I had such an amazing experience working with Riley and the Jared team. I came in with a vision of what I wanted my fiances engagement ring to look like and after speaking with RIley for just 10 minutes she went straight to work helping make my vision become a reality. She walked me through every step from picking out the diamond and setting to sizing the ring. She was extremely patient with me every step of the way (even when I changed the diamond like a million times) and never once pressured me to do buy anything I didnt want. I had a really wonderful experience here. The first time my husband and I went to look for an alternative ring to wear so my engagement ring wouldn’t get damaged, Ashley really helped us find great candidates and even took the time to research after we left to think more about what we wanted. We came back another day and Nick helped us out. He gave us lots of alternative suggestions on how we could make some great customizations and took the time to price out quotes. When we checked out he even asked if there was a date we wanted the ring by and when he realized that it might be cutting it close offered to size a ring down if need be just so that I could have something to wear. 🥺 Definitely would recommend to others.

It couldnt have been a better experience there! While shopping for wedding bands, Nick and Riley went all out to get my fiancee and I what we were looking for. When we we working to design my custom wedding band (that arrived 2 weeks early with only 6 weeks notice), Riley asked to see my necklace and told me it needed repaired urgently. I called to ask about a wedding band I saw online and was lucky enough to have Riley help me with my in-store purchase. She sent me photos of the ring up close, as well as some similar styles to consider. She went way above and beyond to make sure when I came into the store I didn’t have to spend hours there if I didn’t want to. She’s friendly, not pushy which I appreciate, and takes her time but also values your time. I live in northern VA, but driving to the Frederick store is worth it. I had such an amazing experience there with Jessica and Riley. They are extremely knowledgeable as well as sweet and genuinely kind people. I love my engagement ring and my fiancé and I just picked out the band today. Another wonderful and successful visit! Even though there are several other Jareds that are closer, the customer service at the Frederick store was far and away the best…so I will be making the trek out 2x a year to get them serviced there and see my new friends!

Friendly helpful staff and nice facility..however, they charge to size a ring? You HAVE to buy an extended service plan in order to size a ring! Who has ever heard of such a policy! And it was a $2k ring! RIPOFF ALERT!!!!

Riley helped me and my fiancé shop for an engagement ring- she came highly recommended from a friend and 100% lived up to it. Service was terrific and we walked out completely satisfied. We will be going back for a wedding band pretty soon : )

They went above and beyond helping me order a custom LeVian ring (the ruby) and helped me again with the larger emerald ring. Sized for me same day!! I went in for one thing and then came out with a lead on two others and purchased what I initially just went in to look at. They are very good at the art of closing the deal. Beautiful Store! The Layout is a Little Confining for HDCP Individuals in a Transport, it would be Worse for Someone in an Actual Wheelchair. Other Than that the Jewelry Displays and In House Jewelry Repair are Exceptional.

I am devastated with the lack of customer service with this particular store. My partner bought me a ring from here on 01/28/21 that he brought across states to surprise me with around the second week of February. Unfortunately it is not something I am in love with and being a corporate employee I rarely have time to run to a store especially across states to return this ring. Today I finally get a day off and realize that yesterday February 28th would’ve been the last day to return or exchange. Being under these circumstances I was hoping that they’d work with me but unfortunately that is not the case.
