I will be forever grateful that I took my car and truck to Buzzards for repairs. The staff is extremely professional and very carefully listened to all the concerns I had with my vehicles. They correctly diagnosed and repaired each problem I was experiencing and provided me with important details about the repairs the entire time they had my car/truck. I truly believe their knowledge and honesty is unmatched in Frederick and Washington County. I highly recommend this establishment if you want your vehicle repaired correctly the first time without having to spend a ridiculous amount of money.

I needed to get my trailer inspected and these guys were awesome. I called them up and they told me to swing by around lunch time. It only took about 10-15 minutes for the inspection and they were very nice about it. I needed to get some new wheel bearings and when I took it back for the second time they were just as nice. In the end I got my trailer inspected and learned of a new place to take my vehicles when I need repairs done.

We had some work done on our Jeep at another shop. Two days after getting it back, a bolt holding the brake caliper on fell out stranding my wife and daughter. After they had waited 3 hours for another local tow company dispatched by the auto club, I called Bussards and their truck was on site within 10 minutes. When I told the driver what had happened, he took the Jeep to the shop that had worked on it and billed the tow to that shop. I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service we received.

I took my car to another mechanic and he show me that the radiator hose was completely broken off. It was just a small leak on the opposite side of my car when I brought to you. If you would just go and check my car like I pleaded you to when I brought it back and asked why my coolant was splashing out, you would have known that it didn’t break off like that and must have happen during the process of checking for leak and remove it too rough.After couple years coming to you. I will stop now and search for another reliable and friendly mechanic.

You know that you are doing with an exemplary firm when the phone is promptly answered, the person works with you to make sure the pick up is scheduled accurately and more importantly you get a call from the driver (Matt) at the exact time to confirm the appointment . We were super satisfied with Bussards. In a pinch in the freezing cold the other day, we had to call around to find someone to tow us from Myersville to Libertytown. They were there in about 20 minutes and drive us all the way there and then even to our home which was amazing. Our driver was the owners son and he was incredibly nice, talkative, quick to get us hooked up and helpful. Price was fantastic too, considering where we were. We already programmed their number in our phones, no need to call anywhere else if we need a tow again.
