So happy I found Clark’s. I recommend them highly. My call was taken quickly by Adam and a technician came within an hour to my house to evaluate my desktop computer. Caleb was friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what needed to be done to repair my computer, approximate length of time for service, and estimated cost. He took my desktop to the shop for overnight repair. It was fixed the next day as promised and I picked it up. Adam even carried it to the car for me. The final cost was less than the estimate. Their location is convenient, clean, and comfortable. I ohope my computer doesn’t need any repairs in the future, but if it does, Clark’s will be who I call.

The people who work here are great. Very nice and respond back quickly. They fixed my laptop screen quickly and made sure it was done well. They even called me to let me know there would be a small delay due to the ordered part arriving damaged. Raquel and Mr. Clark were great thanks so much!

I took my grandaughters laptop in for service and found everyone there very pleasant to deal with and they did a great job...plus it ended up less expensive that what they had originally quoted. Made an appointment with a computer technician. Tim listened carefully to my problems. Then he worked on my iPad a few minutes; used his phone to verify that he had solved my problems; and in less than a half hour, it worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. I’m sure I will use them again because I am so dependent on my phone/computer/iPad for work and everything 🤗

I spilt coffee on my computer and it didnt like that and decided to stop working. I did not have my hard drive backed up and was freaking out. I dropped my computer off in the afternoon with an external drive and Tim from Clark not only was able to pull all my files off the hard drive onto the external drive, he cleaned my laptop and had it working again the very next day!!

Darren,You are all great to work with. However, in my case where windows had to be reinstalled which means data/files had to be protected, there have been several issues.1. I have not been able to retrieve any of the past excel files.2. I had to buy the latest version of Quicken in order for that program to run.3. None of the pictures I had saved from a trip to New Zealand have been found.4. The excel files are the most critical at this point.I had expressed my concern about all of the above before the reinstall took place but still not successful.I like working with you all but this has been a very frustrating journey.Richard Shoemaker

Of all times to have my computer crash! Diagnosis: not fixable. Luckily Jared in the Frederick office of Clark Computers was able to salvage the data off my hard drive and load it on a flash drive. Easy and safe drop off and pickup. Reasonable cost and good turnaround time.

New to Frederick with network and storage drive issues. When I called Lee was knowledgeable and friendly. Shared lots of information I should know about area technology. Caleb came to the house and got out network booster set up and was as disappointed as I was about the storage drive being damaged in the move and losing everything. I work as an IT Project coordinator for a medium sized company that is growing very quickly and requires many urgent issues to be taken care of daily. Being as we are located in Pittsburgh and have dental offices all over the country, we require local technicians to work with us and fix any issues that arise. Dental hardware and software is very unlike other IT equipment so finding technicians who understand it right off the bat is sometimes tricky. Luckily CCS was able to go above and beyond and help us out by not only fixing issues but also advising on where new issues may arise, how to prevent those issues, and in a very timely manner. I found Clark Computer from Google because they were local. I had multiple issues going on between two computers. Leah was sent to my home and she quickly identified the problems. At no time did she make me feel computer illiterate. Leah explained each step that needed to be taken and took my computers back to the shop and promptly returned them 2 days later with laymen instructions and a smile.
