Had the technician out this morning to get a quote on spot treatment of an area around a wooden deck that has been eaten by subterranean termites. He arrived right on time. For no charge, he inspected the house inside and out. He then recommended that I fix the basic problem, which is wood to ground contact from the deck because it would cost about the same as treating the area for termites(no other signs of termite damage were found). Since the termites were in a small, localized area, he recommended killing them myself with off-the-shelf insecticide.

Great guy very thorough did a fantastic job. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.
