other local stores, I was able to walk in and back out within an hour. Staff was attentive and professional. New facility is in great shape and the ability to make/monitor appointments online or through an app is very nice. I will definitely be back!

I came to this place because I was looking for tires, of course, a tire place, and I never heard about them before, so I read the reviews, and so far, they were good, so I thought to give it a try and see how everything go. When I came in, I was greeted by John, and he was very professional. He talked to me about a few brands and explained everything to me about the warranty, so I said, lets go with this pair of tires. When I tried them, they didnt feel right like my previous tires. They were not responsive when I was trying to turn or swerve, so I spoke to him again. He said we offer 30 days guarantee if you dont like it, we can swap them for different ones. I was amazed that no other company does that, so I said let it go and get the one I already had before, so he ordered me a new one. Later on, that week I got a call, and he said that the tires wore in, so I came in and again very professional and friendly they put the tires on, and I was on my way. My overall experience with this store was excellent, and they also cover Tire balanced and rotation for free if you get the tires with them. Im pleased about this visits outcome and once again, thank you to John for making it very professional and friendly.

Like the previous reviewer, I am also very picky. The customer service is really second-to-none, exceptional! I am happy with the whole process except for one thing... They dont do alignments...!!!??? I cannot figure out how you can sell tires but not do alignments.... anyways everything worked out great, pricing and service was super, just bummed they dont do allignments.

I made an appointment online for the next day,4 new tires. I was able to select tires based on the stores stock. I arrived 10 minutes early as requested when placing the order. In less than 45 minutes after walking in the door I was back in my vehicle with new tires. They were professional and courteous. Im impressed with the quick service because we all know getting new tires is usually a major inconvenience for time. Highly recommend!

Needed some new tired for our travel trailer. Called about 8 places. All places were very nice,but Discount Tire also had the best tires, most knowledge, high quality selection in stock, and best prices. Not only did they have great prices, they found a way to drop them a bit more for us. The staff were super nice. The waiting area was very clean. They had me in and out way faster than I expected. We will shop around again and will definitely give them another shot. Well worth a try.

John here is amazing! I’m not always a people person but he’s so great he pulls it out of you. All of the people in the waiting room are talking about his excellent customer service. Every bay is full but I ain’t even been here 10 minutes and my Jeep got brought in, tires rotated, balanced, and I’ve got my receipt already.

From the time when the phone call was answered all the way to when my vehicle was finished and returned to me, everything was perfect. Had a slight problem with aftermarket rims and tires. A problem that nobody else could diagnose properly and correct. Discount Tire professionals knew exactly how to work it, handle it and correct it. Everything done in a timely manner...!!! Outstanding service! Brought my Civic Type R here to have new tires put on. I am very particular about where I take it because it has expensive black wheels on it and one single scratch with show up. They did a fantastic job and had me in and out in under 30 minutes. Not a single scratch!

Great place. Good Price. In and Out in less than an hour. The young man who did the mount and balance kept me informed and Eric and John were happy and upbeat during my stay. The tires were balanced out well and made a great difference in the handling of my Subaru. The online experience was also excellent. Can’t think of any negatives in my complete transaction with them. I worked here for a little under 5 months and let me tell you it was the best job i have ever had. I got to know every single person there and developed great relationships with them. Today was my last day and it was genuinely hard to leave but i had to for school. The people here are the most hardworking, helpful, and caring people i have ever met. I called the Fredericksburg location and explained what was happening - he told us to come right it and he’s get us fixed up and on our way. We were in and out within an hour. Had a great experience today at Discount Tire! Had a flat tire on a new car and they replaced and reprogrammed our TPMS sensors and it was a quick and awesome experience. Brandon, Eric and Mikey all helped us and were super professional. We’ve used them before when I needed tires put on new rims for our other vehicle and the process was so quick and easy with no issues. Prices are great. We recommend them to everyone!

