They should be more aware of the cleaning of the Shannon court Frederick Maryland 21701 sector, the areas with sidewalks, grass, landscaping, parking areas are too dirty, I have observed that they are not constant in maintenance, I recommend that so that they can earn five Stars should be excellent on service. In summary, the service is not of high quality. I think they should improve. You charge a service and the community needs to have compensation in a service of optimum quality.
Id give them a 0 if I could. Lived at the same address for five years and ever since our community switched to them, costs keep increasing dramatically and I never see anything done in our community to even suggest they have a presence. You can tell a lot about a company that increases cost like they do when hard working people are dealing with a pandemic and loss of jobs.
Clagett Enterprises has been our development Management Company for several years now and I am very happy with their services. Our Property Manager is Mrs. A. Meador and she is very pleasant to work with and is very responsive when we have issues to be resolved. I have actually been in touch with other staff of Clagett Management and all the staff I have had contact with are very helpful and knowledgeable. I have recommended Clagett Enterprises to some of my friends who have asked me for a Management Company for their development. We have had other Management companies in the past and I was not happy with them. That is why we are now with Clagett.
Id give 0 stars if I could.
Danielle Reap has been our property manager for several years. Weve had many large projects accomplished with her. Id highly recommend her to anyone!
I am so pleased to have the opportunity to work with Clagett Enterprises. Allison Meader is an amazing manager with extensive knowledge of our community, legalities, county issues, etc. She is always available and thorough in her responses as well as professional. Grateful for her management and honesty.
Clagett Mgmt manages the development I live in in New Market, The Meadows. We have a neighbor that is in strict violation of the Rules and Regulations of the HOA. I sent an email with the Rules and sections being violated and dozens of photos.I pay them $623 a year in dues. They are worthless! Issues that they should handle they refuse and forward residents to the County.Dont EVEN think about doing any business with them.
Called to get my pool passes and had them on time to swim at our community pool. Thank you Tracy
The Martinsburg Office was very rude and unprofessional when asking a question.
When living there they picked up K-Ci management lease agreement well when they decided not to renew my lease they said sorry to inform you you will not be receiving your security deposit back due to us not receiving it from the previous owners I didnt know that had to do with me
Each time I have called the location says its closed. Have yet to be able to talk to anyone. Also, the office should not be closed for the week of Christmas. That makes zero sense.
I think a lot of people dont realize that Clagett and other such companies dont actually manage the communities or set any HOA fees, they manage the paperwork/billing for the communitys HOA (who is supposed to enforce any bylaws or other rules). My dealings with them have been great.
They dont do a very good job of property management
Property management companies dont often get good reviews online. If they do their job then we are all happy and we dont really go sing their praises publicly. However, if they dont, we make it known. My review is to make it known! Clagett Enterprises and Kista Clagett have be fantastic over the past 6 years. I have served on the HOA board for my community and had close interaction with them and cant speak highly enough about them!
Dayna is incredibly responsive and very helpful to work with.
Bad management quality, unprofessional manager lady who made threats over the phone cause I complained about the bugs and other nonsense we have to deal with. And just a all around bad company to go with.
Worst HOA i’ve ever interacted wi
I rarely post review online, but I felt I owe a community manager Kathryn Shroyer that one! She is currently our HOA manager, and I couldnt dream of a better service! professional, prompt communication, follow up and simply work done efficiently! and no matter how many times and how different my requests are. Thank you so much!
Says office is open until 5pm. Just tried to call at 3:40pm on a Thursday and got an answering machine saying office is closed. This is just one of the many issues my family and I continue to have with them.
Very unprofessional staff. Why is it that when a staff member goes on vacation no one else can help you with questions/issues that pertain to your community!? Leave someone in charge in their absence! This is common sense. They send vague letters. Recently they sent out a letter saying they will start towing, but didnt specify what streets this was going to be enforced on. Now the burden falls on the residents to reach out to them for more info. More time spent on stupid rules and finding information that should be on their website. How can this company still be in business!?
