Timely, great price, friendly

Terrible company stole money from us they billed us for a mistake they made. When we first looked into Grand rental event we were worried. They had 1.5 stars on google but we had no choice but to go with them. Do not hire these men, they are not clear on what you will be renting. They do not pay attention to detail and do not care to make sure the customer has the best expirience. Highly dissapointed, they made our wedding a true nightmare.

Used GRE for our wedding, everything looked perfect!

Extremely terrifying experience with the owner of this company. On the day of the event, the rentals were incomplete. The second time they came around, we called the company to see if we can add a few more items, since they had to come back out AGAIN because they were still missing items from the list of rentals.The owner quoted us the wrong amount and a delivery fee. We questioned the additional delivery fee because his guys had to come back out to us anyway to deliver the rest of the items that were missing.He doubled the amount he quoted us because he apparently misunderstand what I was asking of them. He was extremely rude and degrading, as was I because if I hadn’t called back to confirm, the order would have been incomplete for a third time. To top it off, the roof of the tent was leaking an hour or so into the event. Too much of a headache to deal with.