WONDERFUL experience here! Woke up to head to work this morning and my tire was nearly flat. I was able pump it up, and get to work fine, where my friend recommended I come here for a fix. I set up an appointment online, which I later changed to a later time over the phone with no issue.I wound up arriving earlier than anticipated, and decided to wait in my vehicle as to respect any other previous appointments. Instead, a nice gentleman came out and greeted me, letting me know that they could see me right away!I waited in their reception area comfortably after checking in for no more than 30 minutes before they were done. They found a screw in the tire; and were able to safely remove, patch, fill, test for leaks, balance, AND ensure my other tires were ship-shape....for FREE!Honestly, how in the hell did I not know this place existed? I promise, whenever in the future that I need to get my tires replaced/serviced Ill be here!

Customer service of your staff is top notch.Rarely have I experienced such a great group of professionals.Andrew did an excellent job of balancing my wheels.When I noticed the wheel weights were different on my right and left wheels (no fault of Discount Tire) he saw to the issue gladly and replaced the wheel weight already on the wheel with one that matched the design Discount Tire uses...so now both sides match. Two different technicians did each wheel so it wasnt Andrews fault. I happened to notice when I inspected the final result.I know its a small thing that probably nobody else would notice but when it comes to customer service - Andrew showed me that no request is too small to be addressed at Discount Tire.I also want to thank Michael as he was the salesperson I dealt with over the phone.I called last week to order the tires and apparently the price went up from 220 to 237.25. I just noticed that when I got home and checked the website.Sure enough the price went up so no worries there - thats life.Nothing Michael could control. He is courteous, professional, and a real pleasure to deal with.All in all I just wanted to let you know that you have some really great folks working there and because of them - youve got a customer for life!!!I couldnt be more pleased.Those guys deserve a hand!!!

Tires are decently priced, Service was great, they even removed a wheel lock that I couldnt due to a stripped key at no extra cost. Service was fast. Would have given them 5 stars except they forgot to close my hood. Luckily my car has sensors that advised me my hood was open after I drove off. Other then that no complaints. Make sure to close the hood not everyone has sensors in their car.

Honestly, the whole chain is gorgeous!Though, specifically this store, was outright the best experience I had.I was having trouble with my new cars TPMS, and went to two other stores to have them relearned. Both times it came back on, and thats when I came here. The employee Mike, knew everything there was to know, and if he didnt know, he researched it and helped me find a solution over a period of time. It was still on after I replaced the front two, and he discounted me for the back two when I came back for the inconvenience. My car was a hassle, but Mike and the others never stopped making me feel cared for. Will always come here for tire and TPMS trouble!100% worth the 30 to 45 minute drive.

Had the goodyear trailer tires we were looking for even when the goodyear shop near our house did not. To go along with that, they had outstanding customer service and got us taken care of very close to closing time. We will be back next chance we get.

I had a nail in my tire. When the two shops I normally frequent told me they didnt have time for me to come in I called Discount Tire. I had never been there before but on a busy Saturday they made time to fit me in. They removed the nail and luckily no patch was needed. They did not charge me. What a great place! I’ve been to this discount tires on plank Road in Fredericksburg Virginia twice and hands-down I’ve received the best customer service each time. Today was another great experience from Brandon and Eric, the whole staff is amazing super nice people super nice people. I referred my mom to go to discount tires One of her tires were in super bad shape and she was hoping to just get the tire plugged and be able to go but according to the staff there the tire was so bad that they did not feel comfortable putting it back on her car because it would be a safety hazard for her and they were scared that it would blow out on the road apparently the tire was in really bad shape and my mom did not have money to pay for brand new tire that day. They gave her the tire that day with her promising to come back Friday and pay for it which she did. I will never go to another tire shop. Discount tire is wonderful.

Discount tire is best and this location is no exception. I purchased a travel trailer in Virginia with original tires that were about 10 years old. Not wanting to risk the possible catastrophic failure on I-95 I begin to look for somewhere to get them replaced on the drive home. I called at least five tire shops and discount tire is the only one that could find the size I needed. Jonathan helped me when booking the appointment and also when I arrived. When I arrived could see they were quite busy but they got me in very quickly and started working on the tires in short order. Considering their excellent pricing, fast service, and customer service, I don’t see a need to look anywhere else.Edit: Dylan was the service tech and was also excellent.

