I have worked with Chris and her office for a number of years through claims and everything else and I cant say enough about her and Allstate. You can be sure that they will always be honest and fair with you. If you have a question they will never tell you to call the corporate office like my old insurance company did. Chris has done an amazing job covering my familys insurance needs. She and her staff are polite and thorough. Her office is consistently working to find discounts and always gives us the facts. If something is unclear, she spends the time to explain it thoroughly undil all parties are on the same page.

Awful. Our agent that set up our policy and handled our roofing issue is no longer with them, which in turn meant that any errors made on his behalf will not be honored by the owner/management. I’ve never experienced such poor communication, disloyalty to their customers and felt taken advantage of by an insurance agency. Steer clear from this branch if you want to be handled with care and respected as a client. Please feel free to message me if you’d like to hear the whole story. I’d be happy to share our experience. Great place, always been helpful. Not 24/7 though, unsure why we still have individual agent offices these days when there are massive service centers that can handle anything anytime.

Chris Payne is a uniquely conscientious and diligent insurance agent. She knows the ins and outs of property and casualty coverage and is meticulously professional. She never pushed me for a sale and is always super friendly.

This is the worst insurance agency company that I have ever had to work with. They make up stuff in order to boost the premium on your policy, are rarely available to answer calls and just piss poor service. You would think you were with a cut rate insurance company. Read the other reviews and be sure to read the not so good ones. They are quick to try to cancel your insurance and their is no loyalty here. I worked directly with the agency owner and I must say Wow! Its amazing how someone like this has their own business. Chris has been unprofessional and unethical in demanding payment for made up charges or they would cancel my policy.

Chris Payne has managed our homeowners insurance policy for several years and is an awesome, courteous and dependable agent!!!

The people are wonderful however very disappointing when we had roof damage . It was basically our roof is 11 years old, to bad so sad. They were very good when an under insured person totaled one of our vehicles but not the homeowners. Neighbors had there roofs replace and the insurance covered it. Very disappointed

Terrible and lousy service! I would expect this from a cut rate insurance provider but not All State. After repeated calls, Chris never gets back to you and is always in a meeting, on the phone or away from her desk. You dont have this agent on your side.

I have had the worst experience with this agency. Ryan Brent is misleading. We received a quote from him and when we received the bill it was $600 more than the quote. I would not use this agency and would never recommend them to anyone.
