Brought my truck in after an accident with damage down the whole passenger side. I had recently got a custom paint job and the guys at Zamoras did a beautiful job with the body work and took the extra time to make sure the paint matched and had a seemless transition to the color I already had. Very happy for sure. Would definitely highly recommend and return if ever needed in the future.

This place is great! I hit a deer Thursday, got an appointment to take my vehicle in Friday, and had it back Tuesday. Rafael did a fabulous job with repairs, and the whole process was quick and painless. I’ve used Zamora’s in the past and have always had great experiences, so I recommend them to everyone.

I was in an accident which did quite a bit of damage to my entire front end. I just picked my car up yesterday and it appears they did an excellent job on the repair. It’s back to looking like a new car, smells new also. They kept to the original date they gave me and Herbert sent me texts periodically to update me on their progress. Also, everyone I spoke to in the office was very nice and helpful. We had one small problem, I noticed my radio knob was missing so they have ordered me a new one and will install it when it comes in. I would highly recommend ZAMORA’S for their repair and body work.

The quality of the work Zamoras auto body offered was subpar and appeared to be rushed. On initial return of the car (a 2021 with 3500 miles, essentially new) for relatively minor work (1 new front door skin, replacing 2 pieces of trim, paint and blending), there were several runs in the clear-coat and dirt embedded in the clear-coat where they blended the rear door. The weather stripping on the door was not fully re-inserted. The door was not properly aligned. The lower door trim had several paint defects on the edge and was improperly attached to the body. The clips in the door card were reused and not properly inserted. Door edge protective trim was bent on removal. The sill kick plate was also bent for some inexplicable reason. To top it all off, the driving monitor on the car indicated the staff at the repair shop drove the vehicle extremely aggressively when transporting it between their repair shops, indicating a total of 5 harsh acceleration, 4 harsh cornering and 4 harsh braking events in 2 miles of driving. Nick was apologetic and the shop did repair several of the defects noted within one days time, but I will not be returning my car for any additional work. Any shop that is willing to present work like that to a customer and treat a customers car like this does not deserve my business. Geico should reconsider listing this shop as a recommended repair facility.

Zamoras staff was exceptional. I have never been treated so well at any car repair/mechanic shop. Everything was very organized. They kept me up to date through the whole process. Herberth was awesome. He went over everything with me, provided options and pros and cons. They work very closely with a rental car company so I was able to pick up and drop off a rental at the shop eliminating the need to find someone to chaffeur me around. Then I picked up my car and it was better than I expected. Not only did they fix everything that needed repaired, they wanted and vacuumed my car too which took it that one step further in satisfaction. I am extremely happy with my service and recommend them to anyone who needs Auto body work done.

Unfortunately Ive had three vehicles here over the last year. Communication is excellent. Each time my vehicles been ready before the estimated date. Never been able to tell even what area of my vehicles I didnt repaired.

My car was very damaged by a carwash and even more, multiple times by another autobody shop...so I took it to Zamoras as I had in the past and theyre great, work is great and they work very fluently and efficiently and effectively, like a family, like a winning team, from the inspection, through to the onsite enterprise so youre not delayed. Places need more employees like this, need more people with the customer service and professionalism like my estimator, Joshua Ramos, more than excellent, professional, kept me updated and took care of everything from insurance to rental, whole process, put me at ease, not only well documented every single thing, so complete transparency if an issue were to arise as in previously said had happened. They are the only place I will take a vehicle for body work and paint repairs again if ever needed, and will definitely ask for Josh.

I am Geico insured. They recommended this place. I received a quote from Zamora’s as requested by Geico. I decided not to use Geico, but instead to pay for the repairs myself. When I took the car in to have it repaired, they bumped the price by more than 25%! I complained and they told me it was”company policy”.I had the work done anyway because I did not want to go through the entire process again and the car was already at Zamora’s.I am reporting this to Geico and will not use Zamora’s again. I have both quotes in writing and sent them to Zamora’s...”sorry...company policy”.The work was excellent and the estimator, Olmi, was kind and professional.The bait and switch however is totally unacceptable! Refund me the difference and this review will go to 5 stars.

I am insured thru USAA and highly recommend Zamoras for any claims. My estimator, Alex Nunez, was very professional, his communications on the repair were great and the quality of the work by Sammy and Cristian was exemplary.

