Brent and David are always professional and courteous, there was one week the district manager pulled all their cars for another site leaving me without a reserved car and Brent made sure he got one for me by the end of the day, otherwise I would have paid more than double at the place down the street... sometimes the staff has no control over reservations, however this staff goes over and above to try and satisfy their loyal customers. I have never been disappointed and actually, on one occasion, I received a free upgrade to a luxury model because the car reserved for me showed low tire pressure, it was 15* so probably not a leak, however Brent had no problem upgrading me at no charge... hopefully this doesnt get him in trouble. :)
I had 2 terrible experiences at the Hertz in Frederick. The first time they wanted to raise the rental cost exponentially to have a second driver on a weekly rental. This time- even worse. They waited until the day before to call and let me know they didn’t have the rental available that was confirmed. Not even an apology! I even got a confirmation number on the day I was supposed to pick it up. I called and they said they told me yesterday it wasn’t available. What a joke! Never again with this company.

I will never give them my business because of how rude they were to me. If I could remember the gentleman’s name that “helped me” I would let you know... I guess they’re ok with taking your debit card if the responsible driver was at fault for totaling your brand new car but not when you’re trying to go on vacation. Makes absolutely no sense.
I wanted to write a less than favorable review because I really dislike Hertz overall rules compared to other car rental companies, but the staff at this location are so patient and really worked hard to resolve an issue with the car stinking like smoke and I really appreciated it, they are really amazing. BTW, smokers, stop smoking in rental cars!
I booked my reservation long back and today when I went to pick up location was closed and they said go to Frederick to pick up, I went there to pick up they said your reservation is cancelled 😡 so they re booked for me, i told them I had paid for car insurance for my previous reservation so can you transfer my Insurance to new reservation, they said call Customer service they will help you, And when I called customer service they said you have to go to the airport in person to book because we can’t book Thru phone and all our store is closed.And I am now middle of the highway and my airport is 2 hr far from me.This is so sad I had a worst experience I will never ever book from hertz which is useless service and people. I regret booking from here because morning when I went to pick up before me there was 2 customers were very upset and now I am too.
Excellent team. This location and the staff really cared about me and worked hard to help make a difficult situation work and were pleasant and empathetic throughout. They made my hot mess of a life a little brighter.
Dont rent from them. They played a bait and switch with me.

Even with a reservation in advance, no vehicles available on time . The only redeeming quality was the customer service. Avoid if possible.
