Strongly do not advise using them!First off the insurance company we were instructed was “fantastic” we used them for over a year and sadly had our first issue. Even with the policy being set up for full replacement value of contents and all the company recommended told us they drafted it incorrectly and our coverages were not set up that way. Battled that and gave up after 6 months. Going forward... We cancelled the policy when we started our new policy with a large well known company. Notified this office as the recommended company told us to do. They said it would be taken care of no problem. Fast forward 7 months... We were still being charged... We contacted this office again and were informed they would get it back dated for us all they needed was us to sign a form officially cancelling it and back dating it. Fast forward a month it was back dated a few days at most... They are instructing us now “it was out of there hands and sorry for the miscommunication” yet we have written documentation and verbal confirmation they were going to get us the money back for them forgetting to cancel the policy.

It is great to know that he truly cares about our well being and providing my family the best insurance and customer service no matter how much commission he receives on our insurance policies.I highly recommend calling Scott Ellis at The Insurance Smith & getting a quote, it doesnt cost anything & it could save a lot of people quite a bit of money. If you are looking for great service and quality insurance at an excellent price, Mr. Scott Ellis at The Insurance Smith is the first person you should call.