Great experience at Zamoras. This is the first time using this shop. Unfortunately someone rear-ended me and I chose Zamoras thorough the other persons insurance because I had heard of them before. They did excellent work on my bumper! Even better is that Enterprise is right on sight! Car was ready when promised and they cleaned my car inside and out which I wasnt expecting. Came here upon a recommendation from a friend, but unfortunately very unhappy with the results. Had a fender bender with minor damage to the front of my car. Brought my car in on a Monday, they told me my car would be ready by Thursday. Then changed to Friday. Then upon coming to pick up the “finished” product Friday, the bumper was still not attached. Clear as day that it wasn’t ready. They needed to order more screws to put it back in place. On the following Monday, they broke my bumper and had to replace it... Now I am waiting a couple more days for the new bumper to come in and get painted. If I had to choose all over again I 100% would’ve taken my car to a different body shop. Zamora’s did not do a thorough job and had poor, inconsistent communication. Such a headache for me and such a shame

Hit a deer and took it to Zamora’s. Fixed my car within a week and it looks as good as new. They were even nice enough to fix my front license plate!

Brought my Audi Q7 in for major repair after hitting a deer. Every step of the way Zamoras kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, I never had to call them, they gave me updates. When I got my vehicle back, WOW!!! looked better than new and color match was spot on. If you want your vehicle to look better than new and deal with a first class organization, then Zamoras is the place to go.

The job was done super quick and a day or two before we thought. Zamora’s shop is very large and they can accommodate lots of vehicles as they have this perfected. Will come back.

I was happy to use ZAMORAS AUTO BODY.Was quick.They told me my car is ready at 4, so I was there 3:55 and a women told me give me 2 min.I waited over 30 min with 14 month baby and I could see my car is right there.but they didnt tell me its ready and they just kept staff talk(your intonation is confusing.Im not hahaha blah blah blah....).I asked them whats going on my car then finally they stop talking and told me my car was ready.And a man told me if you can review us 5 star Im so happy.ok.I wanted give you 5 star but how can I give you guys 5 star after this happen?Im very disappointed.Update:They didnt work good well.They painted in my car.I thought here is out body shop and why they cant do your duty?

Dont waste your time. I took off work for this appointment... got there a few minutes early. After 15 minutes, they sent me a text message saying my 11 am appointment had been moved to 11:15. When I asked why, they said they made a mistake and booked me at Rockville. Thats fascinating since the Frederick location has previously worked on two of my cars. By 11:20, while still waiting for somebody to come to the front desk, I realized I did not wish to waste any more of my time. I would like to bill them for my hourly rate.

I hit a deer in my Honda Civic which had a completely custom front end, without question they We’re able to find the decently rare front end and grille and install it better than I was able to great work and was very impressed 10/10

I had my Miata repaired here, and it was an EXCELLENT job. Everything is as good as new on it now despite the substantial damage to it. Herberth was helpful and kept me updated about my car, and the pricing for repairs was fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs auto body work done.

Man i wish i could give this place 10 stars! had a pretty big scratch on my car and i heard from a family member that Zamoras Auto Body was a good place to get it fixed, they were definitely right on that one i highly recommend this place for anyone local, they have good prices and are very kinda and patient employees that genuinely want the best for you, not for them. they offer rentals as well if you need to get around but don’t have your car. This auto body repair shop is located off of english muffin road near west view in frederick. Best place in frederick hands down!

I had a great experience from start to finish here after being referred to Zamora’s by at least 7 different people. I dropped my Nissan off here for a simple paint job on the hood, and Olmi was super nice and gave me a discount on the original quote I received. Also, I had some scratches on the side of my car that Olmi was kind enough to offer to buff out for free! I dropped it off on a Thursday morning and it was ready by 3:30pm on Friday, about 2 hours earlier than Olmi originally said! Everyone who works there is super nice. When I got the car back, a free scratches were still there and not buffed out but when I pointed them out to Olmi he was able to take the car to the back for 10 min and fill them in for me! The car freshener & the quick clean of the inside of my car was a great touch! I’m going back to them for everything from now on and recommending to everyone.

Poor quality. Would not recommend this place to anyone. After two attempts, I decided to take my car to Darcar collision center.

They do great work and have wonderful customer service. You can tell that they care about their customers and want to do a good job. Its also super convenient that they have an Enterprise rental in their shop so you can easily get a rental when you drop off your car to be repaired.