This is a well respected and professional company. The staff are very pleasant and helpfully.
It is unfortunate that I have to click even one star. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.Clagett Enterprises has the contract to manage my condo. They are responsible for maintaining the exterior of the building. Since June of 2017 I have been alerting them via emails, pictures and personal visits, of the need to replace my siding. Now, 15 months later, nothing has been done to remedy the issue. I have given them 3 days for a firm date or I will be seeking legal council. Long story short, DO NOT DEAL with Clagett Enterprises.
Nothing but morons work at this company. They have done a terrible job maintaining Princeton Shoals. They take no responsibility and blame me.
Wont respond to emails
This Company is the worst Company ever. You should be ashamed of how you run things. You want to charge people a late fee if their HOA isnt paid on time. Well start doing your JOBS!!!!!! You need to enforce policies in HOA development. Our development looks horrible and the one in charge is the worst ever. Never return phone calls never replies back to your emails. Honestly who do you think you really are. You will be replaced in our development thats for sure. Get it together. Cause we already ate contacting the news thats for sure. Time to show everyone how truly rude and unprofessional you all are and how no one there does their job.
The reviews seemed rather daunting but I wasnt able to read them. I just saw the Star rating which was very poor. I have been with Clagett for 16 years as they are the Property Management team for Buckingham Hills HOA and have never had a negative relationship with them. Personally, I think our Property Manager, Danielle Reap is extraordinary in how she handles and manages Buckingham Hills so kudos go to the individual in my opinion. Danielle is pofessional, hard-working, compassionate and reliable. Way to go Danielle!
Edit - My initial review was in the heat of the moment. After further dialogue with the management company we were able to resolve our issues. I appreciate Clagett taking the time to meet in person to further discuss everything, excellent customer service.
They cut down trees at the sides of the building, but not the ones in the front that are scratching up the windows and damaging the screens to the individual units on the second floor.Dont try to fill out the online maintenance request forms, because they do not respond within 3 business days. They also dont make the owners perform routine carpet age changings allocated by the law. Annual duct cleanings for the renters and annual ant control treatments provided by Clagett as a courtesy would be nice too. Keep renters healthy, so they can keep living on to rent from you :D
They are literally the worst community management company I have ever dealt with. They are quick to take your hoa money on a monthly basis but when you address a problem to them, they NEVER fix it. They are irresponsible and dont even have an after hour emergency number. Its a damn shame that they are still in the business because they are a scam to the community.
I would rate a zero if it were an option. I would be skeptical of these people. I contacted them to see the property and because I wasnt available the next day on their time they never contacted me again. In the same email I had given Susan Houck days I could be available. She didnt bother to respond. No counters. Nothing. They are iffy. Beware. If they dont care about filling their apartments they truly wouldnt care about keeping their tenants. I would not trust them.
If you can help it dont sign with this company. They absolutely do not care about tenants. They are fully aware of issues, some of them long ongoing and potentially dangerous issues; and yet they continue to ignore them until the city fines the owners. In almost 2 years there have been 4 property managers. Only one of them actually did anything. Ive never been given more than 4 hour notice before theyd send people into my residence, sometimes as little as 30 mins.
Very nice receptionist and when there before, everyone very nice and MaryAnn Gurst (think thats how to spell her last name), always nice and knowledgeable.
Clagett Management is in a word, a joke. I could go on in detail about the horrible experiences Ive had dealing with them, as a property owner here in The Commons of Avalon, but at this juncture I think this would be a fruitless waste of time. I am only writing this review in an attempt to warn any prospective or otherwise interested investors to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This post is entirely without hyperbole. Do not even consider any property currently under the management of Clagett Enterprises as any means of wise investment——or even simply as a place to live. You will sorely regret it. Thank you for reading, and good luck as you (hopefully) look elsewhere in planning your future investments.
Poor Customer Service. The Owners doesnt reply to any emails or Voice Messages. Just a money motivative company. I rather give 0 stars.
