Took my Mustang in for an Interior Super Clean, which took just over an hour. Absolutely perfect! Everything was wiped down, vacuumed, and deep cleaned. Highly recommend!

Quality is certainly hit or miss. More often lower than expected. I understand they do many cars but I have spots all over the exterior of my car that were completely missed. My 27$ wash should be more of a 15$ wash

Two employees put my vehicle on the car wash track incorrectly so it severed my tire valve and broke the tire sensor. They did not offer to pay for the repair and have not reached out to rectify the issue. The repair is several hundred dollars to fix and I was told by the manager that his boys could have fixed it for less. Incompetent staff.

They do such an amazing job every time I go in. They treat me and my 1 year old daughter great. And they always do a good job and at a very fast pace

I been going here for about a month since I got my membership and I’m disappointed. Every time I come out from a wash is either (new scratch, one of my car letterings come off or my wheels get scratched by their machine ) no wonder is so cheap . You willNeed to save money for paint correction after a month .Reason why I’m giving it two stars is because the bay areas to vacuum your car and dry your car are pretty convenient.

Have been a customer for years and will continue to be but today they cleaned the inside in under 4 minutes. Still have crumbs and spill residue on the seats and floor. They were busy but that isnt an excuse for a subpar job on a platinum wash. Slow down and do a quality job that you call can do and have been for years.

This place is absolutely terrible. I went for the first time to get my car cleaned and they did a terrible job. My center console was still filthy, they put my mats in the wrong way. To put the icing on the cake they lost my parking pass that’s $100 to replace. I will never come back to this place ever again. This is terrible service. If they do not find the pass i expect them to cover the cost of what it is to replace it. Never come here don’t recommend.

Well they did a crappy job cleaning my car for the $30 I spent. They didnt even attempt to move my back seat to clean under the seat (the seats move) or clean under my kids car seat. There are areas of the car that were never vacuumed or cleaned. I paid for the dash to be cleaned, but the navigation and the cup holders were never vacuumed. Im never coming back here. Better off vacuuming my own car and cleaning it myself. $30 is too much to pay for crappy service.

I am always satisfied when I come to Auto Spa.They have a team that seams to overlap each other and everyone works efficiently and fast.

Took my car to get cleaned at this auto spa instead of the one I normally go to. Noticed this morning there is a giant scuff down the entire left side of my car. I do not recommend using this auto spa at this location.

The guys and the management are great.

Make sure you check your car before you leave. It feels off to do it since theyre moving cars in and out so quick but if you are not happy with something, let them know and they will take care of it.

There is alot of man working there and they tend to stare and make me very uncomfortable . They dont clean right and overall they dont clean or do anything right

Honestly, when I arrived there were a LOT of cars already in line and I thought it might take a while but I had time and I was in and out within 20 mins. One of the employees was passing out bananas and drinks to the people working there and then asked the people waiting if they wanted one too. I found it so genuine and my car was SO clean SO fast! 10/10 would recommend!

Love this place. But I will say - think twice before taking a black car through their wash. Have been noticing some more swirls in my paint and it beats my back bumper up a little every time, above my license plate. But hey its an automatic wash cant really avoid it. Great staff and a consistently clean car. Im happy

I opted to have my car professionally detailed because I purchased it used and it needed some TLC. The staff I interacted with were very friendly, welcoming and professional. It was dark when I picked up my car so I did not get a good look at much of the details. I could see a huge difference in the upholstery though and that made me happy. When I got a chance to get a good look at the interior this morning I was completely shocked. So many surfaces were missed. The nooks and crannies were still dirty. Besides the upholstery, I could have done a better job myself with what I have at home. I will not return. The job that was done was worth only a fraction of what I had to pay.

Well, I wont be going to the one on 40 anymore. Had to come home and vacuum my car out after they vacuumed my car out. You could literally see the vacuum marks they left on the carpet which was about 2 swipes in each section. Disappointed Frederick Auto Spa. You lost my business.

Paid $36 for the all inclusive but really couldve paid for the lesser spa option; was not impressed with the wipe down or vacuum job. Overall, staff was friendly but services felt incredibly rushed and it showed.Having said all that, still much more affordable than paying for detailing and you get what you pay for. The staff was friendly, I would probably return.

For $37, my SUV should have been wiped down. Could tell the top of my dash was wiped, but nothing else.

