Got an appointment for interior detail on a car that’s in pretty good shape but needed a lot of pet hair removed. Booked short notice (called Friday for a Tuesday drop off), job was finished within 24 hours. Not a single dog hair in sight, and the car feels like new. Wife is thrilled.

Eduardo and his staff did an AMAZING job on my SUV’s auto detail. Head to toe our vehicle looks like it just rolled out the dealership. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, Eduardo took the time to give me an estimate of the work he would do. I highly reccommend Eduardo and his assistant (Im not sure of her name)!! I had never been here before and went solely based on Google Reviews and the attractive price. I bought my car wholesale and it was not detailed prior to delivery to me. I brought it in to Eduardo and it came out looking brand new! There was even adhesive left behind on the front windows from a tint job that was previously removed improperly; Eduardo was able to get all of it off for me! I had tried (unsuccessfully) to remove the adhesive myself and it was quite the difficult and time consuming task. The tint adhesive removal ended up driving the cost up slightly, but it was WELL worth the money and in total was still an amazing price for detailing! The workmanship and attention to detail that this place provides is awesome. You wont regret taking your car here!!

DO. NOT. COME. HERE.I paid 185 to get my car fully detailed. I know my car was dirty, that’s why I took it to be “PROFESSIONALLY” cleaned. I left it there for the whole day and it was still dirty. The wheel had dust, interior door was dirty, and the carpets weren’t cleaned properly. Not to mention he never even touched the exterior. Which is also included in a full detail. He gave me excuses when I asked why. I’ve had my car cleaned in worse condition, even then it was thoroughly cleaned, fragranced, and vacuumed. After all, that’s what I paid 185 for right? It looked like a rush job, with so many obvious spots never cleaned. I could’ve gone to my old guy, he cleaned my car THROUGHLY for a way cheaper price. Definitely not worth it. When I asked for a refund he did offer to reclean the car, but with all the things he missed, I would’ve had to leave my car there again and honestly it should’ve been clean the first time.

I made the mistake of bringing my car to an auto spa for an outside detail. They were cheaper than brillante but they put a bunch of swirls on the paint. The car is black, so it really showed! They(autospa) tried to fix the problem. They failed. They did offer to pay for the repair though. I took it to Eduardo and he did an amazing job, all the swirls are gone! It looks better than when I got it off the lot! I Definitely recommend brillante!

Im relatively new to Frederick and Im so glad that Brillante Auto Service was recommended to me last week. I needed a full detail and I needed it on short notice. Eduardo was very helpful in getting my car in, even though they were booked solid. Not only was he very cordial and informative, but his entire staff was supportive and accommodating as well. They truly work as a team and it shows. After I was given the quote I was a little leery of how good a job would be done for such a reasonable price, but when I came back to pick up the car I was amazed! Talk about a transformation... wow! I have paid almost 50% more for a detail that doesnt even come close to this! I wish i could post before and after pictures. I have found my trusted advisor and cant stress enough how much I appreciate these guys(and girls). I highly recommend giving them a shot. I never take the time to write reviews on businesses, but I just couldnt help myself this time.

Wonderful. Excellent service. Other reviewers have said it, but its worth repeating; my 12 year old car looks like new. I asked him to do interior only, but Eduardo noticed that my headlights were cloudy and cleaned them for me. He and his team clearly take a lot of pride in doing quality work. Top notch. What luck! I recently moved to Frederick and was searching for a place to give my 2015 Mustang convertible some TLC and a good detail. Eduardo not only did a fantastic detail, he found some spots overlooked by the repair shop that was supposed to have fixed the bumper where the car was rear-ended and corrected them. Both he and Lauren took great professional care and gave personal attention to my car. If you need your vehicle detailed, touched up or otherwise expertly looked after, dont hesitate to visit Brillante. It is my go-to place from now on!

I am very pleased with my experience at Brillante! Took our Ford Focus which doubles as a farm vehicle and dog kennel. No more dog hair, the seats are there original color and every inch of the car was wiped clean. Eduardo was friendly and on time having the car ready for pickup .