Staff is unresponsive. I have a neighbor whos trash can is left out every day of the week and the staff wont even respond to my requests for them to contact them. Trash blows all over the community. Its like living at the dump. When I finally got a response from Clagett they said Maybe if parents taught their children a little better we wouldnt have this problem. Truly pathetic response from a management team. They are a joke
Worst rental company to deal with. They don’t care about anything other than making money for themselves. Better hope you don’t have to complain about mold or other unlivable stuff to them
I drove 1 hour from Silver Spring to Frederick, waited 30 minutes on the property, and drove 1 hour back home. When I arrived at the property I called and texted Susan numerous times as she did not show up.I am extremely bothered by the lack of communication and dependability from Susan. I wasted time and gas on this day.For 1 week I had a 915am appointment scheduled with her for Friday. At 8am on Friday I called and texted her to verify. She told me she couldnt do 915 because of a tiny bit of snow on the steps. It barely snowed on that Friday. She didnt offer another time or anything so I asked her for another time, and finally she said 1030am worked. I let her know that I was coming to view the property. She should be fired from this job for not showing after I traveled so far. I had the appointment booked well in advance. What kind of service is this that she is giving? She is unfair and when I called to complain about her its like they didnt even care. Her and her company have the louziest real estate rental property service I have ever experienced.Do not come here even if its your last resort because it will be a complete waste of your time!
If I could give them a negative rating I would.... unfortunately the landlord decided to use this company to manage the property. They have went through at least 4 property managers in the last 4 years. They all have been rude and not helpful at all. My emails and phone calls go unanswered for months. They tried to take me to court for unpaid rent. Once it was proved they were wrong they cancelled court but still insisted I owe the court fees. Every time you bring up an old issue they staff responses with well that was before I worked here. Like that as a expectable answer and then still ignore the issues. All they want is money, I have yet to even see any other staff out to check the property. They wasted the landlords money getting parking permits which don’t even match the house numbers they are assigned to. There are no parking spot lines or numbers in the parking spots, there for making the parking permits a waste of time. I never received a parking permit, had to email the mananger 4 times before receiving a response. Worst company to deal with. If I could rip my house up and take It off the property just so I didn’t have to deal with them I would.
Clagett is the property management company for our HOA and weve been very pleased with them.
Clagett Enterprises have great in answering questions and providing assistance with my new home in Jefferson Place. Very personable staff.
Not very responsive to renters. I feel more like a number. Agents seam more concerned with sales then rentals. Needs more vocal correspondence then email traffic.
Our fees continue to rise each year, but were not seeing any services. The blizzard ended almost 24 hours ago, and we have yet to see anyone with a shovel. We live in a development like this so we dont have to do our own plowing and shoveling. Guess what - we have to do it anyway. Yard care in the summertime is a joke too!
Still waiting for snow removal in the parking lot from the weekend storm. It is now Tuesday morning, and I have been calling our condominium representative at Clagett to find out when/if the snow will be removed. I have called five times with no answer or call back. The sidewalks were cleared yesterday, but the parking lot is still impassable for anyone without four wheel drive. The neighbors and I shoveled the lot for almost three hours yesterday. Please come do the rest, I really need to be able to get my car out. Please pick up the phone so I know if anyone is coming to clear the lot or if I need to finish it myself.
Been calling them and leaving messages for 4 years for 2 different properties. Have yet to hear back.
I wish I could give them a 0. The community manager is extremely unprofessional. I live in waterside and they sent you letters blaming you for doing things with no proof. A neighbor called customer service and complained of a “Threat”. The community manager sent us a letter with a warning with no proof or without doing the proper investigation. She just took another’s Neighboor words and mailed a letter. So if You don’t Like your Neighbors, you can call customer service, make something Up and they will send you a letter with a warning. There are no rules, people use your parking and you have no right to complain, and if you complain, they will do nothing. I would not recommend anyone to buy in the Waterside area.
Our building flooded during the heavy storms in frederick. The only thing they did was dry off the carpet. 2 months later the building still stinks like mold and they have done absolutely nothing to repair the damage. I pay $264 monthly for what exactly? They are a joke! Talbots 1 community FYI.
