Jennifer and her team were the most professional and thorough insurance professionals I have ever dealt with. First off, I have to say how impressed I was with Jennifer’s ability to find gaps with my current providers home policy from another agency. This was something that was overlooked and she was able to provide solutions to better protect me from costly out of pocket expenses. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with the process of switching. I work for a large bank, who has a very robust insurance division. I used to be with state farm, but two years ago, I used our insurance group to broker my polices to Travelers. There was a substantial savings to me doing this, and I had been happy up to that point in time. My sister recently began working with the Calara Agency, and to be honest, I did not expect much when I gave them a shot. They took my polices and compared the coverages that were being offer to me, and they were able to not only reduce my overall premium, but they were able to add additional coverages on almost all of my polices. I even took their analysis back to my broker and he agreed that they were a better solution. They werent cutting any corners to come in low with premium etc... The comparison presentation was very user friendly and interesting to see. After several years with Farmers, and many agents coming and going from the company, I was assigned this person and immediately let her know that I want no unsolicited contact from her. Today, I got a text from a number I dont know from someone who failed to identify theirself but wanted to text with me regarding my personal financial information. I actually thought Farmers was hacked and it was a fishing text. When I reported the interaction to Farmers, I was told that this person, Chip (how fishing scammer is that name?!) was a representative for Jennifer and assured me that there would be no more contact, then this woman contacted me again by both phone and text to defend her employee (not the Farmers customer who he made so uncomfortable). The whole thing of someone new (and their agents) having access to my personal info every few years and acting so intrusively against my wishes is very off putting and Im considering ending my relationship with Farmers altogether as a result, but definitely done with this Jennifer person.
