Rented a commercial property from them. To me it seemed as if Tom the owner didnt want to be bothered with anything. Good luck trying to get him on the phone to discuss issues. Every time I would try to reach him he was out of the country. My guess would be 3-5 times a year for extended periods of time. It always felt to me like they wanted my money, (which I paid on time or early for years), but they didnt want to deal with the work that came along with running a property.

Dave Bowers found me and my family the perfect house. I would definitely use him again.