My husband and I lived in a clagett managed building for 3 yrs. I felt awful for the actual building owner who would be there weekly cleaning the hallways and doing what he paid Clagett to do...because it really was his ultimate choice to stay with that company. Now I have good history as a renter with Clagett and they told us upon moving that we would always have a home with them...thing is...Ill never rent from them again. I have a HUGE list of things they never replied to or responded to. We had huge rains one year and my bathroom flooded from the fan vent...brown sludge just falling from the roof. I called them daily for weeks ..nothing. not one response. Not only did I have to use a trashbag taped to the vent to keep it from happening again, if you ever asked them if they got the message, theyd blame the person who took the message..oh well i never got that. Thats the MO of this company... their communication within their office is awful. Its a true testament to how they care about the people paying their paychecks. They never mowed the grass. They never cleaned the pee from the homeless people that would sleep in the downstairs stairwell. They did not replace any appliances when we moved in...and our fridge had rust flaking off of it. I hate having yo give this review seeing as we had a good relationship with them...but...read the other reviews...its not just me
I would not suggest dealing with this company. I happen to find some of their employees very rude and condensending. Arrogant is another word that comes to mind.I personally handed Debbie an application to do work for a client 6 months ago. After several calls and visits to Claggett Enterprises she finally returns my call with great attitude, and continues on to blame my client and I for her not having given her the application. Seems to me she dropped the ball and instead of admitting to her faults, or just simply saying “I don’t have it; can you send another, she lashed out at us. I get things happen, get misplaced, but to be that arrogant just shows that I’m not dealing with professional people here.
Claggett is a horrible property management company, the demand HOA dues and threaten to put leans on your property, however they do not do anything to all to maintain our development. What a joke. Stay away! Not even worth one star!!
I wish I could give ZERO stars - we recently sold our home in a community in Maryland where we lived for 4 years. I cannot recall one single positive interaction (from start to finish) with this organization. The managers are rude, disrespectful and extremely unhelpful - we often wondered if we were paying to be disrespected in our home! Weve had one occasion where it took getting the President involved to get an issue resolved, which he handled in a timely fashion - go figure. Weve sold our home and will NEVER live in a community with an HOA because of our experience with Clagett.
If I could gove zero stars I would. Beware of this agency on all aspects. I have lived in a community where they handled the HOA and i have also attempted to rent a place from them. First about the HOA. They do absolutely nothing on the properties and they are quick to send out fines. I had a list of fines for my property that was not even for my unit. Now for the rentals,Susan is extremely unresponsive. I left her at least 5 vm about viewing a property and she never called back. On another instance when I did see a property showed by another guy in the office he never responded after I applied and paid my app fee. They just take, take, take with zero service in return.Even the receptionist that answers the main line is rude as hell. She tried to switch me to Susan vm for the 5th time and I asked was there someone else I could talk to. As she was switching me to get another vm I heard her sigh and say oh my goodness.Claggett - if you do not want to help people properly by all means get out of the customer service business because ultimately that is what your job is. I will be glad when someone comes along and takes this monopoly out. They have been a staple in Frederick so long I think they believe they own it. But things can and will change.
I wish I could give zero stars ! If you are looking at a community that is managed by Clagett Management RUN, RUN, RUN as far as you can. If your HOA ever looks at using them, do NOT let them ! I have never in my life been given more inaccurate information that changes every time you speak with them. They will take forever to respond if they even do and they will do everything they can not to assist the very neighborhoods they are being PAID by us to represent.
I agree, they are in our development too and they cause nothing but trouble. They take our money and do nothing for our community. You always get a different answer each time you talk to someone. Our property manager is useless and never know what to expect to come in our mailbox from her. When I hear people getting nasty letters from her, it makes me more upset. They are to be removed by November this year from our board but I have not heard anything more about it. But I can not wait til I see them gone.
