This is my second time using Dent Masters Again I received outstanding customer service and they did a great job fixing several dents in my brand new Jeep. I had several dents on my hood from that last hail storm a few weeks ago that I didn’t even realize they were there until they pointed them out. My new car still looks brand new no more dentsTalk about great customer service, by chance I was near the shop so I thought I would stop in unannounced to schedule an appointment for my jeep, those guys drop what they were doing and fix my car right then and there on the spot, you’ve got a love instant gratification, one more thing checked off my to do list.As a business owner I understand the importance of customer service, but more importantly good value for your service, these guys are not a fly-by-night company, and there are a lot of them out there. they’re doing it right they have a beautiful shop, their equipment and vehicles are immaculate. Highly recommend them!!!!!

Custom Motorcycle Tank - Dent Masters of Stafford saved me hundreds! My custom painted motorcycle tank received a dent during shipping. I contacted Dent Masters of Stafford and they quickly came to my residence (next morning) evaluated the damage and took the tank to their shop for repair. About 6 hours later they called and told me it was fixed! Upon pick-up the dent was gone and without any damage to the custom paint. This is a great operation and I would not hesitate to use again.

Outstanding experience with the folks over at Dent master, Accidentally opened up my brand new car door and put a dent in the driver side door. Start looking on the Internet for a company that could fix the dent, found Dent masters, they had great reviews, so I reached out for them over Father’s Day weekend. They responded back to me on Father’s Day, outstanding customer service. I was able to set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. I Arrived at there Stafford location, they were ready and waiting for me, they had the shop door open, didn’t have to park and go inside and wait for an appointment, Instant gratification.In under 10 minutes they had fixed the dent and some minor scratches in the door, You can’t even tell that it was damaged, very reasonable prices and more importantly, I didn’t have to take it to a auto body shop and leave my car there for several days not to mention spending in upwards of $1000 to fix the door.Highly recommend them, very experienced, great prices and outstanding customer service

Don did a fantastic job on both my cars. I just bought a used Tesla and it had a gnarly dent in the hood. He pulled it out in around 30 minutes. Will be back if I have any more issues

Don is a master of his trade. Took 25yrs worth of door dings out of my 98 Mercedes. Work is exceptional and at a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT work. Technician took the time to educate about the different types of window glass and how it affects the work that was going to be performed. With in no time my dent was removed as if it was never there. Thank you Dent Master.

After several calls to different places and high dollar estimates I finally reached Don at Dent Masters. Hes user friendly and professional. My schedule is busy and my time is usually not my own and he accommodated this fact. I received a great result in removing 3 dings from my luxury car at a price which was less than half of what was quoted elsewhere.... And he finished the job in an HOUR! This was a difficult dent to access. They did not give up and innovated a creative way to ensure that the service would be successful.

There was a five hour dent in the quarter of our 4 Runner. A body shop would have had the car for a week to fix and paint. Don Milleson had the quarter straightened without paint in an afternoon.Thank you Don

It was a call that received a quick response. I was able to get in the next morning to have my dent repaired.The work was great and very professional company.

I brought my Audi A7 in to have a few dents removed from the passenger side door as well as the rear passenger door. They did an absolutely flawless job and cannot even tell where the dents were!!! This was so much cheaper than going to the body shop do you have them repaired. Start to finish it only took one hour. I would call these guys first for any sort of Dent to have them evaluate it prior to going to any body shop. Don is the guy who did my car and was Absolutely meticulous in his work. Highly recommend them!!!

We had the best first time experience with DentMaster. My husband had a dent in his door about 5 inches and when we got his truck back after the dent was pulled it was like it never happened. We were shocked at how amazing it looked! Very nice work, friendly, professional, and fast! We will definitely be going to him from now on for any dents!

Dentmasters does a fantastic job with their work. Extremely productive and efficient with their process. Took my 2018 Subaru to get a 2 inch dent out of the fold on my fender and looks no different than the way we bought the vehicle. Most companies charge extra for having to mold the fold back into a fender or quarter panel but Dentmasters provides a service that gives you everything you could expect and with my experience, I came out with more. Professionalism and knowledge was never out of the question as they walked me through the process and without question, will gladly refer them each time.

The reason I give two stars is because I was charged $70 just to provide an estimate of the damage. No work was performed. I recently had hail damage to my 5 year old vehicle. Geico sent a representative out who wrote an estimate that seemed to be really low. I wanted to get a thorough, professional estimate to compare with the estimate from my insurance company. I’m not sure if I’m going to repair the vehicle or not due to its age but I’m sure if I try to sell the vehicle or trade it in, the value has been reduced because of the damage. When I scheduled the estimate with Don I made him aware that I just wanted an estimate to see if my insurance company’s estimate was accurate and on the up and up. I had the estimate done yesterday and when I got there he indicated they would have to charge me one hour’s labor since I wasn’t having them do the work. Now, I could definitely see charging a customer if there was significant time involved however the estimate only took about fifteen minutes or so. I should have told him that by doing right by the customer will almost always result in positive reviews, and ultimately more business after all, as all of my neighbors also have similar damage. However, I just paid the $70, got the estimate and went on my way. All that being said, the gentleman who wrote the estimate, Charlie, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely OVERPRICED!I’ve had door dings fixed in the past and never paid more than $30-35 for a quarter sized ding.I called this place to ask for a quote and was told it would cost over $200 to have a dime sized door ding removed from my car door, after he asked me what kind of car I drove -and I told him a BMW.I wanted to try this business out for convenience of location but there prices are RIDICULOUS!

Had over $5000 in hail damage on my brand new car. (Hail storm 2hrs after i pulled off new car lot). Customer service was great, and had a personal touch from 1st meeting, during repair (including updates), and throughout delivery. The hood was the only part insurance replaced new, the rest of car was all Dent Masters. It looks great, cant tell any damage ever happened. Thank you Dent Masters.

I have used Dentmasters a handful of times over the last 7 years with excellent results. They always answered the phone quickly and set up an appointment same day. Great work done on a fender/door on a 2012 Camaro, door/rear quarter on 2012.5 911 (aluminum doors), and most recently on a door/quarter on my 1987 3.2 Carrera.

Don is the man! Did a pretty great job on the spot when I drove to his shop an hour away on a Saturday. Had a plan of attack and got the dent out with no problem. He is a real professional and does this place justice. The pricing is a little high but I guess thats the way it goes.

If you think you have to get your dent to a body repair shop, get an estimate from Dent Masters first! I did and not only was I pleased to hear that I could get a paintless repair at a reasonable cost, and avoid days in a body shop. Mike was able to do repair immediately as he always travels with his metal sculpting tools. His artisan results are unbelievable and I am truly pleased! I now have Car Masters on speed dial in case of future metal sculpting needs.

I had a couple of dents along a prominent body line on my 2018 Mustang. Don was able to work both dents out to the point that you cant even tell they ever existed, and in record time! Ill definitely be back if I ever need PDR services again.

I had an excellent experience with Don & Bryce at this Dent Masters location!! I bought a brand new Acura TLX & 7 days later, it fell victim to a very bad hail storm :(. I was very nervous about who to let do the repair work, but when I went to see these guys, I felt sure that I was leaving my new car in good hands. They were very knowledgeable & professional. They explained to me the procedures they would use to remove my 500+ dents. Their customer service was above & beyond!!! They helped set me up with a rental car agent that day, they kept in contact with me, letting me know when they started & finished working on my car. They were very polite & told me pointers on how to keep my car looking good!!I am very pleased with their work, they were able to get all of my dents removed in a timely manner. I definitely reccomend them to anyone!!!