The sidewall of my tire got cut, I called Thursday morning they ordered the tire and it was in Friday morning. They called me at 9, I was there by 10 and out of the door by 11. Service was awesome and staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely do business here again.

Ive been a Discount Tire customer for over 30 years in California. After moving to Southern Maryland, I knew I would have to drive a good distance to keep that relationship and it was well worth it! The Fredericksburg location was 1.5 hours away, I purchased the tires online and arranged an appointment for installation. The shop is exactly like the California locations but this one is brand new.. Crisp, quick, hard working staff members were hustling about executing quick service. The Desk Manager came out to greet me at my vehicle (which was unexpected) one signature and I was done. Guided into service bay, I never even had to leave my vehicle. Watched the whole process of getting my tires installed. Great selection and price matching online. No other tire-only chain can beat Discount Tire! Thanks for being there! Are you coming to Southern Maryland? - Maryland lacks great service providers like you!

Outstanding Service. Originally went there to purchase tires and rims for my fifth wheel trailer. Unfortunately they did not carry the brand I was seeking. I ordered the rims and tires from another vendor. Discount Tire of Fredericksburg mounted and balanced all 6 tires and rims for me. Everyone of the people who assisted me and completed the work were professional and courteous. Work was completed in less than 45 minutes. I will take all of my future truck and auto tire purchases to Discount Tire.

So Im a picky person, and my threshold for customer service is admittedly high. I went in to Discount Tire today for a tire rotation and balance, and could not have been happier with the service. I felt like Ricky Bobby with my own NASCAR pit crew! By the time I was checked in and got the invoice, I looked over and all four of my truck tires were off and getting balanced by 4 different people. In some service shops, 1 guy works on a vehicle while 6 sit around and shoot the breeze. Not here folks. I was, no kidding, in and out in 12 minutes for full size truck tires rotation and balanced. I commented to the manager that he had earned my repeat business by something as simple as the way this shop was being ran. All staff were polite, courteous, and professional. What a refreshing change back to a time when service mattered.

Mount tires in a timely fashion, prices are fair. Any issues I had were addressed and fixed, thats all I can ask for.

Those guys are life savers, and I wont mind to drive all the way to Fredericksburg to get my tires changed by them!! I bought my tires from them about four years ago and I recently had a flat tire. Luckily I have a warranty on those tires, so after I changed it I drove to their workshop to replace it and all it took was $18 fee to extend the warranty to the new tire and only 15 minutes to change.I hope to see them open more workshops around because the service they provide is really great

This place is outstanding! Clean, fast, very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly and professional. I had a flat and thought it was the tire, come to find out I had a small crack in my rim. They ordered the rim for me, inspected the tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. I will get my tires from here for all of my vehicles from now on.

Mikey is the MAN!! I was having trouble with my tire, I couldn’t figure out why it was going flat. I drove it right in for them to look at it, come to find out I had a nail in it. They didn’t charge me whatsoever for the patch and re-air! Plus they checked the rest of my tires for me also.Great customer service. Tires were ordered and arrived a day earlier than promised. They were on time with my appointment and replaced all four tires on my SUV in just over an hour without damaging any wheels. I know this is whats supposed to happen but in my experience with other tires shops I have had numerous scratches or dings to wheels. Would def recommend!

Went there to get a new tire as I had a flat in the trunk and a spare on my jeep. They took my tire out...patched it up. Took off my spare. Put on the patched tire. Went around making sure all my tires pressures were right and reset the computer so my car picked up the psi as I drive away. All for nothing....didnt cost me a dime! So nice and respectful. Everyone from the younger guy to the office guy was just so nice and helpful. When I actually need a new tire...and with my former experience with goodyear I will most certainly he coming back here no matter what other sales are at other places. I value customer service above all!!

I just had a wonderful experience at Discount Tire! Social distancing, masks, quick, and courteous service-- and FREE! I went in about a slow leak in a tire, expecting to have to replace it and even debate the logic of only replacing one tire, but they patched it for me! I was very confused as to why I didnt at least have to pay for the patch and their time (which was less than 30 min from walk-in to walk- out). The mechanic said, Its just an act of good faith, to get you down the road safely. That made my day! I definitely recommend them.