Over the years, Zamoras has had to re-paint and fix my front bumper a few times. I invariably end up forgetting they even did the repair because the work is always spotless. Theyre also some of the best in the business at reaching out to update me on the status of my car. Today there was a slight confusion and I showed up too early but they still took the time out of their morning to square things away with me.Real good people work here. Ill be a customer as long as I live in the area.

Zamora does meticulous work. Theyve repaired our black E320 twice after deer strikes. (Twice in one month!) And their new location on Mack Avenue off English Muffin Way just repaired my brand new red 2018 Honda Accord after we were rear-ended.The new location is quieter and calmer than the other shop and Melea, at the desk, is calm, efficient and professional. The folks at Zamora really make the process easy for you! They will continue to be my go-to place for repairs. Having a new, less busy location is a bonus!

I have dealt with Zamoras now two times and I have had excellent service with both experiences. The staff have been very polite and thorough. With the first experience our car repairs turned out great. Unfortunately, with our second experience, our car was totaled and we did not have the work done. However, the staff was very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend Zamoras Auto Body and will use them in the future should the need arise.

When the guy who hit my car took responsibility on my cars repairs, I was relieved but a little worried to know that Zamora is the only shop offered by Geico (his insurance company). My perception changed as soon as I got there. Cody assessed the damages immediately but I couldnt get a hold of Geicos adjuster since he was taking care of another customer. So one staff member told me to come back after 4pm which I did. They did a tour for me!! It was very impressive to see the whole facility and the people working. Also, it is awesome that Enterprise is there too so I drop my car and I got a beautiful brand new rental. I picked up my car yesterday, and it looks like new!! They did am amazing job, their staff is top notch so i will recommend this place to everybody. Thank you very much guys!

I couldnt ask for better. Dropped my car off Sunday and picked up Tuesday afternoon. They dealt with getting the car readjusted with the insurance and still done in the allotted amount of time. If I ever need them again I will definitely use them again and refer them to everyone. When I called and when I picked up they were very pleasant. All around wonderful people.

Zamoras along with Geico Express made it very easy to get the damage fixed from a minor vehicle accident. The quality of work is some of the best I have seen especially compared to a competitor in the area. I would highly recommend as they kept me informed along the whole process and got the vehicle delivered on the date as promised.

These guys are GREAT! Ive had 4 occasions to have work done on various vehicles and have always received prompt and professional service. Everyone there is wonderful to work with, from Carl and Malea who coordinated the jobs and my rental car to Andy Zamora who personally made sure everything was done right. They are simply the BEST!

Big facility and easy to find. We take all our cars there for body work. They are a preferred vendor for Geico but handle claims for any insurance company or self pay. We have done all of the above and have been extremely satisfied with their work. Not only that, the work is always done incredible fast.

Right to the point...no wasted time...very businesslike...nice people...knowledgable...very efficient.

Ultimately, the cosmetic work they did was fantastic. The entire front right needed replaced. However, right behind that casing is my battery. Its been a week and after multiple times stalling while driving I took it to my usual guys (Skips Auto) and apparently both of the cables to the battery werent even finger tight. So it kept losing the ground. The battery wasnt the reason for my trip to Zamoras (insurance based claim), but they could have just done a check on everything they were working around/near.

I have one word for this shop and the word is incompetence. I would stay clear from this shop by all means. They glued a trim panel to the rear door an inch higher than the panel on the front door and thought this was OK (I had to point this out to them and they fixed it adding two new minor scratched to the car that I had to absorb). They painted the back door leaving the edge so rough that you could use it as a saw (kids watch out!). I had to point that out to them and they fixed that. You will find bubbles under a sticker they applied to your car perhaps because of a small particle they forgot to wipe off (forget about fixing that). The rear plastic bumper came undone on the side of the impact within a couple of months because they did not secure it properly. They tried to fix it again but did not do it right again and I had to bring the car in for a third time. I asked specifically not to do anything substandard and the tech returned me a car within a few minutes saying it was done. I looked at it and the top clip was broken now. I sent him back to fix it properly and he came back within 20 minutes and everything was glued now, including the clips and the bracket. I noticed that they never painted the metal piece underneath when taking pictures of the abuse to my car. They think this is acceptable. I think this is totally unacceptable and shows negligence, low standards, and, frankly, incompetence.

Work was good, but had trouble knowing what was going on. Took them several extensions to get things done. Seem more willing to accommodate Insurance company than customer.