Great place to keep your car clean the staff are very respectful and considerate of cleaning around my personal items. Not a complaint but more attention to floor mats and car flooring would give it a five stars.

A quick car wash. They have four levels of car wash and four prices so you can get the level and price you want. My car is very clean and it didnt take that long. Lines are a bit longer on the weekend but its the price you pay for a weekend car wash.

I was been there on Saturday March 5th, 2005.

Pricey but they do a good job cleaning. They werent working as efficiently this visit. They werent keeping the cars moved forward under the canopy to allow vehicles through the washing site to blocking the cars out. We observed them doing the full service on a vehicle not even under the canopy. No cars were under the canopy. They should have stopped and moved the vehicles up first.

Great service!! And very friendly folks. This is because they have a dedicated personnel. With exception of the manager, all of them are hard worker immigrants from our AMERICAN countries. I hate to hear in the media that immigrants are bad people. Immigrants clean our houses and cars, they cook our food, they grow our vegetables, etc.

Great service there is nothing better then drinking a complimentary cup of coffee while they clean my car. I wish they where more detail oriented in the interior but again I know they tried their best when the lines are long

I love this place and have been going to it for years! Today was a little busier than usual (probably due to the nice weather) and even though the wait time was a little longer, it was well worth it! My car looks amazing and they spent a lot of time vacuuming it and cleaning the windows even though they had lots of customers. Ill definitely be going back again soon. :)

I went there last week. I have a garage kept Lexus GS300. I paid for a $19 car wash and left a $2.00 tip. This supposedly included exterior/interior clean. Perhaps I should have read better. It was for an exterior wash and a vacuum of the interior.They did only a fair job and there were a couple of black dirt marks on my leather seats in the back, I asked if they could be wiped and was told leather cleaning was10 extra. When the care was complete, I looked back and noted the marks. They left a rag in the car, i used it an easily wiped the seat clean.For $19 I felt the quality was poor, the wait long and the service more about rapid than quality.Nothing wrong with this place that attention to customer service and quality would not cure. I go to a place in Pasadena MD that charges 16 and does a SUPERIOR job on every car. I tip them $5

Used to do a great job. Now they make excuses for why they cant anymore. Will cost 300 dollars to fix the paint they never damaged.Update: Tried again today. Came in at 10am and asked for a complete interior clean. The woman in the booth said to pick it up at 12pm. I came back at 2pm and was told it would be another hour and half. I could not wait any longer so the manager refunded a portion of the difference. I keep swinging and missing with these guys. Wont happen again.

For the most part they do a decent job, they never secure the floor mats after they take them out and sometimes there’s smear marks on the windows and mirror but overall their monthly club is a great deal.

The only reason Im nitpicking this review is because I paid for a premium package and specifically told the detail crew to not remove my all weather mats while they detailed my car. They of course didnt listen and put the wet floor mats back into my car. I was forced to take the mats out and air dry my car as well. Unfortunately this was my third instance and I am really questioning whether Ill return again.

I had to remind them to clean my rubber floor mats. Which also means they never took them out and my floors showed it. For $35 car wash you would think they would pay attention to details and make sure the car is completely clean.

Great service from ALL the staff. From beginning to end. I called re: detailing my brand new car, after my sons friend threw up in the car. I spoke with Bryan and he was courteous and understanding and asked me to bring it in ASAP. When I arrived, the check in staff was very accommodating & nice. I even met the other staff members that went and spoke to the person detailing my car and I cant remember his name, but he even took good care to communicate specific instructions with the person detailing my car. I would recommend this place & will definitely go back again for regular car washes to!

Had a full detail done on my Chevy Traverse on August 31st, and although it rained on my fresh wash that same day, the detail guys did a phenomenal job both inside and out. I know they had a huge challenge because the vehicle was in very rough shape. I admit I was skeptical on how well theyd get the interior clean because of our two big dogs, but they made it look like a brand new vehicle. I was more than impressed! I would highly recommend them for detailing. Thanks for excellent service guys! :)

Really great job detailing my car! It was a disaster when I brought it in (the floor was soaked from a parking lot flood, plus it hasn’t been properly cleaned inside in a long time) but now it looks like new again. The staff was really flexible, accommodating & friendly.

We discovered this place this past June...event though theyd been there for a while, we were unaware. This has become our go to place for getting our vehicles washed. Terrific service from everyone there.