We are owners using Claggett for property management of a rental. Unfortunately, we interviewed several PM companies in Frederick and Claggett seemed to be the best. They are terrible. We are not getting our full rental income as they have not been collecting payment for the utilities. They have also managed to charge us for repairs every single month including $125 to respond to a small maintenance call. We were looking to partner with them but instead they are single handedly losing us money. Just hope they will mess up enough to violate contract so we can fire them.
Staff needs to work on their proffesionalism. Made several service request to fix the same items due to the fact that they sent contractors who couldnt fix issue. Staff was rude and could careless about issues on the properties. Maybe their sales dept is on point but the rental staff are very unprofessional. I would give a zero if I could. If you see a clagett sign turn around and find another company.
I would really give them no stars....they were fine until i moved into one of the properties. I lives in the property just under 2 years. They attempted to take me to court twice for failure to pay rent, that i paid/check cleared bank, they deposited into the wrong account. Notices on my door twice for this. That is just embarrassing when you are paying it. They at one point never paid the water bill and my water got shut off, they were in charge of paying it and i would send them a check for the same amount. Then when i moved out they took care of the walk through and sent me an email with the items, then came back at the 45 day mark and added items that were not on the original list. I have dealt with several management companies in the past for renting but this was by far the worst experience.
Claggett along with the Overlook HOA are ripping off homeowners by providing nothing more than yard care in common space areas and maybe cleaning the sidewalks three days after the snow have failing.
Where do I even begin? My Girlfriend and I rented an apartment in Frederick, MD back in June 2016. Little did we know, the entire complex was infested with Mice. We had reported it and they made a baby effort of sending a guy out to take care of the mice. The Exterminator placed 1 poison trap behind our water heater. That wasnt even the issue, we felt cheated that Clagett knew of this issue and didnt even disclose this information. To get us to sign the Lease. Whatever, cool. Our neighbor was confirmed that it has always had Mice issues.Fast forward, we broke lease in November and sent Clagett our Certified First Class Mail Letter regarding us vacating the premises. We were then contacted by Matthew Worland that they had received the letter and for us to return the keys. So I DID. He also let us know that we would be receiving our Security Deposit within 45 days.It is now February 16, 2017. Clearly past 45 days and they still havent returned our Deposit. Let alone, have made VERY LITTLE effort to rent out the Apartment to a potential tenant even though it states in Maryland law that Landlords must take CONSIDERABLE EFFORT to do so. Regardless, we have not missed any payments and it wasnt even on time, it was always an EARLY PAYMENT. Even after we vacated the premises, we have taken care of the Monthly Rent and still havent received our Deposit.Weve made CONSIDERABLE EFFORT to reach out to CLAGETT and they have done NOTHING to return our calls. Matthew Worland was the only individual before hand who actually DID ANYTHING in terms of returning calls or emails. He no longer is with Clagett as of early Februrary. Whether he left this terrible place or this terrible place got rid of him.If its an apartment, or a house, move right on forward, skip CLAGETT, just a headache worth of issues.
Oh my gosh --- I couldnt agree with the other reviewers more. Professional realtors as they describe themselves?? Professional in taking the tenants $$$ with nothing to show for. Landscaping, what a joke. I have yet to see them replace dead trees or bushes. And yes, we have gone 3 wks without the lawn being cared for in the summer. Snow removal, if we didnt shovel ourselves out, wed still be snowed in from last winter. I could go on and on .....And then we get their expense report for the year. We are being ripped off!! The mo. HOA fee id deceitful. Just tell me, how do u people sleep at night!!
Frederick Overlook Community - snow removal was non existant. Not until calls were made did someone show to shovel walks but by then everyone had already done them.In the summer - we had a service that would come consistently every week and cut the grass - it was never over grown. Now they come and the grass is over grown so when they cut they leave clumps of dead grass everywere - the weeds are out of control. They plant flowers in the flower beds but dont come by to water so they die. Ive gone and pulled the weeds out of there. They dont edge anymore. Last couple of years has been very dissappointing.I dont know if they have anything to do with trash but that went from twice a week to once a week.