We have now brought 4 different vehicles here. 3 for animal strikes, and one to repair damage from an 18 wheeler changing lanes into me. Clean waiting area with free snacks/coffee/soda. Fast service. On site GEICO adjuster and Enterprise rental car (with appointment.) Their body work has always been outstanding. One deer strike was not covered by insurance and they were very good about working within my budget and explaining where I could cut costs if I wanted. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

These folks do outstanding work and keep you compleely infomred on the progress of the work being one to your car. When it is ready, it is clean and ready to go. I cannot say enough positive about them!

I was rear-ended in January but had to put off repairs due to work schedule until the end of May. My insurance company required an estimate be done by this place before I could have repairs covered. They have multiple people working the front desk which is nice. I did not have to wait long to be in contact with the geico rep on site, he went over what he needed to do for the insurance company. It was unexpected that I could leave the vehicle there that day as well as get an enterprise rental, the insurance company didnt inform me. It was unfortunate that the enterprise rep was not available as scheduled for my appointment, but thats an enterprise issue not Zamoras fault.I was updated by text msg of the repairs and the timeline for when it would be ready was accurate. The overall body work was great and the repairs were explained to me by Jeremy. I appreciated that he took time to go over what was done and let me know all that had to be done to the parts underneath the area with the damage. I was very impressed with the customer service of the techs and service reps.While I was there a gentleman came in that had someone with him to translate. The front desk staff was very respectful and helpful to them both.They have a representative on staff that speaks Spanish and I was happy to see that they were able to assist and answer his questions.I received a quote for another unrelated spot of damage, and I hope to be able to get that taken care of in the future. I would highly recommend Zamoras for a quote at the very least (but I think youll stay for the service).They were reasonable, even though my insurance was paying and didnt gouge me, which I appreciated.My spouse had damage to his vehicle not nearly as bad but through the other persons insurance and their company gave us a different shop. His repairs were not as extensive and they had the vehicle for less time but it cost the their insurance company more than it should have. Zamoras didnt do that to us and it was refreshing.

I hit a deer and had major front end damage as a result. A representative at Geico recommended Zamoras so I took my car there. They had my car for almost 2 weeks due to issues with ordering parts but representatives at Zamoras were constantly in touch with me, letting me know how things were progressing. Everyone I spoke to was courteous and professional. Ive worked in customer service in some capacity for more than 10 years and they delivered exceptional customer service. My car looks almost brand new (save for a couple of unrelated scratches and dings). I hope I will not need their services again but if I ever do need body work done in the future, I will go to Zamoras!

I have brought my car here twice.No longer will I bring it here. The first time was because someone rear ended me. They replaced the trunk and it must not be aligned because it scuffs along where it closes and it taking the paint off. The second time was some dents in my front fender. Went to pick it up today and there magically appeared more dents on the back of my car. The guy said it was dirty so they couldnt see it when I brought it in but it is a large dent and no amount of dirt would have kept them from seeing it. The manager came out and said they would fix it. So before I take it in Im gonna get a nice detailed video of my car inside and out incase they try something. It sad when you cant trust a company you give your hard earned money to.

GEICO Express at Zamoras is nice and simple. Ample parking and designated spots for different programs. Adjusters have appointments every 20 minutes so if youre a walk in be prepared to wait but not terribly long.

The insurance adjuster within Zamoras needed a babysitter to get my claim on the road. As for the repair shop I chose not to use after the interaction I had with the adjuster.

I was told they were a high end body shop and were recommended by people in the industry. I am pretty disappointed in their work. My 2010 Mazda 3 needed a new bumper, grill, skid plates, fender realignment and dent in the hood fixed thanks to a semi truck tire peel off. I discussed my concerns with the bumper color matching the rest of the vehicle due to the vehicle being pearl white, they said they would do their best and can match very well. (As close as you can get for plastic to metal to match). I also paid them a little extra to refinsh the entire hood due to excessive rock chips. Upon picking up the vehicle I noticed on one side the bumper shade was pretty far off. The hood matched the bumper almost perfect, the hood matched both fenders and the bumper matched the right fender. For some reason the bumper on the left didnt match the fender. They had no reasoning for it and refused to reblend due to they would never be able to get it perfect they also pointed out how the rear bumper wasnt perfect either but thats due to all factory bumpers not matching. It had more of a yellowish tint to it, but now my front bumper is the exact opposite and super white. Pretty disappointed how they could do most of it so well but not all of it