I had an oily spot on my SUV that would not come off. I went to a car wash and had my SUV waxed, but the spot was still there. I was concerned that I would have to get a new paint job, which would be very expensive. After reading the excellent reviews about Brillante Auto Service, I figure I would give this place a chance and I am glad I did. Eduardo was able to get rid of the spot in less than 5 minutes! He knew exactly what to do and even explained to me how that oily spot got on my SUV. When I was waiting in the office, he even had a little heater in there to keep me warm, which was nice. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Frederick area and will only take my SUV here for any detailing issues!

The best detail I have ever had. I put in two vehicles that were pretty filthy from commuting to work every day (fast food crumbs, dog hair, dirty cup holders, etc.) And out came to new vehicles. It was a great detail and the staff is wonderful to talk to.

My Porsche drove through a puddle of wet road-stripe paint which coated the front wheel well, under the car, the kick panel and splashed onto the rear fender. It dried for a month before I realized it was there.Eduardo, the owner, demonstrated that he could remove the splashed paint without hurting the cars finish. In three hours he removed all of the splashed paint and the original finish looks as good as new.

My car was an absolute disaster. Short dog hair throughout the whole thing, grimy build up in every nook and cranny, just a mess that had been building up for a very long time. I was shocked how good of a job they were able to do; my car hasnt looked this good for half a decade at least.

Please dont go to this place it’s really waste of time and money he will do the plain view to Trick you then you will realize that all the dirt still there he didn’t even vacuum the car and nothing changed on the headlight so coz of that his price is less then the market price cheap as his work cheap..

I happened to be borrowing my husbands work truck one day and at 1pm or so had the bright idea to surprise my husband with a quick detailing of his truck so I looked up Frederick, MD places and saw all the positive reviews for Brillante and called them. The owner said they were already booked but he still asked about the truck and year and I honestly told him it was really dirty inside and out and that I would be happy for just the inside, if possible. He said to bring it over and he will look at it and give me a price but no promises as to whether he could do it immediately or even that afternoon.I went over and he was dismayed at how dirty it was, the stained seats and how much time it would take, so we agreed on just the inside at a very fair (surprisingly fair) price. He said he will go ahead and do it for me, even though his 3 shop bays were already full of other cars in process, since I only had the truck for that one day. I told him I will glady wait for the 2 hours in his office and work.Several times he came in to check if I needed anything, wanted more heat, wanted to change tv channels and even gave me a portable charger so I could continue using my cell since its battery had died. He was very kind and considerate! He had a level of manners and courtesy that you rarely see anymore. I felt like a very valued customer. :)After 3 hours he came in and told me to come check out the truck. I was shocked that they had gone ahead and washed and waxed the outside and cleaned everything - I mean EVERYTHING - on the inside which included shampooing the upholstery and drying it so I could drive home without getting wet.They did an amazing job - all last minute while full of other vehicles, and stayed late to do a PERFECT, OVER-THE-TOP AMAZING job at an amazing price! Needless to say, I was beyond impressed and not to mention the points I would get for being wife of the year! :)THANK YOU EDUARDO AND TEAM! I WILL BE BACK WITH MY OWN CARE WHEN REPAIRED! :)

Chose Brilante because of their great reviews. Let me add another! They did a fantastic job on my F-150 SuperCrew!!! This is the best this truck has ever looked. We haul horses, rocks and make plenty of trips to the landfill. We even had some road paint hidden under the regular grime. Brilante make this rig sparkle again, inside and out! Prices were fair, and NO hidden or extra charges. Will definitely return.

If I were to sum up my experience in one word... WOW!My Acura Integra GSR looks like new! Eduardo did an absolutely amazing job. I am always cautious leaving my GSR places overnight because you cant buy this model (2001) any longer. I dropped my car off the night before and picked it up the next day. I have had my car detailed before but never like this. The scratches are gone, the dull finish is shiny and my car looks amazing! All of this and a heck of great price. I should have used Eduardo long ago. Brillante Auto Service is Frederick Marylands best kept secret. WOW!