I asked the property manager, Mary Ann Garst, of the community that Im in, if we could schedule a meeting so she could go over conflicting information she gave me about the community theyre supposed to manage. Got an email back from her saying she will not spend the time to go over it with me. She was very rude, Ive attempted to contact her multiple times before she sent me that email. So many cigarette butts in the parking lot, lots of dead plant debris on the grounds. Even snow removal wasnt great, saw people had to dig snow out of their outdoor reserved parking spaces because it wasnt plowed, and the ones that were plowed, the snow removal dumped it onto some other peoples parking spaces. Were paying an increased HOA fee since the beginning of this year and were not really seeing that money being put to good use. I just moved into the community and already seeing the bad side of living in a community with such management.
If I could vote zero stars, I truly would.Just waited outside in the heat for a half hour to be shown a property by the Vice President. He would not give us his cell phone to contact him so we contacted the office, spoke to a woman who used alot of ums and I dunnos said she would try contacting him and get back to us. Waited...and then waited some more... until we called back to get an update. Ohhh ummm I couldnt reach him, I mean I did reach him, he said you must of missed each other and that you would have to reschedule with himNot only did she have the audacity to lie to us, not call us back while we were standing out in the heat waiting for someone that she knew was a no show, but then said that WE would have to reschedule with him. That is not going to happen...No apology, no nothing. We will never rent from these people. Can you just imagine needing something fixed? Or having a real problem? If they will make a disabled veteran wait in the heat and then lie about it, they are truly capable of anything.
The star system doest go any lower, so I guess I have to say 1 star. When I moved in, the HOA fee was under 100 dollars. It is now $250!!!! I attended the meeting that they have only ONCE a year, and they made all sorts of excuses as to why it is this expensive. They hired a new lady to run the place, and she has a pissy attitude, She told me that our HOA fee was about average in this area. There is no garage, pool, and the common area looks like crap. The president of the HOA is a real dumb ass, when asked to explain the fees, he just read off the paper we were all reading! They removed the dumpster, and replaced it with 6 trash cans. after many complaints, they added more trashcans, and sent letters stating if garbage is found on the ground, they will dig through it, find your name, and send you a 35 dollar fine. how can you blame people when you didnt provide enough trash cans from the start? I bought the place for over 200K and now they are worth under 150K. I thought an HOA was to keep the value of your home. Ive seen them cut the grass, and attempt snow removal ( they are horrible). They outlaw everything from BBQ grills, having work trucks, driving your car to your door to unload (the sidewalk was made for it), washing your car, and even any alteration to the outside of your house. They suck, they are bullies, they send nasty letters to your house, and its about time someone stood up to them. Which Im about to do, might be time to call the local news and make them famous.
Along with the others on this site, I find Clagett Enterprises misleading in what it claims to do and what it actually does. Our community HOA fee is $215 per month -- one the the highest in Frederick. When I purchased my townhome two years ago, I was told the fee is high because all of the roofs had been replaced within a two-year period.Nov., 2014, my roof leaked into my attic. By the time I discovered it, I had black mold. When I called, someone was sent to repair the leak but I was told the mold was my problem. That was when I was also told that my roof was really 10 years old.Jan., 2016 my roof leaked into my entrance foyer. My ceiling has stains the size of dinner plates. I had paid $1,200 to have my room professionally painted when I moved into the home. My initial response from Mary Ann Garst at Clagett was rude and nasty. She told me to submit a claim to my insurance company if there was a claim to be made and to call a number to have a roofer look at my roof. The number didnt work. After days of calling the roofer and e-mailing Mary Ann with no response, I asked for another number via e-mail and wrote, please respond. I still got no response. My daughter found another number for the roofer whom I finally reached this morning. He will look at the roof and give an estimate, but doesnt know if the HOA will pay for repairs. The snow: In the Jan., 2016 storm, my neighbor shoveled a path to my door so I could get out to shovel my car out. Snow removal is supposed to be included. For some reason, the back sidewalks seem to be a priority and get shoveled, but peoples cars blocked in by six-foot walls of snow, three feet out are the responsibility of the homeowner. Remember, the HOA fee is $215 per month. Solicitors drive around the neighborhood, and for $65 will help you get your car out. My neighbor paid someone to shovel her car out. Since many of the homeowners in this community are retired and elderly, they feel compelled to pay to get snow removed to get cars out yet snow removal is supposed to be included. This HOA and the fee in our community is out of line. I work for a developer in a brand new community where the fee is $78 per month. When I got to work Tuesday, the streets were cleared wide enough for homeowners to park, alleys were cleared, and peoples porches and steps were cleared. It was amazing. This community also offers two pools, a community center, picnic pavilion, playground, open space, lawn care and snow removal for $78 per month. We have none of those amenities. Our $215 gets us lawn care, partial snow removal, outside painting and gutter replacement on a rotation even when the homes dont need it (someone has a good system going), and is supposed to include roofs -- preferably ones that dont leak.Clearly, there is something not quite on the up and up with this company. Like the others on this site, I wish I could give this company 0 stars.
