Based on our recommendation, Brock subsequently helped my father-in-law sell his fathers home, and that process went as smoothly and efficiently as our own sale.When we finally started passively looking for a new house again last fall, I immediately contacted Brock and told him what our price range and requirements were. For a couple weeks, he patiently showed us a lot of potential homes while refining his search parameters based on our slightly wishy-washy and evolving requirements (did we want to live out in the woods? As it turns out, we beat 6 other offers to win what is pretty close to our dream home.I think well be staying put for a long time so I doubt Ill have occasion to put Brock to work for us again, but I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in Maryland. Youre unlikely to find anyone more on-the-ball, responsive, and knowledgeable about every aspect of the process.
