Seeing all 5 star reviews I am a little hesitant to share my feedback. We had a password lock problem which got successfully resolved. I guess we should have stopped with that. Aaron suggested on reinstalling windows to improve performance with the assurance that our personal files will be kept in tact but we lost almost all the data files in the process.