Renee Jones and before her Debbie Coones manage Main Farm Community ~ we are located behind Giant Shopping Center in Frederick Md. I am not even going to address the crappy landscapers that sleep under trees and we as residents have to mow our own yards and shovel our own snow. They collect $44 per month ( I know not a lot) and do NOTHING for the community with the money. As of July 26th 2015 the sign over by the bank behind Panera has lost 1/2 of the name!! If they do an inspection and by chance find something they feel is wrong, the nasty letter comes out! There is no we found this wrong and we be out in 30 days to look again..... the letter says we will fine you if you do not fix and send this letter back in signed. The road leading into the neighborhood (mentioned above) is supposed to be no parking so fire trucks can get down the road. Ms Jones or Ms. Coones has NEVER enforced that so hopefully there is never a fire or an Emergency over there since the emergency vehicle will have to come from the other side of the development...ie the only other way in right now!!! They manage nothing in my opinion except sending out nasty letters... I could go on and on!
Susan Houck our property manager for Jermae Estates in Thurmont on listens to the HOA Directors who do what they want. She has no time for the peasants. Too bad there are no ZERO stars.
Tried various times and ways to contact this company about a rental property I wanted to look into and they can’t return calls or emails. Must not want to rent them out.
HOA BOARD didnt even look at any other management company, WHY ????? Clagett is horrible.
If I could give 0 stars I could. The property manager for the Glade Towne Condo Assosiation is the rudest and caniving woman I have ever dealt with. Instead of receiving a welcome letter, the first week I moved into my new condo, Ive gotten like twenty, nasty disrespectful and rude emails from her! So unprofessional and so disrespectful. Im judging the whole company by one person, but if they would hire someone like that, I can imagine the whole company is crooked.
Clagett Enterprise HOA represented by Mary Ann are not taking care of Seneca Ridge Dr. Hagerstown MD. I wrote several emails about neighbors leaving their grill out for over three weeks and their blue recycle bin outside their garage door for the past 4 weeks and she wrote me a nasty email in how I should stop harassing my neighbors but in reality is her not doing her job. I havent seen her around for over a month and whenever I report something she tells me that I should call the police.
Literally the worst property management company to ever exist.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Despicable company with terrible customer service. They demand ridiculous repairs in an impossible time frame and then are unresponsive or completely rude when questions are asked. Im not sure how they are still in business. Terrible staff.
Snow removal team is SLOW. They will EVENTUALLY get around to it. Expect to do most the heavy lifting, they sure wont.
Extremely rude and unprofessional people. They are crooks.
Local property management company who farms out most of their responsibility to third parties outside Frederick County.
Claggett is not a good person to rent from when u call them it would take forever for them to gt back with u and when there was drugs or a shootout they didnt do a damn thing but if ur late on rent and you call to tell them they still take it to court there the worst people to rent from all they want is money but they cant take care of there stuff or if u ca) o complain they could care less
Very Helpful Staff.
Always helpful and professional office
Extremely rude and unprofessional.
